Just went there for my sister's 18th, and all the a staff was super sweet to her! Awesome Caesars as well

I understand no minors, but I thought a 2 month old might be an exception so that a momma could actually get a lunch out for her birthday nachos.

Kasandra was a gem! Very personable and fun to talk with. She went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.

Cassandra & Kendell were the best service I have seen in a while. Again excellent service by the both of them.

Extremely, unnecessary noisy. Difficult to keep conversation. Food very good but not enough to return because of the atmosphere

I will start by stating that I've been visiting the Canadian Brewhouse for a few years now and the Windermere location has been my staple. But the treatment I received at the Ellerslie location today was nothing short of deplorable. Upon walking in with my party of four, all cheerful to have a good time with friends. Emily the assistant manager racially profiled us and took upon herself to embarrass my wife and ruined our evening. Good job Emily for turning an otherwise beautiful evening into a nightmare

The Canadian Brewhouse on Ellerslie provided exceptional service, and the dry ribs were prepared perfectly.

I came in with a soft copy of my ID bcz I lost it the hard copy, the server, refused to serve me Saying the soft copy is invalid all because I'm a black girl. A bunch of white guys came in and were seated and they weren't asked IDs. The assistant Manager Emily, came and said she was going to call the cops if we don't leave even after I any explained everything to her. A second group of white guys came in and they weren't ID'd. When I brought it to Emily's attention, she ignored me and still threatened to call the cops. I've been to this bar over 20 times and the other locations in windermere and downtown over 7 times and I've never been asked an ID. I sat there and told her I'm waiting for her to call the cops. After 10mins she came and said she doesn't want to involve the cops. I told her to call because this is a clear case of racial profiling. She didn't call the cops but brought in bouncers to kick us out. I told Emily I'm writing a review and she should give me a few minutes. She started scolding at me and telling me to "get out" literally talking on my face. To think that I came in with my husband just last Saturday and we were treated with respect and 2 days later, we came In and Emily totally disrespected us and ruined my husband's bday. Thanks Emily, thanks for the bad experience and for ruining my husband's bday. I'd never be back.

Reserved a table for an intimate birthday dinner date. First, the parking situation was terrible. No spots anywhere. When we arrived we were placed in an entirely different section than reserved without explanation, we were placed right beside an incredibly rowdy table that were yelling awful things about the fight on screen which no staff did ANYTHING about, and the waitress /bartender kept forgetting about us and avoided us, also put our orders in wrong, and she greeted us with "my partners name and 'friend'" 'friend' referring to me, in a dress, all done up, for a, and I cannot stress this enough, AN INTIMATE BIRTHDAY DINNER DATE. Like, could not have been any more rude. In any defense of the restraunt, my partner selected "special occasions" when making the reservation, but its so not cool for them to (what at least feels like) assumed that we were there for the fight. This place is always hopping on Oiler game night. Super chill staff and great food and drinks. Great night for a hockey night!

Visited during their Taco Tuesday which coincidentally fell on a game night. Server was great as was the crowd, however, the food.

Ordered 3 of each type of taco and their garlic cheese bread. Cant say any of it was good. Beef was dry, chicken was dry, and the fish taco was just funny. We had to send back the first order of beef tacos since it was cold (was still lukewarm and dry when the "new" ones came out), and didn't finish the others. The fish taco had a piece of fish 1/3 the size of the shell and didn't taste great. The shell for the other two were hard shelled and tasted like crackers that were left out for a few days; an odd mix of chew and crunch that once you bit into it, the shell broke into a thousand pieces. The garlic cheese bread was also just meh.

Given how busy it was and that it's their Taco Tuesday, you have some expectation that it'll be good, but I'm not sure how the beef and chicken can be that dry, and the hard shells to be intentionally made that way.

Gave an extra start just because of the crowd and our server.

We camr to watch the oilers game at the ellerslie's brewhouse. Was having a great time but our fabulous waiter Tyler made it an even more fun night. He was amazing and hope to see him again soon. Thank you Tyler.

I am being generous with 2 stars, friends in town and told them this was the place to go for food and drinks always have a great time at other locations but this one was not good.service was marginal at best food was disappointing and I know its game night but even before the game the music was so loud we had to scream at our friends across the table and even they were struggling to hear the waitress. Even a struggle to get my receipt after I paid.

Extra loud in there that night. Game was already over so turning the volume down on the TVs would make for a better atmosphere. Whole table enjoyed their food and out server was great and super efficient.

Maybe you should have a no phone policy while working… every time I come in I am constantly waiting for things, unable to find my server, getting cold food and attitude from the servers. The last straw was Sharla clearly the reviews on here for her are from her friends because her service is terrible get off your phone and do your job. Actually you can see they are from her friends because they are clearly so fake. Love to watch my beer sit there while she takes videos of her self. Makes sense why my wings were freezing and dried out. No wonder you have the worst reviews out of all of the brew houses and still need fake ones. Also not a manager in sight for 2 hours. It takes a lot for me to write a review you guys need to do better.

Beer here always cold love to come watch a sports Game and meet up with friends we like the food is very Canadian price is always fair.

Really engaging atmosphere. The staff have always been nice and there is lots of space here. The food is good. Its certainly toward the higher end of what you would want to pay.

So we have visited this place many times in past and was better. Today after a period away me and my bud went at 11: 00 to eat. Not many people there, and checked vaccinations, our waitress was more worried about her cell phone along with some other waitresses, we called another waitress over who took our order, once again I will say not very busy, our soup came and wasn’t very hot, we informed waitress and she said would tell kitchen, no managers were around, needless to say we will find a new location to eat, drink and spend our money

Great meals and Excellent service from our server Taylor when we were with friends at The Canadian Brewhouse Ellerslie location!

Stopped in for Wing Wednesday, Taylor was our server! Food took a bit which is expected on Wing Wednesday but the beer was cold and Taylor was very attentive, friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Will be back!

Visited this past weekend to attend a Pub Night for my kid's hockey team and the service was excellent. For how busy it was, our server had our drinks full at all times. My wife helped organize the event and continues to rave about how amazing the staff and management was in accommodating the event.

Always have a great time at this Brewhouse! Good food and good drinks, and even better service from our server Taylor! Thanks for the experience

Maddie has the best service around. She is such an asset to the team at brewhouse. Consider yourself lucky if she is your server next time you visit!

Ordered delivery on Wednesday Sept 29, evening. Order arrived in timey manner. The issues I have are:
1) did not receive 2 sides that were ordered with meals
2) ordered salt and pepper wings, received only 6 wings for $15.99 (seems a bit pricey). They were also completely covered in pepper. Could not eat them.
3) called right after we received order, left message, have not heard back.
4) over $100 spent and 3 out of 4 meals were not correct.

I love this location! Super close by my house, and is always serving such yummy food. Such a great place to go and watch the games on tv. Last time my boyfriend and I were in, we were served by Taylor and she did such an amazing job. She is super quick, and very friendly. Was overall a great experience with above average service!

Just dropped in for a light late lunch and discovered an outdoor enclosed patio. Our server, Madison was wonderful. My spouse and I shared buffalo tenders and she was even thoughtful enough to have them split on separate plates. The Thursday wine special was great too.
Thank you again Madison. I will be back.

I have ordered Nachos and all i got is chips with very very less veggies and next to none cheese.i have even asked for extra Jalapenos and they gave me less than normal. Thanks to the Chef who was working last Saturday (July 31,2021) who made my day more memorable. Next time i better get my own Doritos and eat instead of going here.

My work goes out for dinner on tuesday’s and this was the first time we decided to go to brewhouse, trisha was the best server we have ever had! She was so organized with our table of 10, she was insanely personable and was able to keep a fun conversation while getting her job done flawlessly.we will all be coming back to see her specifically.she gave us the absolute best service! Thank you! We are all so impressed!

Drinks were good, appetizers were delicious, my main course (taco salad) was really good. My friend’s salad was quite watery so we did get that traded for a new one which was better. However her burger was partially burnt and condiments were a little cheap. But overall the service was great, we were checked on lots by a few different waitresses/waiters and our concerns were taken care of.

Was a pretty good experience. The staff was super friendly and gave great service. We sat on the patio, but unfortunately the ants kept coming to explore our table. Food was great and drinks were very satisfying. The ants were a bit irritating though.

Always an amazing time here! My friends and I came to celebrate the reopening on Canada Day and our waitress was amazing!

When she clocked out we were followed up by Chloe, who was excellent! She checked in with us for drinks and cleaned our table, she chatted and was not only professional but super personal! Super surprised to hear she wasn't an actual waitress? Such a shame, I would definitely request to sit in her section on my next visit!

Just one of the nicest patios in Edmonton, good shading from the sun, positive and uplifting atmosphere when it come to any entertainment viewing. Tri the Pina Colada, in the heat my ninja it's to die4!

Really great service form wait staff. I didn't get our waitress' name, but Ken was the guy who serviced us after their shift switch. Ken was awesome. Good attitude, and fast. We had the Chicken Club and Buffo Chicken burgers. Both were fantastic. Fries were the best. Draft beer (Stella) was cold and fresh. Can't wait to go back.

I went here for supper with three of my friends. I can't remember the waitresses name but she was horrible. I ordered a margarita when my meal came. It never did come. I tried to wave her over three times but she was standing talking with her friend. I watched the bartender make my drink and it sat there so I thought maybe it was someone else's. She gave a different table two drinks. At this point it was about 20mins and I was done my meal and had to walk up to her and cancel the margarita. Then after we paid she mumbled something we couldn't even understand and walked away as fast as she could. I'm super unimpressed with this service it was ridiculous.

Came in on Tuesday for some tacos and had a blast! Kyla was our server and she did not disappoint. If your looking for a place with great priced specials and a good time check out the Ellerslie location and make sure to visit Kyla!

Visited this location last night and it was busy! The atmosphere was live and although the patio was scorching hot, it was beautiful out there with the turf installed and the bar on the patio open. A manager Stefan came by and made sure we were having a good time - very personable and had our whole group laughing! We'll be back this weekend!

Back to full business after more than a year of covid times and restrictions.full menu available and what a service! Our server was knowledgeable and helpful.she had a huge smile on and was very attentive.beef brisket shepherd's pie was delicious and hot.straight from the oven.the rocky mountain chicken club had good flavour.today’s evening just pushed all the bitter memories of covid times far away.thanks to the Canadian Brewhouse for a nice evening.

Food was great and service good until she switched our bill with another table and wouldn't give us the right bill as it was already cleared. Will never come here again.

One of the best places to pick up food. The staff is always kind and wanting to get to know their customers better so they can serve you better.

The food is always good, and in the multiple visits I've made I've never had a bad experience with the food. It's always been delicious and hot.

Even during the pandemic when I'd go to pick up food, it was hot and stayed hot until I got home 20 minutes later.

We got seated and waited nearly 20 minutes for our waitress. She never came. There were a few people seated after us and they were all served multiple times before we got up and left due to poor service.

I was delighted to be served by Isabelle when I came to this establishment. She was prompt, friendly, sociable and made sure we were never left without a refill, a cocktail recommendation and food suggestions.

Great server, and i highly recommend you ask for her when you visit this establishment!

Service was fast, staff was great and food was excellent. Nice and clean. Just moved to the area will definitely be back.

I ordered my lunch for pick up today. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with fries and everything was on point!
Ready in 15 minutes, fries were fresh, wrap was perfect, service was also perfect and to top it off when i got back to the office and opened my bag, there was a gift inside (salt & pepper shaker)

I love brewhouse no matter what city i'm in. But whenever im at this particular location, I always hope that Madison V is working. She makes the visit that much better with her outgoing personality and great service. Food is always great and it's so nice to be able to eat out even with the pandemic. Great location with great care and great servers.

First off I love Canadian Brewhouse and this location is awesome. The facility is huge and nicely spread out. All the events hosted have been super fun. I book many events for our hockey teams at the Sherwood park locations. We just love the Brewhouse.

That said we just went to Lobster fest this past Saturday at this location and I was very disappointed with how the staff handled a very extremely, annoying, belligerent drunk patron. Clearly he was having his own party with people at his own table. He was told by waitress and bouncer 3-4 times to lower his voice, but this patron chose not to do that. Upon him knowing we complained and us glaring at him he continued to be belligerent. When we ask the waitress if she was going to do anything about this patron she apologized and said she would talk to her manager. Apparently that happened but STILL NOTHING was done this patron was still allowed to sit there and continue to annoy everyone sitting around his table. Even patrons leaving told him he was loud and shook their head at him. This patron continued to laugh and be loud in spite. Finally after our meal and visit with friends it was Time for us to leave roughly 3 hours we had spent there TRYING to ignore the belligerent patron we then paid our bill and we continued to mention that it was not right this patron was allowed to ruin everyone’s experience around him she replied “ I’m told he is leaving now” as she continued to apologize. Meant nothing as we were now leaving as well.

Simply disappointed how this was handled.

This took away from a positive, enjoying meal and visit with our friends that we had not seen in a year.
Very disappointed that the staff, manager and bouncer allowed this to continue.
Hence my 1 stars with how the staff and manager handled this issue.

5 stars for location and facility. We wanted to revisit in summer to enjoy the patio. We will see.

All three of us had steak and eggs two with scramble eggs one with over easy the steaks were on wrong plates and a little tougher than in past breakfasts the service was great but partially because our waiter was a little beautiful and good at her job that never hurts so no complaints about breakfast

Ordered off the lunch menu today Steak bite sandwich my favourite dish and was very disappointed that those buttons mushrooms were no place to be found. We ordered 3 orders of this dish and each one had no mushrooms. The rest of the dish was super but there is nothing better than steak and mushrooms️

We went there for their 40oz steak night. This place is not following the city of Edmonton Covid-19 by-laws. Mostly people were wearing masks when leaving their table. However, there was a group of 9 men (6 at one table on the lower level by the bar & 3 on the upper level near the washrooms) that were travelling back & forth and freely throughout the restaurant without masks. They continued to have a full run of the restaurant without masks. We left as soon as possible to avoid contact with them. I would not recommend this establishment as a safe environment given the current pandemic. This is not a Covid safe environment.

Great chicken sandwich but the fries need a little work. All staff are very friendly and on the ball. There was no need to flag down our waiter when we needed something as he was checking in regularly and the food came out quick and hot!

I go to Canadian Brewhouse every Wednesday, me and my buds go out to get the amazing wings and watch basketball with the boys. I always have Madison V as a waiter for she is hardworking and gets our food quick and is polite about it. Thank you so much Canadian Brewhouse for great times and great food.

I've been to the Canadian brewhouse on ellerslie a couple of times. Both times were were served by Madison. Our food was great and Madison made our experience that much better with her attention to detail, making sure we always had what we needed. We will definitely be heading there again soon.

What a great date night thanks to Madison for being so helpful with our menu selections (beer and food). We can't wait to come back and sit in her section.

Brewhouse does it again. I have never been a large fan of brewhouse but they just keep delivering great service, and excellent "pub food" options.

The Canadian Brewhouse is my go to resto bar to hang out when it comes to watching sports especially Oilers game. The give aways are amazing I have won an Oiler ticket one time, then I had to order a to go food. Thanks to my awesome server Madison Volks she made sure my food will be on time before the bus leaves for the game. Madison also made sure I had a good drink while I wait. Totally recommend, they have variety of good food and drinks!

Madison was great. Even with the covid protocols in place I enjoyed the experience with my clients. Thanks as always!

I personally love this chain. It has never let me down. It's gonna be busy during local sports games so get in early on those days.

Our server MacKenzie was awesome she was friendly, she did a great job of checking on us she was very helpful it was my birthday and she let me know that I could get free nachos if I sign up for the app since its my birthday month and I can use the bar code 1 time in the month which was awesome.
