Best service ever! All staff are second to none! And the food is so good! And we are sorry to see Jaden moving on.she is one of our favorites!

Place was disgusting, tables weren't being cleared, had to eat around a bunch of half chewed food and general garbage on all the tables, the manager "Mack" was completely unhelpful and combative about it, I actually overheard him ban a family from the location after they had mentioned the mess. Very unprofessional management, very dirty and at no point did they atmosphere feel welcoming. " Management (mack) is apathetic to the state of the restaurant and flippant with customers concerns. 0/5 do not recommend

Rating 0/5 if possible, I will never go back here or any BrewHouse unless i get dragged in. Do not dine here unless you want to regret all your life choices leading you to eating here.

- Update July 30 -
We went to the BrewHouse today (July 30,2022) with a coupon for a "Huge Tri-Stack Nachos". We ordered it with thinking that we will use the coupon to get it free with a mandatory purchase of a drink (this was okay with us). We later went to pay for it to find out that the coupon was for a half size "Huge Tri-Stack Nachos". They would not honor the coupon fully and only did half off that nacho order. In the fine print of the coupon it says nothing about a half size plate. Why would they even call it half size when they could do the "Nachos for Uno" like the menu say. We also ordered extra cheese with the Nachos but be warned that the price of extra cheese is not $3 or so but $6 - $10! A block of cheese from walmart is not even this much! I get making a profit but this is practically getting robbed legally! They are terrible for customer service but I will say that the one new waitress in training was very respectable about the whole situation (shout out to this girl and this girl only).

Food is below average, too loud to talk, service is lacking. Would not recommend going to any Brewhouse.

Recently my daughters soccer team was in a different city and we pre-ordered a meal for 90 people. When we got to this particular establishment we had to wait two hours for a food even after we had pre-order. The funny thing is a few months ago we came to the Sherwood Park Canadian Brewhouse and did the same thing but we had pre-ordered and talk to Gray about this. I think six minutes after we arrived we started getting our food everything was hot tasted amazing and our service was absolutely phenomenal in Sherwood Park. For any sports team that is looking for a parent party or a parent function with or without the kids especially with the kids actually this would be the place to go! Grey And all the staff are absolutely amazing 5 1/2 stars for sure!

Service was great. The food, in my opinion has only ever been just okay. Only ever go here because the wife loves the deep fried pickles. This time though the wife's taco salad had a plastic topper from a sauce bottle or something buried in it. They didnt even give us a discount for their mishap! I'll never go here again. Time to find a new place that serves deep fried pickles, and the wife agrees.

We asked to sit outside as there were barely any customers out there and it was a big game day for hockey, it was also a beautiful day. Didnt want to be inside due to the noise. Sadly they sat us inside. Server was great and the food good

First time going here. Enjoyed the service and food. Totally recommend it. Will be returning here again. I had the stir fry and wife had the nachos. The price was reasonably priced as well. Edited: Can't say enough about this place. Each time we go here, excellent service and friendly staff.

It was ok. Big portions. Rice was undercooked and crunchy in my poke bowl. Also was charged full 21.99 instead of the 13.99 lunch special. Also Charged for milk separately that was supposed to be included in kids meal. Didnt notice till later. Onion rings and tater tots were good. Spent 96 dollars for 3 appetizers a kids meal and 2 lunches. Waitress took a long time but was nice.

Very friendly service and reasonable prices! The food was delicious although the steak was very thin. All in all will return:)

I went tonight for my sisters birthday and we had the best waitress (Ashley D)! We told Ashley we were there for a birthday and she bought shooters for all of us at the table! Then I asked for poutine and found out the kitchen was already closed. But they still made it for me and it was great poutine! They also gave away oilers tickets tonight (I did not win but the draw was still fun). They made it a great night:)

Brunch was awesome, great server. Had the breakfast poutine and got gravy instead of hollandaise sauce. Soo good!

Same service that one can expect from any Brewhouse! This location does not have VLTs so kids can come in until 8pm. I was there on a Sunday at 1pm and the kids easily out numbered adults.lots of children's laughter and shouting and it didn't feel like a pub. We moved seats to sit at the bar itself to be able to hear each other over the kiddos.there were several young kids hockey teams over the whole venue! I would keep that in mind if I were to visit this location again before 8pm.
Their breakfast poutine is Huge and yummy!

Ordered supper for the family. Very disappointing meal. They completely missed one entire meal and the food we did receive was cold and squished in their wrappers. Called the restaurant and they blamed the temp of the food on the delivery driver (despite it taking him less than 10 minutes to get here). Was told they would remake the missing item but I would have to come pick it up myself or I could take it up with skip the dishes if I wanted a refund. We’ve had good food there before, but after this and the restaurant’s don’t care attitude, not sure I’ll be going back again

Service was very disappointing. We got our drinks, and when I tried to order, the server turned around and left; never to return again. We watched a group of servers - including ours - chatting while we waited, so we paid the 10$ for our drinks and left. We actually felt unwelcome.

Got offered some free food when signing up on their app and claimed it but they charged me full price after and claimed they couldn’t remove it.

Always a good stop for a quick beer or an evening with friends, or to catch a game! Our favorite place Staff is the absolute best here! Can't say enough good things about this location! Jessica, Ashlyn, Amy - you guys are amazing

Fitted our dog with the wrong thickness of martingale collar. It rusted out within 3.5 weeks with minimal use. Just not the greatest service overall. Got way better service and quality of products at one of the many other dog stores.

I got the brisket poutine and the caramel chocolate dessert poutine. Both tasted amazing as always. Probably my most favorite dessert I've had at any restaurant.

Back when I was cool I loved this location to grab a drink with friends. I also attended a few fundraisers, and work team-builders here back then that were great from what I remember.
I also like it now as a father of young children who brings them in non-peak hours so that my goblins don't ruin everyone's experience. My kids wanted to try chicken wings so I brought them here. They hated the chicken wings but loved the kids menu items. We've had a variety of staff who have all been excellent with my kids, as well as understanding & accommodating for things we may need; you know like a couple cloths to clean a toddler who spilled ranch dressing all over themself.
In all seriousness though we've come probably on a monthly basis for our family night out. Tonight was our last family night out before welcoming another kid (why?) and when we asked the kids where we should go they requested it. It was closing in on bedtime on an Oilers game night but the staff were amazing to us. When we left we remarked to each other how awesome every experience has been at this location; and how much we appreciate being comfortable bringing kids in for an experience like that.

Ordered 2 orders of garlic cheesy fingers. Barely any cheese on the bread they were super thin and hard as if they where under a heat lamp all day! Worst ever

Polite staff and keeps patrons safe by checking and validatinv proof of vaccine. I will come back as I know its safe here.

So this is a 20 dollar clubhouse pretty sad the tempo on Hwy 16 has a better club and side for 14 bucks very dissatisfied and disappointed

Ordered for the first time and was extremely impressed with the quality of food and presentation
Will definitely be ordering again.

Delivery/take away is hit and miss. In restaurant dining is always awesome and staff are always friendly. Food is priced well for what you're getting and we always leave full.

100% food was great, service was amazing! U guys deffinetly are doing awesome with the covid restrictions will be back 100%! Cheers!

Did you know, this place is locally owned! I just learned that myself, a chain restaurant needs your support because people in our community own it and are working very hard to keep their business running in these tough times. Try the jalapeno poppers, yum and Keto Friendly:) my kids love the burgers and friend pickles are a must:)

The fish & chips we had delivered just a few minutes ago is quite honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. They included delicious perogies which were a wonderful surprise. Great price, fast delivery; very well done and I send many thanks. Highly recommend this establishment!

The bacon cheeseburger at brewhouse is THE only burger packed with flavor and quality. I'll be back for more. Oh I had 2 delish meat patties on my Burger

We were in last night to claim my complimentary birthday nachos. I have to say our server did an amazing job last night. She was the only one on and is was busier than expected. She was professional and prompt with everyone. She took a couple minutes to chat with us at the end. She let us know that tough decisions had been made by management and staff were let go. Just because this is a chain doesn’t mean it isn’t owned by a local family that does a lot for the community and it especially doesn’t mean that they don’t employ staff from the community!

On a whole other note! Things are tough now and we are all making the best of things. We were upset to hear how people have been downright mean to staff. Please remember that they are doing a job they love just as you to and deserve to be treated appropriately. They don’t make the rules right now but they have to follow them. Instead of being abusive maybe tip a little more for still having the privilege to go out and have someone serve you!

We are all in this together and it will pass eventually!

Great place to grab something when in a rush. The service is prompt, rates are convenient, good ambience. Keep up the good work

Went it was dead.we ordered steak bites and poutine.came out luke warm, tried to catch the waitress but could not find any around.ate cold food because we were starving.got a oh from the waitress.not impressed

This place never fails to deliver. The community contributions are off the charts as well.

Hats off to Grayson and Aimee, at the Sherwood Park location for looking after us last evening with the delicious Prime Rib Dinner for our 20 family and friends.
Aimee was a very gracious server, chef ensured the beef was tender as a mother’s love (can’t beat those Alto Sham ovens) and Grayson was a very good host. So if you are looking for a fun evening with a group of your friends and family or a special event, give it a try.you won’t be disappointed. ‍

We love hanging out. Last night we went to this delicious place which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely experience there with superb cooking and a courteous crew and a great chief cook. We added this place in our list and we shall certainly visit again soon. We highly recommend.

Even with covid and everything this place still seems like the place to be both inside the restaurant and outside on the patio. The service was great, the food was fantastic, the atmosphere was awesome, and the humor hidden in random places was my style. (I like simple jokes). I can understand why this place is liked by many now that I've experienced it for myself.

I almost rang the big bell just because it looked fun.don't do it that's all I have to say lol.

With all the uncertainty and restrictions in place, the staff here are really on top of their game.

Most of the food is great. Their specials are usually pretty good but the taco tuesday (which had always been such a staple for me) was a no for me. 2.99 for a cracker with a tiny little bit of chicken corn and beans. I go to brewhouse for the bar type food and a decent size portion. No value for the price in my mind. Tldr, wait for wing Wednesday

Sat down quickly but after sitting down waited nearly 20 mins for a waitress than another 30 on drinks. From than it took about 20 mins for food. And when it came out it was cold so clearly she had forgot about it and tried saying the kitchen was backed up. Overall it is a pub style place so shouldn't expect the best but when you're paying $15-20 per plate it should be over sub par food

With all the safety measures for covid, I felt like I was seated in a bubble with all the plexi glass around me. I am aware of the necessity for as much customers as possible but I would be much more comfortable with segregated seating then being sourrounded like being in a bubble.staff was excellent food was perfectly done.just pandemic rules and regulations dropped my experience a few points. I will go back.after this covid stuff is over

I started coming here because of Destinee, followed her from Joey. She's great. Food is good bar food (lots of options even during covid), drinks are great, service is great.

I want to post a picture to show how little beef my beef dip came with. It literally came with 10% of the meat for the bun. 10% like really? So I just paid over $20 bucks for a BUN and Au Jus!

These guys are always great to have a few beers at. Fun staff and atmosphere. It’s always a great place to have wings and watch the game.

A couple of coworkers and I came after a long shift for some dinner and drinks. Ashlyn was fantastic! All of our 8 inch pizzas, bulldogs, and shots were delicious. Ashlyn went out of her way to make sure we got the best deals, best menu items, and overall a good time!

Very neat and accessible restaurant. They provide large meals and for inexpensive rates. We loved the meals a lot and the waiters were very affable and informative. Highly recommended.

Alright the food was good but we got chicken wings and they were literally the size of a cotton swab. And they were $14.99 and there were 8 I was very disappointed with the serving size we ended up getting another order of the tatertot supreme it was decent but the wings were very disappointing.
