Highly recommend dealing with Chris Page as your sales associate. He was a shining light compared to our otherwise dismal day of shopping for a new fridge at a total of 7 different appliance sellers around Red Deer. Trista is amazing. This was my second purchase with her and she’s always very helpful and knowledgeable. She makes the shopping experience fun and she’s very relatable. Whenever I have a new purchase her location is always going to be my first stop. I’ve had better service at the outlet over the main store every time. And when something goes wrong or the item is broken she gets it fixed and her communication is excellent. If you have the chance to visit the brick outlet ask for Trista because she is great.

I went in looking for better prices of the products that I saw at The Brick in my community. Jen was amazing she found me the exact same things I was looking for, at a price that I couldn’t refuse. Jen went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting the best deal, I ended up purchasing an extra chair because the price was so good. Jen also gave me some great suggestions for complementary pieces to my sofa. The amount that I saved purchasing in this store was well worth coming out of my community. I do like to support local, but when you get deals like this you can’t help but shop around. Jen was super helpful and she included the warranty with the package which was amazing. Thank you so much and I will recommend the store to several people. Thank you again and I’m sure I will be back.

After asking us what all we were looking for she walked us through a bunch of options and then gave us time to browse and look on our own and after finding one we loved she made the actual buying/ordering process very easy and efficient! I cannot express how happy I was with today’s service. The manager, Jen was super knowledgeable and patient with me. She took the time to thoroughly explain products, ran to the back multiple times to check if what we wanted was in stock, and even secured a mover for us at the end of the day. I 100% recommend anyone looking to buy furniture in Red Deer, to not only come to The Brick, but specifically the Gaetz location. You will NOT be disappointed and will be treated like royalty).

We purchased a dryer and dishwasher from the outlet store in Red Deer. The first dryer the power would not turn on. We went back and swapped it with another of the same model. We have power, but no heat. We verified everything on our side was correct and replaced the receptacle and breaker as it was looking a bit old. Electrician confirmed all is good. So we have now ordered a different model altogether and have to wait another week. This will be 3 weeks with a useless dryer.
On Monday we picked up our dishwasher and upon install today (Wednesday) I find damage to all corners of the plastic case and the unit has clearly been installed and ran prior to us getting it as it's full of water and smells moldy. At this point my husband is ready to send everything back and go elsewhere. Clearly the Brick isn't checking condition prior to return. This has made a total of 6 trips and we still don't have working new appliances. Not even an offer of delivery and installation at no charge for their poor products and our time. Right down to trying to pickup the dishwasher Saturday and waiting 15 minutes for the loading dock which was occupied the whole time. I asked to load the dishwasher into my truck infront of the store and was told to either wait or come back another day. So I left and my husband went back on Monday after he was done work. No sense of customer service after they get their money!
***UPDATE*** (Sept. 1,2022)
2nd Dishwasher arrived in worse condition than the first! But at least dryer #3 finally works! What an absolute nightmare the past month has been and now I have to bring another appliance back to the Brick! A V8 truck doing 6 trips is getting costly! And the absolute nightmare this has been for a month!

With her help, I was able to complete my online order quickly. Her communication was clear and friendly. The whole process was even easier than stepping foot into a store! Thanks so much to Trista! Stephanie Sage of The Brick from Red Deer, Alberta was so friendly and the best help. I purchsed an Inglis 6.5 CU. FT Electric Dryer with Automatic Drying Control. She was patient, and extremely helpful. The washer will wash our personal effects, and the shop's costumes, which are washed by hand or machine, depending on the item, hung to dry, or dryed on delicate. They tried to upsell me to a ridiculous degree. I left with the bed I wanted but the salesperson was clearly annoyed with me as I kept telling her I didn't want or need the stuff she was trying to say I needed.

If you go here, do your research beforehand and don't let the salesperson try to sell you their insanely overpriced mattress covers or pillows.

I waited for a kids bed for three months only to receive a broken bed. After more than three years of being a customer I feel so disappointed.

Additionally, there was no redress - when I reported that the delivered bed was broken I was given an option of re-ordering another similar bed and waiting again for more months.

This was not an option, because the workmanship on this bed is very poor hence its pointless to take home a bed that will not last.

Brick isn't quality stuff. I learnt the had way

I am counting a loss of 800 +

She made numerous suggestions to suit my needs and was completely honest about shipping times (COVID Issues). I highly recommend visiting this store and seeking out her expertise! The Brick and all its outlets in this city are run by a whole bunch of horrible people. They will take advantage of you the first chance they get. The reviews here are generated. I'd rather buy furniture off the side of the road in downtown Red Deer.

My wife and I were in the store today shopping for a new kitchen table set. We were dealing with Jennifer and Chris. It was probably the most positive furniture shopping experience we have ever had. They were both very friendly and very helpful. We were there for probably 1.5 hours and they showed us lots of different options. We were able to decide on a set finally. Start to finish we give this establishment, Chris and Jen and the furniture we bought a strong 5 stars! We will continue to do our home upgrades with you guys. Thanks again for everything!

The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful, always promptly greated upon entry. I was in the store twice very recently as I was looking to purchase a new couch Steph was full of knowledgeable information on the many different options available. The Brick Outlet store is the only Brick store I will go to and Stephanie Sage is hands down the best sales person to deal with. All the Brick personal there are fantastic but she is the best very qualified, knows a incredible amount about the products in the store and isn’t always pressuring you like a used car salesman. I can’t say enough about her or the store.

I went to the brick outlet looking for a new fridge as mine is about to die and Jessica Remple was absolutely amazing to deal with! She took my budget and helped me find the perfect fit and everything else I needed. Spent extra time making sure I got the right size for the space I have. She is wonderful to deal with and I will definitely be doing back to her for anything else I need.

If you are someone who would like to be treated with respect if you end up having issues with your items, DO NOT go to this specific location. When I was buying.they were so nice. Once I came back with an issue, I encountered what I have never encountered.not even at a Dollar Store, yet I spent so much money at The Brick. My story is very long because I have heard more than 20 emails going back and forth trying to follow up on my warranty claim and getting no responses from The Brick. I did let them know that I was moving out of town and needed my issue resolved before then. Nothing was done. I was misled to think that the process would be easy if I had moved and no one really explained what the expectations were. I ended up securing a storage unit which I was paying for until the issue was resolved, but yesterday when I called to say I needed my issue resolved as its been going on for months, the manager (Jenny Deraaf) called me and basically put the blame on me that I didn't respond to the email that was asking me when I would be moving. I was 1000% positive that I had responded to that email because I had been watching out for any message from the Brick as I needed my issue resolved as soon as possible. I told the manager that I would forward this email I had specifically sent to the Brick. I DID and she responded by saying she was sorry, but still the issue was that I needed to return the items back to Red Deer to get the exchange within 30 days of being approved. 1. I have been losing money every month because of storage. 2. When the movers moved things, some pieces of the table ended up in Fort Mc as you know when you are moving, a lot of things can get mixed up. I asked Jenny why it took them so long (months) to resolve my issue and I was told that its because of covid. I would like to say, that's a lame excuse when you use covid as an excuse of not replying to a customer's email or when you blame a customer for not sending a message they actually sent. Many stores are actually working hard to keep their customers less stressed during this covid pandemic, but that's not been my experience with The Brick Outlet and the lady manager there. I explained to her that we are now preparing for christmas and my family will be having christmas without our dining table because The Brick failed to help with my claim and I ended up moving and leaving the chairs in Red Deer. As of now, the manager told me that if I fail to bring the chairs for an exchange within 30 days, they will no longer help with the warranty claim. The manager doesn't consider the part that her store played in all this mess and how much I have already lost in trying to keep the chairs in Red Deer for a technician to look at them or for any other option I had since I had not been informed of what was going to happen especially after I told The Brick associate that I would be moving. I would have given no star at all, but there was no option of zero star. This was and is still a bad experience dealing with this specific Brick store. I would recommend you go to a different Brick or another store rather than this specific location. Bad Bad Bad!

We have now purchased a few items from the brick In red deer and have mediocre service all but one visit. This last visit was the worst and probably our last. Had to search high and low for help from an salesman. I was actually blown away that not one single employee was wearing a mask or practicing any sort of social distancing. We finally happened to find a woman to help us, she was cold and stand-offish and just basically brushed off any questions about a sooner pick up date. I also asked two separate individuals (one in customer service) to help me with my Brick Visa Card. I’d been having difficulties finding the appropriate payee on my online banking and thought for sure the people signing people up for these cards would know who the payee is, they did not. I was told to call Dsjardin and speak to their offices, which I’ve tried multiple times only to be put on hold. I was so frustrated when I left and it ruined what was supposed to be a fun experience. Will definitely hesitate to ever shop there again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I want EVERYONE to know about the superb experience I had dealing with Jessica, the assistant manager at the outlet site. Jessica went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make CERTAIN I was happy with my purchase and when I take my merchandise home. Jessica spent almost 2 hours showing me products, searching for products availability at different store locations, checking for delivery dates to meet my needs.
I must mention, Jessica did not get frustrated or annoyed at anytime she kept being professional and very very pleasant taking and laughing while serving us.

I went in looking for something I’d seen online, which they unfortunately did not have. The Assistant Manager, Jessica, helped me find something I liked even more! Lucky for me it also happened to be a discontinued model, so she gave me a wicked deal on it. The warehouse gentleman (did not catch his name) got it all wrapped up for me and loaded it in my vehicle for me in a super fast time! This was my second experience here and both times have had fast, efficient and helpful sales staff! Will shop here again!

I had originally posted a rave review while still reveling in "post purchase glow". While I did recieve good service on my purchase day, love what I purchased, what followed was frustrating, annoying and a huge inconvenience. My salesgirl had forgotten something in the system to initiate my delivery. I made several calls regarding this situation as I had rearranged my schedule to accommodate the delivery date. Waiting for callbacks that were not returned, having to call back as timing of this had to be adjusted, and speaking to several people who had no idea what was going on. All to find out that the delivery wasn't even scheduled. After several more calls, no call backs, delivery was arranged for another day.again having to juggle my schedule for the second time. Having the delivery charge refunded for my inconvenience also required a second go at it as it wasn't done the first time. I had treated myself to have something delivered for a change, needless to say, not impressed. The prices at Outlet are great, nice furniture, delivery guys were awesome. Will probably shop there again in the future, but will take the steps to deal with management staff and no delivery.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve. We were looking for 2 new beds for our home. Steve took my wants, needs and budget into consideration and found me a great deal. The whole time he not only assisted me but entertained my kids as well. They were laughing and having such a good time they didn’t want to leave. Thanks you for the 5 star service Steve. I am very disappointed this time. I went to buy RCA Tv showing on brick's website $399 but when try to buy price comes as $450.
Spoke to Steve he asked his Manager named Jay. He did not answer about my query but told RCA is not a good brand buy Hisence instead very good brand bought by sharp. One of the worst suggestion i ever recieved!

Any ways Tv keep disconnecting frim Wifi also gave me wrong tv mount.
Contacted steve did not reply me back and this Manager Jay was very casual when i told him one week after purchase that it should be returned. He siad cant do anything gave me 1-800 number of Hisense to complaint. I told him you told me to buy Hisence i was here for RCA he doesn't want to take responsibility. I bough one sofa that day also very arrogant and unhelpful.
Talking down about his staff steve to me asking how i know him etc.

Now after 1 month keep calling Hisence they rebooted, sent me USB even sent a tech but problem still there.it needs to be connect to wifi every time you watch it.
Also bought $80 correct mount.niw uf Hisence wants to replace the set i dont know who will take all this pain? Hisence or Jay?

Owner of this location please take alook into this issue. Also ask Jay why he recommended me this cheap Hisence TV? I am brick's customer since 2012 but this incident is terrible and shaken my confidence in Brick and its team.

STEVE the salea Associate is awesome. He helpes us to find better products on good deals!
I like this location because of him great customer service.
