The Canadian Brewhouse (Fort Saskatchewan)

Went for dinner, service from Sam (Samantha) was great. It was very busy so our food took a bit bit, but she was very apologetic and attentive.

The night started with Jesalyn and she was so great! Bubbly and friendly great suggestions for food and drink choices. My drink was never empty before she was back to see if I wanted another. Very attentive and quick. Can't wait to go again!

Horrible service.server brought us the wrong drink and was unwilling to bring us the correct drink or even offer to take it off our bill.ordered a pickle back and received it with fireball instead of whisky.so nasty. She claimed she heard us say "jack fire" but I didn't even know that existed so how could I order that and why would I want that with pickle juice! Was asked if we wanted another drink and asked her to come back in 2 minutes. 15 minutes went by and still no service. The bouncer came around and we stopped him and we asked if he could grab our server as she was going to every other table but ours (including the one right beside us). Another 10 minutes went by and she still hadnt come by, we asked him again and he apologized and went to get her. 5-10 minutes later he came back and said "shes obviously come by now, right" and she still hadnt, it had been over 30 minutes. Knowing how we are feeling, he said he was going to take care of our bill because he knew how long we were waiting. Shoutout to him for taking care of our bill. Whats most disappointing is, im a regular there so I am familiar with the staff. A bunch of them came in on their off day and were served drinks and their bill all before we got any sort of service. Once we were walking towards the door was when she decided to come up to us as she saw we were leaving. Disappointing experience for me and my guest.

Great food, great atmosphere. Went during a football game, and it was unreal. Bryanna was our server and helped us with everything and made our visit amazing

Had a girls night out and our server was Bryanna, she was so great and attentive to our table:)

Came for some beers, ended up with wings on a great deal thanks to the recommendation from our server Bryanna. Service was above what I had expected.

Came here for the food but will be returning for mercedez! Best service i've ever had someone give this girl a raise asap

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Made great conversation and recommendations on food and drinks, even with a large last minute group. The double layer steak was amazing.

Dani is a great bartender and its all ways great going there.the staff are great to be around can joke with them and they are all friendly

Sam was our server and she KILLED it! Was short staffed and she made sure that we were well taken care of the whole time. Much appreciated

Steak bites were with a large selection of beer. Saturday night, atmosphere is energetic and the staff is engaging. Great for a night out with music, dancing, and socializing over good food and drinks.

I've probably been to this brewhouse 10 times since it came to the Fort, and honestly every time was 5 stars. Great food and drinks and the staff are awesome too.

Fort Sask Brewhouse is my favourite spot in fort! Great food and drink as well as service. Trinity always takes amazing care of me!

Update 1 year later: I generally avoided this due to my prior experience, but some friends wanted to go so I gave it another shot. I was able to get 2 beers over 3 hours. It was not for lack of trying, we were trying to "get after it" as the kids say. The service was beyond slow, it was chaotic, fortunately the were no screaming children this time, but there really wasn't much going on so I have no clue why service was that bad. I've seen a few reviews reference bears den, and I agree, just so much better over there for a similar atmosphere.

Old: If you aren't taking your kids here to be a "sports bar daycare" skip this place. The food wasn't great, was really expensive for what it was, and it was just screaming children running around screaming constantly like it was a Chuck E. Cheese. I couldn't finish my wrap because the chicken was left-out-dry, which is quite different from overcooked dry. Normally I quite like Canadian Brewhouse locations (as you can see from my reviews), but this location was awful. Thankfully I found out early on not to come back here. The server was going to comp my wrap, but on the bill that didn't even happen.

I was planning to be nicer in the review but after re-reading it, just skip this location, it is absolutely awful.

Food was ok but the service we got from Sam was incredible. She was so friendly and made our night!

Recently visited friends in Fort Sask. We had a great time! The atmosphere was fun and we received fantastic service - shout out to our server, Sam!

Had Samantha as our server, fantastic young lady, very personable and extremely attentive to our table

Kaitlyn was amazing, she was super friendly and answered my questions with such a happy smile.

If it wasn’t for Taylor, it would have been a 2 star. She saved the day. We were not served our drinks for a full 30 minutes after ordering. Wings wedge sub par.
