The Canadian Brewhouse (Chestermere)

This is such an awesome sports bar. They have such a diversified menu catering to any taste. Menu choice is always my biggest fear, once that is taken care of, then it's all about food delivery, taste and the person taking charge of providing service. This place got all 5 stars from me.
Let's talk about our server, she was such a magnificent person. I was feeling a little thirsty after my meal and I was thinking of calling our server and as I could see her walking toward my table. She was carrying some drinks for other guests but wait.she stopped at my table and left a glass of water for me. And I was looking at her with wide open eyes while she moved on. What do you call this? OMG

Wings came out cold took 35 min to get them then mains came out shortly after, server was often no where to be found (not her fault) felt like she was in charge of multiple tables and couldn’t properly wait on everyone based on the amount of tables she had

Brooklyn was an amazing server, full of energy and very kind. Her service was exceptional, very fast and knowledgeable.

They are one of the most desirable places to have a drink and great food. Best place for your first date) We had a lot of fun with the paint night that was offered in their location on Tuesday night. We will definitely go back with friends and family.

Shaun is a very cool guy, excellent service, totally dedicated to our best experience here! He made our anniversary lunch the best ever! We look forward to many more anniversaries here on the top deck! Awesome!

Overall good experience, food was tasteful, servers were nice, and the environment was clean.

Had reservations @ 6pm
Order our drinks, appetizers and food. 2 hours later our food arrives and shortly afterwards we were told that we had to be out in 45 mins because it turns into a bar and we had kids with us.
Again we waited 2 hours for our food that wasn’t delicious and appies were luke warm at best; so why would they think it is okay to come and tell us we need to hustle to be out soon when it was their fault we were there so long to begin with.
To top that off we were sat in a space where a pipe in the ceiling was dripping on one of the people at our table, their solution, they had none, so we all shuffled and shifted and left a gap where the dripping was and squished to the other end of the table.
UNACCEPTABLE!

If not for Lexi, we wouldn’t come here. She helped us at Boston pizza and when she moved we followed.

Came in today with my boyfriend Kalin! First time out in months. Our server Stephanie was excellent and took such good care of us. Felt good to get out despite everything going on right now.

Our first visit to a Canadian Brewhouse will NOT be our last. Great service and outstanding food. We installed their app and got a free order of garlic cheesy bread with donair sauce (SO tasty) plus a Caesar salad that was unique (I correctly guessed capers as that different flavour). The king of the table however was the 8 oz prime rib with mashed potatoes and peppercorn gravy plus grilled veggies on the side. Wow, already planning my next visit!

Mmmm yes, the finest of dining establishments. I do say the bartending service is top shelf my good sir. Top shelf.

Great night with the family for our son's Birthday. Food was delicious and the staff were fantastic!

My family and I came in this afternoon and had such a lovely experience. Our waitress Stephanie had such a wonderful personality and we had great food, we love coming to this location for always having a good experience.

Had dinner with the family took 20 minutes for a beer, and 1 and half hours for the food to arrive. Soup came out cold and the salad was hot and burnt yes the salad was burnt with burnt crispy Overcooked chicken, Fries came full of salt and hair! Which is sad because the fries were the best part of the meal. I would say it was understaffed but they had 5 servers to the three table they had on average while I was there. Took an hour for the bill plus an extra 30 mins to go back and get debt machine. The music so loud as if they are compensating for how bad they serve. Maybe If music was lower then you could hear people’s orders and get it right. 2 hrs and 30 minutes later glad to be out of there don’t go here. They will make you wait as long as possible in hopes you will pay cash so they can get a tip for unbelievably bad service.

Service is always great and food is always consistent. The staff really take the time to make sure you have a great experience.

We had a great time at CBH. The bartender Cassidy was great, she was not only working the bar but also serving tables as well. I would recommend coming here if you want great service and to have a good time.

Very clean inside the bar. Our server Sasha was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Had some good nachos and beverages. The bulldogs were great. Lots of big screens to watch the games on also. With lots of daily specials we will definitely be back again.

Came here for some brews and tacos with the boys and lemme tell ya, 'twas quite the time we had. Our server Mariel was (and is) great, and was very knowledgeable on the menu, she suggested a "life saver", lived up to its name. Always a good time coming here, 10/10 will come back.

I really love the Brewhouse. Love their fun menu and Canadian theme. I recently visited the Chestermere location and had the very best service. Our server Shanelle went above and beyond for us. My friend has food allergies and she was great about making sure she had a safe and tasty meal! And she was super friendly and efficient! Worth the drive from Calgary to visit this location!

Last night we had the BEST server and food. Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Keana for making us feel special and for treating us so well. She even gifted us a dessert…. The caramel poutine. It was so incredible. Yummy cinnamon stick “fries” with loads of whipped cream “curds” and caramel-chocolate “gravy” It was so appreciated ️

JC was such a good bartender! Came in not even caring for UFC and he got me so pumped up with the lights and horn!

Went to visit my friend who moved in the area. Had a really great time catching up there. Good staff, food and drinks. Was the perfect spot to hangout.

Sarah and Lyden gave us great service and were super friendly and attentive. We will be back! Pizza and yorkies were yummy!

Had drinks and food upstairs on outdoor patio couches and a had a fire table lit, which was nice as it was a little chilly. I had a couple gorditos on special that night, I preffered the beef over the chicken although both were cooked well. Drinks were cold.food was hot and service was good. Only thing I could suggest is that the table part of the firetable be extended a little as not to singe your hands if a breeze happens along. Or it warms your drink up. All in all still a good time!

In Calgary visiting friends, and they brought me to Brewhouse. Honestly the best place to watch live sports and have drinks. Ellena was a great host! Very attentive to our needs and made yummy suggestions for what to try. Thursday has some great deals with Chinese food and half price wine definitely will be back thanks to Ellena's friendly and amazing service.

Everytime I come here it get better and better. Sydney was our server. She really took the time to get to know us and make us feel very welcomed, Me and my friends will totally be coming back here. Thank you Sydney for taking such great care of us you’re the best.

Our servers Marissa and Ryley were amazing, great service and great atmosphere. Will definitely return!

Marissa was fantastic, great service even on a busy night, Extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. In general she managed to always keep up and make sure everyone was happy. Will be coming again.

Sydney was such an amazing server, she made sure we had everything we needed, she was so sweet and kind. Anyone who comes here should ask to be in her section we loved her. I will 100% be coming back here and personally asking for sydney I love this place and will be telling all my friends to stop in for some drinks and great food.

Came to Chestermere Brewhouse for the first time and we loved it. Had amazing service, Brooke was the best server ever. She was attentive and recommended everything good on the menu. The jet chill shots were awesome! She was super genuine and we will be back to see her.

Was in there tonight and had exceptionally service. Jessica definitely made it a get night and we will be back.

Brooke is the best server at all Brewhouses She made a Moscow mule with a special recipe at my request. Definitely coming back again

The service was slow, my steak was undercooked, and yet the grill marks tasted charred/burnt. Drinks were packed full of ice and it was like 3 or 4 sips and you need another drink. My friends chicken sandwich was more bread than chicken. Servers were nice and I'm actually quite surprised by tonight as any other time I've gone here the food has been stellar and the service has been prompt which is why it's getting 3 stars and not 2, benefit of the doubt that it's an off night for them.

Shanelle and brooke were amazing servers. Brooke is doing a great job training Shanelle, you wouldn’t even know Shanelle is new. Also great drinks and food.

Absolutely love Stephanie’s drink recommendations, always great service and great food. Hope she’s my waitress when I return!

My daughters Quinceañera was outstanding because of Shanelle; our host for this event. She provided outstanding service, while being polite and engaging. My daughters special day would have been ruined if not for Shanelle. Brooke also provided outstanding service, and was very responsive to our requests. Thank you Canadian Brewhouse for making my daughter’s day memorable, and our night we could never forget!

The Brewhouse remains my favourite restaurant in Chestermere; the food came quickly and flavourful as always. Sarah did a fantastic job serving us, and gave us great recommendations off the menu!

We were at the Brewhouse in Chestermere for the first time in over a year, not because of Covid but because service in the past had been dismal at best, we have walked out twice before because of not getting served after waiting over twenty minutes both times in an empty restaurant pre-covid. The Brewhouse has always had a redeeming quality and that is the patio, so we decided to give it a go again. We were lucky enough to have Brook as our waitress, she is the best waitress we have ever had at Brewhouse and honestly a great waitress in general. She recommended good drinks, was attentive but not in your face and checked to make sure my food came as ordered due to an allergy. The Brewhouse needs more Brooks.

Excellent service and amazing staff! Sarah was fantastic! Definitely recommend to all and will be back very soon!

Stuck up lady work Saturday night.horrible horrible experience. Looked like all of the staff where drinking.it was horrible.
