The sales associate was amazing! She was able to give us multiple options for different couches and helped with figuring out delivery, price, and Color. She was very patient and had a lot of useful knowledge that she used to help us make a decision.

Didn't end up buying anything but wanted to give kudos to Frank, who was very informative and helpful when my wife and I were browsing the bar stools. Would go back to find him if I were to purchase anything from the outlet store in the future.

Rico was super friendly and showed us exactly what we were looking for! It was refreshing to not be brought to 80 couches but rather to the best choices for what we needed. 10/10 would recommend, tell him what u need and he will help you find it. He also has a great tie!

Had a great time discussing all things furniture on Labour Day weekend. Rico was an excellent assistant who answered all our questions. We left happy with some clearance barstools. The family owned personal touch is still alive and strong

Had a great time shopping around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had my eye on a nice sectional and staff were nice enough to let me put a deposit and come back tomorrow.

Have been here a few different times; at different hours. If you are looking around for the right piece this place is worth a stop. They have an ok selection of everything (couches, beds, tables etc).
If you buy piece and take it away watch how they load it into your vehicle. Our table was shoved on, got a bit scratched up because the cardboard wasn't in place properly.

We walked into this store and were greeted nicely. A sales just walked passed us and said good afternoon. That was it. No pressure selling, no pressure to buy. We did a once over of the store and when we were around 1 product for an extended time we had a salesman come to us. We asked if he could help with anything.
We said yes after we joked to him after he asked that. At the end of the day we bought from this guy. He wasn't pushy at all. He gave us options, and chose what we liked and that was it. No following us around the store, no pushy sales, no trying to make us spend more. He was just a genuine nice older guy.
We'll always come to this brick store even if it is on the other side of the city from us. Why? Because like most of the people out there, we don't like people who just push us to buy. Those people push us out of the store as well.
. And yes I'm talking about you, brick store is south Edmonton common.
The outlet store should get a 6 star review instead.

We got a sofa for cheap in the clearance side. Nothing looks wrong with it and it is of a style that they are still selling.
They lent us a measuring tape so we could make sure that it would fit in our vehicle, when we confirmed it would they immediately wrapped it up and we were able to take it home right away.
They also gave us some discount on the warranty (and I am surprised we were still offered 5 year warranty)
So far couch is comfortable and we are happy with our purchase, fingers crossed it lasts longer than the Leon's couch we bought in January. Says made in Canada, so I am hopeful.

No high pressure sales, great info, great prices, answered our questions and gave great advice. We went there after walking out of the WEM location and found it a much better experience. Will go back and deal with Frank again anytime!

The 2 times I have been there and found very good products at a good price. Although they lied a little to me with the damage my bbq had. The damage was greater than what the seller told me. But hey.
