The Canadian Brewhouse (Grande Prairie)

Washroom had no toilet paper. Mentioned to waitress she said she would have one of her male colleagues bring some in to the washroom. Had supper and two drinks went back no toilet paper.

Kelly is the sweetest server I’ve had at the brewhouse and she’s always on time with our food/drinks and etc! I would highly recommend her everytime I come here, great service and even greater person

Gwenyth is an amazing server and is so friendly and educated about what they sell. She provided amazing friendly service as well as is very fast and my drinks don’t go dry!

I have been coming to this Brewhouse for many years now and have always had a great experience. A few days ago I was served by Gwyneth, this girl exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond for our table. She is truly one of the sweetest servers I have ever met and she performed incredibly well for being a new member of staff! So impressed and will definitely be requesting her in the future!

Mac definitely knows how to push the shots! We did too many Rainbows. Shes great to talk to and can definitely make us laugh. Shoutout to her Kush and Kiarra for letting us take a pic!

I had a great time with my family at CBH around a table of delicious food.

Honestly, the worst Brewhouse I have ever been to. Came here a few weeks ago, downloaded the app to get a free appetizer. Server didn't remove the cost, so manager gave me a voucher for next visit. Ok.came today and we asked for separate bills. However, server put the bill together. Took off the cost of my friends appy (which was conveniently 5 less). So don't pay until you take time to review your bill. Feels like they are intentionally ripping off. Also check out this reg poutine for $12! Looks more like a side portion. What a ripoff. Don't recommend and won't be back. Lukewarm food, and terrible service.

Visiting from Pennsylvania on my way to Alaska. Drove 13 hours today and didn’t want to go out. So glad I did! Had the ribeye, shrimp, and brisket poutine and it was absolutely fantastic. Best meal I have had in recent memory. Staff were outstanding!

Service was exceptional, server had such a bubbly and happy attitude, the food was absolutely delicious, best chicken burger I’ve had in years. I would suggest anyone who hasn’t stopped in to the brewhouse to just take the plunge already, it’s probably one of the best meals and best service you’ll get anywhere, 5 stars is the max, but they seriously deserve 7 stars in Grande Prairie

Went to the brewhouse to watch the fights and not only did we watch the fights but were served by zanna the best server we could of asked for very fast service and very nice to all of us and talked made us laugh and feel like we were at home will be here again to see her indefinitely!

Xanax was our server and was awesome! Drinks were good and fights were super entertaining. Got our drinks within seconds and our seconds within minutes!

What you would expect from a franchise. Decent food, decent service, decent beer. Nothing special but nothing to complain about

I would give this place 0 starts if I could waiting 45 minutes for burnt food the waitress had an attitude never coming here again

I came here with some friends last Saturday and the service was great and we all loved the food here, would definitely come again.

Our waitress Saarah was amazing she kept our drinks filled and was very knowledgeable about their menu and drinks. 10/10 would recommend

Great place to watch sports and Saarah makes it an awesome experience with being on the ball and efficient. Highly recommend

We came with a dietary restriction, which every other Brewhouse has done a fantastic job at ensuring no contamination. This one, the person came away feeling sick due to the cross contamination at this location. As a whole even my food was poorly prepared and felt overly greasy. Again never had this issue at other Brewhouse's and normally enjoy the food. Incredibly disappointing.

The bathroom was nasty and it's just not the best experience very loud atmosphere but would be good for drinking and food was alright nothing special

We were concerned if we were going to be served after sitting there for a while but finally got service, I actually wanted to leave. My wife is more patient. After ordering When my pizza got to me, it looked great and tasted awesome well to a point anyway half of it was raw. They didn't cook the whole pizza and I'm thinking they were in a hurry and didn't check the top was done. Nothing like biting into a raw Pizza dough. The waitress took some money off our bill but the taste of raw dough is still with me. Yuck.

Went into the GP Brewhouse for my Bday and had amazing service from Rosalyn. Super friendly and quick service. Even had other staff members come over and wish me a happy birthday.

Great atmosphere with fantastic service! The music may be a little loud for some, but it's perfect for romantic isolation, or parties!

The food was good but the service was terrible. There was no menu code on the table she said she’d go grab us one, 15 minutes later she still hadn’t brought us our waters or the code so I grabbed one off a neighbouring table. She finally took our beer order then we watched them sit at the bar for another 15 minutes before another waitress brought them over. The table across from us were the waitresses friends and they sat down well after us (we watched another group leave before they sat down). We ordered our food first, the dry ribs that were on special. The other table got their dry ribs first and then she told us we were waiting on ours for another 15 minutes after already waiting 15. It took 10-15 minutes to get the drinks after ordering every round. I ordered a side Caesar salad and Brussels sprouts (which they were out of, I just got a full size salad instead). She gave me the side salad for free because they had already made it. The full size didn’t come till 30 minutes after the other food arrived. And then to top it off she didn’t tell me they were out of Parmesan or croutons and just served it without, without letting me know. I wouldn’t have paid $14 for lettuce, bacon and dressing. Maybe she was new but overall terrible experience.

Had wings. Terrible. Dried out and couldn't eat them. Still had to pay for them so will not be returning to this brewhouse again. I travel for work so know how nice some can be. This is not one of those

Great experience at this location! I like the Canadian Brewhouse in general but this was great and fast. Our sever Skye was quick and friendly! For sure be back!

Great service from Sky, seemed a little shy at first but we broke her out of her shell haha. Nice to be back out in civilization and to have her as our server at the Brew!
