Just recently went to the bridal boutique for my first wedding dress shopping experience. The venue and dresses are amazing! I would highly recommend looking at their designers online to help narrow your search in advance. Claire was my stylist and she was very thoughtful, supported my vision and shared great insights and tips with me. In the end I bought my dress during my first visit and Claire and her team were extremely thorough in sizing and ensuring the height of the dress would fit perfectly, and very open about pricing of extra length and alterations, matching me with a size that would reduce that cost. They also explained the whole timeline process from ordering, to when i should book my alterations appointment to ensure everything would be ready in time. The whole experience was easy and really lovely thanks to the sylists. Absolutely would recommend this boutique to anyone!

Claire was an amazing consultant and made finding my wedding dress so easy. She took the time to explain all details to me and make sure I was comfortable and happy in every dress I tried on. It was a perfect appointment.

My experience was absolutely amazing, Mercedez was such a sweet person! She was a big part in helping me find my dream dress and I couldn’t be more thankful for all her help! She was hyping me up the whole time and knew I was a little overwhelmed with everything and took full control and did so well! Thank you for such an amazing experience everyone was so great!

My dress shopping experience at the Bridal Boutique was incredible. From the moment my tribe and I walked in the door, everyone was warm, friendly and attentive. It was my second dress shopping appointment of the day and I was not expecting that I would be saying yes to a dress.

Bailey was a superstar! She looked at my inspiration photos, asked what I liked and disliked about other dresses I tried on, engaged with my tribe for more information and made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. There were two dresses from my previous appointment that I liked for different reasons. She took the time to find out why I liked them, how they made me feel and how I wanted to feel in
my dress on my wedding day.

The very first dress she pulled for me checked all the boxes and I was in tears from the first glance of myself in the mirror!

My experience saying yes to the dress was so special and I will remember that day forever. The store is beautiful and the attendant (Nina) we had was great, she really added so much positive energy to the day. When I thought I had chosen the dress she put a veil on me, gave me a bouquet and played wedding music to come out and show my family. It was so special and there were many happy tears. The only negative review I have is that they ordered a dress that was WAY too big for me. I’m not sure who’s fault this is exactly as they had two girls take my measurements but they ordered me a size six and my tailor was confident I would have fit into a zero if not a two at most. Therefore, this led to way higher alteration costs than should have been necessary. And I’m sure it has been beaten to death, but do not get your alterations done at the store as they are very overpriced.

What an experience! The Bridal Boutique offered a phenomenal dress shopping experience that not only left me with the dress of my dreams but my whole party feeling like we truly received the experience of a lifetime. The boutique workers were experienced, offered genuine advice, and actively listened to my likes and dislikes - in the end allowing me to find the perfect dress! Amazing experience! After a long day of dress shopping I am so glad the bridal boutique was our last stop. The shop was beautiful and the staff was awesome. Bailey was amazing at her job she asked all the right questions and pulled the perfect dresses. We had so much fun for the hour we were there and said yes to the dress! I had the lucky experience of working with Lauren Yost for my appointment and she was amazing! I showed her a couple ideas of what I was thinking and she ran with it. She was patient, kind, and beyond helpful. I ended up in a dress that I didn’t think I wanted but it blew me away. She made a very stressful and confusing day amazing. I cannot recommend them more!

Bailey was so great at helping me find my dress. She was efficient, honest, and had the perfect eye to guide me to what I wanted when I had trouble putting it into words. My bridesmaids and I pulled a few dresses but it came down to Bailey pulling the dress I didn't think I would say yes to! It was the first dress I tried on during our appointment and the one I kept comparing to.
The space is clean and bright with lots of natural lighting, I loved that so I could see what dresses would look like in different lighting.

I found my wedding dress here and it was absolutely gorgeous! Most amazing staff and so helpful! Tina helped us and she was the best literary told her what i wanted and the first dress she gave me was THE ONE! Great prices and so many plus size options as most place offer like 4 dress and thats it. Would recommend to everyone. Plus as a bonus we got a coupon to moxies after i bought a dress and got free champagne to celebrate when we went there after for a late lunch! Nice little perk. Thanks to them so much!

I had such an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at The Bridal Boutique. The staff here, especially Lillian and Marylene, were so kind and patient with me. The chest in my dress was oversized as I am small in the bust and Marylene worked her magic. After my final fitting, I felt the dress was loose and my hips and she had it fixed for me the next day. The service here was A+. I felt really appreciated and will absolutely recommend this store to all future brides! Thank you so much for your kindness! Bring on the wedding!

I would highly recommend The Bridal Boutique for any bride! They were my fourth dress store I went to and I wish I went sooner! I feel like they were the first place to realize my vision and I was so excited to finally say yes to the perfect dress! I never felt any pressure to purchase anything and they were so patient with me while I decided if it was the right dress! They have such a great selection and the staff were wonderful! I don't have anything but greats things to say!

I had such an amazing experience at Bridal Boutique in Edmonton. The ladies working made me feel extremely special and beautiful when picking out my dress. They were knowledgeable on the products and were super supportive. They picked out multiple dresses that I described was my style and were not biased about my picks based on price (not trying to up sell). There are such a great selection of dresses and reasonable priced. I will be telling all my friend future bride-to-be's that this spot is a MUST go!

August 03- I went last week to try on my dress and I gained a bit of weight. The seamstress was very nice and adjusted the clips on the dress slightly and didn't charge me. I went again today and it fits (I lost an inch). I'm so thankful I went to them for my dress. I went to another place with my step sister and it was terrible service. You are looked after the moment you walk into the boutique. Definitely go here for your dress?

Dress shopping was something I wasn’t completely excited about, but as soon as I stepped in you felt so welcomed and the environment was so warm and positive. Nia was so encouraging, knowledgeable, and attentive. Nia was such a delight to work with! The shop is absolutely stunning and the selection of dresses great, they have a little bit of everything for everyone! I’m so grateful for Nia’s help!

Friendly staff, clean interior, and well lit. The parking wasn't the best as it is angle parking off the street, which is not the safest. I also felt the guest seating furniture was not overly comfortable.
They had a good selection of wedding gowns and the staff seemed to know their product line. I would recommend them based on what I saw.

I came in to the Bridal Boutique today from out of town to get my wedding dress with my mother in law, my mom and my best friend, and all I can say is that it was nothing short of an absolutely amazing experience! Christina was my bridal consultant and she was so educated and helpful, truly I have not met someone who is so well equipped for the job they do as she. She was able to pull samples that fit my body relatively well so I could get a true vision for the dress, (I’m a size 14 from day to day for reference) and she made the entire experience so fun and exciting! She was wonderful with helping me keep things within budget, keeping me motivated and encouraged to try dresses, and was a total cheerleader for me. Thank you Christina! You made one of the most special days of my life even more special!

Christina in the off chance you may be reading this, you have been so wonderful to work with and I can’t wait to pick up my dress in 2023! You’re amazing!

The Bridal Boutique should be your first stop shop when looking for a wedding dress, they have really great price ranges including for those on a budget, the entire atmosphere is so beautiful and welcoming, and all in all it’s just a lovely and fun place to be in. They’re 100% body positive, size exclusive and your consultant will be your cheerleader!

If I could give zero stars I would.

When I chose my dress I asked the lady helping me if I’d be able to bring the dress in on the bust because it was too revealing for me, she told me absolutely and pinned it just the way I wanted it for me to see it. So I picked the dress over another one that wouldn’t need alterations.

When I went to get my dress after having it ordered in I tried it on and then explained what I’d need done so they went to get the seamstress. The seamstress INSTANTLY said “absolutely not, I will not do that for you” and then went on telling me that I never should have bought this dress because I’m heavier chested. The dress was ALSO too short for me. I’m not even wearing shoes and you can see my feet.

I ALSO ordered in fabric and they didn’t order exactly what I had wanted so had to scrounge up stuff from the back room for me to take to a different seamstress.

So 1. They’re measurements were wrong and it’s too short
2. Not educated enough to tell someone when something can or can’t be done (they just want the sale)
And 3. They’re not friendly or accommodating for anyone.

Long story short. The want the sale and after that they could care less what happens after that.

SO disappointed.

I am blown away by my experience at the Bridal Boutique. This was my second time shopping for a dress, so I was a bit nervous since I didn’t find anything the first time. I had the pleasure of having Lillian, the owner, as my consultant, as well as Prab and Mikayla. All of them were wonderful. Lillian really has an eye for this - she picked out dresses that perfectly aligned with my vision and matched the inspiration pictures I had brought in. When I didn’t like a certain silhouette, the girls didn’t hesitate to immediately bring in other dresses in my preferred silhouette to try. I felt so encouraged and comfortable here, my nerves quickly went away. I felt so catered to and special during the whole experience. I’m so happy to say that I found my dream dress here at the boutique! This is a MUST visit for any bride, hands down. Take it from someone who didn’t think she’d ever find the perfect dress - you WILL find your dress here!

Just picked up my dress from my last alteration & I’m so happy with it, it’s absolutely gorgeous, they were so understanding with getting me in super close to the wedding date due to me recently having a baby. The seamstress was so quick with my alterations from the try on date to the date I picked up (2 weeks earlier than scheduled) and very pleasant to work with. All the staff at this boutique are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

I can 100% recommend the bridal boutique any day! Jenna was AMAZING, she listened to exactly what I didn’t like and what I did like in dresses! I only had to try on a few dresses to find the one! It was such an amazing experience. I love how they even included my best friend into the decision making process, that was so important to me. I loved how I was informed with everything (price, timeline of the dress coming in etc) and nothing was a surprise! I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to the entire team at the Bridal Boutique, especially to Christina M. I got my dream dress from them for my wedding in September this year. And there was a fire accident in my house this past weekend and my dress was severely damaged. I came to the store today, distraught, not knowing what to expect. After I broke the news to Christina, she immediately asked when my wedding date was and took care of me. I MEAN, she freed up her schedule for her next appointment, reassured she will find my dream dress, and got on the phone with many contacts while having me try on some dresses. She was so professional, empathetic, and made me feel so taken care of throughout the process. AND she made miracle happen as she was able to find the same dress in the same size! I was already so thankful, but what happened next left me speechless. She had communicated with the store owner and they decided to ENTIRELY cover the cost of the dress, due to the bad situation I am in. I couldn’t believe the kind gesture they extended to me and it really alleviated so much of my stress. I had no words and did not think a business would show this level of support and understanding. If having a beautiful selection of dresses to choose from is not a good enough reason for you to visit this store, the level of service that they provide should. They genuinely CARE about you and want nothing but the best for you on your big day. I will continue to recommend this store to anyone I know. Thank you so much!

My experience at The Bridal Boutique was everything I’d ever dreamed of and more! The shop is gorgeous, the consultants were so kind, and the overall experience for myself and my entourage was super welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. My consultant was Christina, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist/hype woman to help me on such a big day! She knew exactly what I was looking for and made sure that I felt my very best in each dress I tried on. As a plus size bride, I was nervous that I wouldn’t fit into the sample sizes or look the way that I envisioned myself. Christina explained to me that at her shop, there is no “plus size section” - she simply orders a variety of sizes in many of her dresses to fit a variety of brides, and that made me feel SO good. I said yes to the very first dress I tried on and I look and feel better than I ever imagined! I wish I could relive this day over again

Mercedez at The Bridal Boutique made the experience of shopping for a wedding dress one I will never forget. She listened tentatively to exactly what we were looking for and delivered beyond our expectations. The shop is absolutely stunning and I loved how my entourage was able to look at the dresses and make suggestions where as at other shops they were not allowed to look around. I had a great experience at The Bridal Boutique today! We had a warm welcome from the owner. Then, we met our consultant, Kendra. Kendra
asked me lots of questions about what I had in mind, as well as budget. She stuck to my budget so well, and even offered a little discount for me. I felt a little awkward confessing to her that this was my 3rd store, and I do in fact have a strong idea of what I want because of that. However, she ran with it, and asked to see the dresses we were trying to top. This request made sense, because that's exactly what I was trying to do. She was extremely good at displaying the train of the dresses, chatting with us about the differences between the dresses, and the options that are available to us. I would reccomend checking them out, because I not only had a great experience, I found THE dress!

This was the first store I had been to and Kendra set the bar very high! They were extremely accommodating to get me back in the next day to try on the dress again. Kendra was amazing as she brought me a ton of dresses from what I explained I was looking for. She had me envision my wedding day before saying yes. I am so glad I had her as my consultant.

Shopping at The Bridal Boutique was an excellent experience! I had been to a number of different places before coming to The Bridal Boutique and Kendra changed my dress shopping experience! She was friendly knowledgeable, and truly cared about finding me the perfect dress! At the Bridal Boutique I enjoyed that I could walk around in the dress to get a feel of what it would actually be like and Kendra was very helpful with describing an modifications I could do to make it extra special. I bought my wedding dress at the Bridal Boutique on Saturday. I knew I wanted to come back to the Bridal Boutique for my wedding dress whenever the time came since I had such a great experience buying my prom dress there in 2013. Christine was amazing to work with, she made me feel so comfortable and was so personable. Highly recommend!

I came in for a lux appointment and it was more than I could have imagined it to be. I believe that Kendra and Mercedes were the ladies helping me find my dress, and they were both encouraging and supportive. I had a fantastic time and we received food and champagne and were able to choose our favorite music. The salon is GORGEOUS and so were all of the dresses. Every single dress that I tried I loved, and the consultants made me feel comfortable and confident. It was such an emotional experience (a good one) that I will remember and look back on for the rest of my life. I am so glad I chose the bridal boutique and would recommend it to any bride! Also, the prices are AMAZING! My dress has so much detail and bling and is insanely gorgeous for less than 3K, which I was not expecting. Thank you SO much bridal boutique! ️️️
