We just had a great lunch and had the server Maddy. She was super amazing with our kids and attentive

Maddie was an awesome server today. She did an amazing job. Getting us everything we needed.

That was probably the worst service I have ever had. Waited over 10 minutes upon arrival to even get a drink order, then longer to receive those drinks. When we asked for things she wasn’t sure about she told us she had no idea how to make that or what the specific liquor was, I would think you would just say, yes let me go check, or look it up, not straight up tell your table you have no idea what that is. My lemon drop ended up being straight vodka with sugar inside the shot glass. Every glass at our table sat completely empty in a tower for over 15 minutes before she even came to check on us- yes we got to the point where we actually timed it. Which then took 10 minutes for her to bring our bills, only after she went into the back and got herself a sweater. We wouldn’t have been as upset if she had been visibly busy, however, while our drinks were empty she was simply standing behind the bar. She did not seem at all affected by the fact we had empty drinks or that we were visibly upset at the lack of service.

The service and food were so amazing Trinity was such a great server so friendly. Would highly recommend

Absolutely incredible job from the waitress named Trinity 10/10 in looks and service great with the customers will come back for her anytime!

Horrible service not once did she check to see how our food was if we needed anything. Multiple plates were missing components of the meal like salsa & sour cream. We had to wave down another server to help us who went to tell ours she looked at us and walked the opposite direction at which point a member of the table called across the restaurant to get her attention she came over to say there’s other guest don’t yell across the restaurant, took more drink orders that never showed up. There were only 5 tables, 3 servers & a bartender they were not run off their feet by any mean’s especially leaning up against the bar gossiping and all going to the bathroom together multiple times while tables sat wanting service.

Took the kids here tonight food was amazing. Service was outstanding our server Keanna treated the kids like kings and Queens never had to wait for anything very polite. If the food sucked I would return for the service but the food was amazing so I win all around great job guys.

I'm not entirely sure why I keep giving this place more chances to redeem themselves. I'm hopeful it will turn around one day. Undercooked chicken is not something to let slide.

Good service and enjoyable food with expansive selection. The only issue was that music was too loud to visit with our family

The food is mediocre at best. And any feedback is responded with" that comes from head office" so clearly they have no intentions of improving the food.

The service was slow. It seemed like it took a long time to order.
The food was hot and delicious when we got it, good portion sizes.

Good was a bit on the salty side. But all cooked. Service was good.

Arianna and Trinity took great care of me and my friend on our night out! I ordered the Canadian burger, a Buffalo poutine, and a tankard of Stella. The only thing better than the dinner and drinks was the wonderful service. Will be coming back!

Wow, what an awful experience for a Monday evening. The place wasn’t all that busy but yet the service was terrible. 2 adults and 3 kids. We ordered the candlestick fries from the new menu and they were just plain fries, nothing special about them. We ordered the kids meals the same time as the appetizer which all came at the same time as we wanted. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes before the server came back to take the adult meal orders which took another 45 minutes to arrive which was missing an added side and they ran out of ketchup! During our visit we also had our drinks sitting empty for about 30 minutes. Our server was nowhere to be seen most of the evening and never bothered to come check our drinks, ask how the food was, etc…. When she finally came back to see if the kids wanted their desserts, we ordered them. After waiting 20 minutes for 2 ice creams and a cotton Candy we cancelled that and asked for the bill. Not only that but when one of the kids went to the bathroom, he mentioned the toilet wouldn’t flush. With all the issues we had this evening, you’d think they’d be more apologetic about it but they obviously didn’t care. We’ve left there quite disappointed…definitely expected better service when paying $150 for a family of 5 to dine out as a summer treat.

Rude staff and very poor food. Waited 40 minutes for cold food. Dietary restrictions were ignored and staff laughed about my dietary restrictions.
