Didn't enjoy the fact that a automatic 18% tip was added to my bill. The service was ok at best. The music was too loud in my opinion.

Great service in the mid afternoon. Food is fantastic and love the gluten free menu options!

I ordered the Olympic stir fry and it was like hot (spicy) soup. You couldn’t taste anything other than the spicy sauce. I picked up a large piece of broccoli and I knew it was broccoli cause I saw it and cause of texture while chewing it but you couldn’t taste broccoli just spice! They remade and put sauce on the side but I felt sick from the little I ate before. We had to search for service when we got there and our waitress seemed perturbed we wanted service or found fault with food. This should have been our sign to give it a miss!

Service was HORRIBLE! Waited almost 30 mins for bill after asking, fries we not cooked, waitress never came back & refreshed drinks, had to ask 3x for utensils, 2x for salt & pepper.now waiting for the bill 10mins & counting. No its not busy

Shelby is the real star here and was genuine, funny, attentive, and very kind. Give her a raise! She is just wonderful, no complaints whatsoever. Haven't had a genuine connection with a server in probably years I would say. She made great suggestions and was really fun to talk to.

Food was decent, took a long time to come out. Cauliflower wings were reallyyyyy good (small portion size for price was kind of insane) and tiny perogies were ok, could have had way more sauteed onions. They are fun to eat by hand I have to say!

Bar itself was pretty overstimulating with all of the tvs playing all of the sports so it made it a bit hard to converse. It is a sports bar, but maybe if it had a section that was a bit quieter with no tvs (or less) that would be pretty swell I think.

Usually CBH is a pretty good bet. Fairly consistent from one to the next. This one lands in the lower percentile. Maybe it's the neighborhood; this CBH feels like it has let itself go in order to fit in. The decor is tired and old, but you don't really notice it because the walls are covered in televisions broadcasting ALL the sports. No audio on any of them, probably so the club music from 15 years ago will be heard loud and clear.

Staff are cautiously welcoming without making you feel like they're actually happy you're there. In the good column, we were seated quickly and brought beverages in good time. It was too dark to read the menus, so we used our phone flashlights.

Once ordered, appies and then mains arrived fairly quickly, in generous portions. My caesar salad was tasty, after I tossed the ingredients together, but the dressing had too much lemon in it for me. My friends enjoyed their food, but two ordered pizza and seem to have been charged for cheese as a topping. So weird.

I guess its important to remember that this CBH is entirely a bar, no restaurant section. The vibe is definitely a bar, as is the service approach. That said, other CBH locations seem to get it right. I would try one of the other places up the street if I was dining in this area again.

Went for supper after a long day and had jadyn as my server. The service was fantastic and she was very progressional and sweet throughout. Will be requesting her next time I come back

We went on Saturday for the prime rib deal. This also happened to be the same day as the lobster fest.
My wife asked about the daily specials and was told everything is available. So we sat down, waited for the rest of our party. Once they arrived we ordered our drinks and once the drinks came we ordered our meals.
This was the moment our server told us the prime rib was not available. The server said we should have phoned to make sure it was available. Even after we showed her the ad for the very same prime rib deal was up on the big TV screen and said nowhere does it say anything is cancelled for lobster night. She repeated we should have phoned. Wife asked her if we should phone every Saturday and she told us yes.
We asked simple questions and received attitude in return. Even the bartender had some attitude and ignored us when asking for the manager.

Good food, good wing wednesday deal. Good staff. Natalie was amazing would come back just for her.

Natalie was such a diligent server she was cleaning up another table, noticed me using a torn up napkin, stoped what she was doing and got me fresh napkins, Tiauna was an awesome bar keep, both ladies were awesome, exactly the type of employees that keep customers coming back

The service was terrible. Ordered a drink when we came in then no one came to see us for over an hour. No food or refills

This place is normally good but the waitress last night was kinda cold and rude. I get she probably puts up with customers all day but we were polite, so I don't get the coldness: (

Bartender was abusive towards my partner. Can't believe Brewhouse has people like P employed here.

Me and my now husband had our 1st date here so we went back here on our wedding day to celebrate. The staff there were absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. They saved our booth (the one we met in), and put our names on all the screens! They were so awesome when we were taking pictures, and they just did everything they could to make our day even more special! Thank you guys so much for helping us celebrate our special day! I really can’t thank you enough

The Canadian Brewhouse on 97st used to be the best place to have fun a couple years ago. I live close by so I loved going there but now…

I went there 3 times since 2022 and I will never go again
The front door handles are really dirty. As you walk to those doors, you are greeted by garbage and cigarettes butts all over with an inviting smell of piss and smoke.
I walk In to an empty bar, no hellos, dirty tables and terrible service.
I went straight to the washroom to wash my hands. As I came out to find a table, I noticed every table is dirty with only 2 customers in the building. I found a semi clean table (the cleanest table there) and sat for 5 mins. Finally the lazy server takes my order (at this point I’m not going to eat here) I ordered a beer. It took another 5 minutes to get it and the glass looked terribly washed.
I had my 1 beer and left disgusted. I went straight home to shower off because I felt so dirty in there. …. The manager just sits there on her laptop all day not noticing how poorly ran the place is…Wake up woman!
Moral of the story, please don’t go there!
And I hope they will be inspected soon.

The service was really good this evening but the host wasn't as friendly. The food is very average. I wouldn't recommend the Pina colada at all.

Tiuanna SCREWED our fantasy draft experience. She said we would get a free pizza if we did our fantasy football draft on location. We started our draft and she said we can no longer get our free large pizza. She said she didn't know if the promotion was even active. We are extremely disappointed that we would be misled. When pressed to speak to a manager she said she was the manager. It took 30 minutes to get our first set of drinks and its going on 45 minutes currently for only our second set of drinks. The experience here has been below standard by far. If you are planning a fantasy draft, choose a different location that actually know what they are promoting. Really poor experience for a Wednesday night. Just got our food order and our wings are cold. If this is how brewhouse treats their ESSC members I think they should partner with a different establishment.
