The Canadian Brewhouse (Banff)

Waited for 20 minutes to be seated. Noone assisted despite asking multiple staff to find us a table.

Went to the brewhouse with a couple of my friends & sat at the wood.was served by tristen & brody & they gave us phenomenal service! Will definitely be returning!

Mija was such a good server. She made sure our drinks weren’t dry and the food wasn’t cold when delivered

Mijas was an amazing waitress, was always on time to ask us about our food and if we needed more.

Sarah was our sever tonight! She was great very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The Camadian Brewhouse was a great addition to banff!

Staff (Serena) and Manager (Mija) were extremely helpful, friendly and the food presentation was amazing, most delicious. Many TVs to view, so made watching the hockey games a wonderful experience.

Maja is THE best! We came in for a bachelorette drink and she was so kind and fun! Thanks for the GREAT experience

Amazing service from Mija! We got dinner and drinks and were happy with everything. She was super accomodating and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. The spicy mango margarita is so tasty!

The Canadian Burger were great as was the fish and chips. Service was great and even got a tip for a great hiking spot

Went there with my friend and the food was so good but it took forever to the server to acknowledge our presence while we Literally sitting at the bar in front of her.even though the food was good I’m not satisfied with the service but it looks like there was no option on their machine to not tip and that server did not deserve any tip from me but she get the tip anyways which was wrong.

The prime rib special on Friday at this Canadian Brewhouse location is not well-known. Having tried prime ribs at other locations in Edmonton and Calgary, I can confidently say that the prime rib here is the tastiest I have ever had. The daily specials are also impressive, such as Wednesday's 50% off wing special. The quality of the food is outstanding and I have become a regular at this location. I highly recommend it.

Wish I could give no stars. I normally only review restaurants I have a positive experience with, but I feel I need to leave this review to warn incoming tourists about this place. Wait staff appeared as though they couldn’t be bothered to attend to customers, our waitress on multiple occasions disappeared for long periods of time and we felt as though we were inconveniencing her by keeping her from hanging out with to her coworkers.
Very poorly managed location, all wait staff can be seen in clusters talking around the restaurant not appearing to do any work what so ever. Normally if the service was good, this wouldn’t have bothered me but service was very poor and they made no attempt to look like they were actually working - just just stood around. As well, burgers are easily identified as frozen and there are very few vegetarian options. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Ended up getting dominos (best decision ever! So good especially the spinach cheese bread!) the next night due to this cities awful restaurant reviews including this one I’m leaving right now. I try and support local when I can but after this brewhouse experience I didn’t want to waste my money or time on another place like this.

Brought my entire family here for dinner while we were on a family vacation. We had Mackenzie as our server and let me say, she was one of the BEST servers I’ve had in a very long time. She was so kind and personable. She was amazing with my kids. Everything came out perfect and prompt. I highly recommend this location and if your luck enough to have Mackenzie as your server, enjoy and tip well haha ️

Stopped here for dinner after a long day of hiking. Our party of six were all very pleased with our meals. Excellent selection, great food, and good prices for such a popular town. Very reasonable. And the service was top notch. A special thanks to our server Maja and our host from the UK with the Australian accent:)

Great experience. Had a great server names McKenzie whonwas so great with our kids. Will be back.
