The Canadian Brewhouse (Cochrane)

We have been going to this restaurant for a good number of years and have always enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately this last Saturday 18th November 2023 my wife’s birthday we were dealt a real blow. We were seated and ordered drinks after 20 minutes.we ordered our food 30 mins later no food came, a hour later no food, we asked our server who was excellent by the way, what’s the problem. Apparently the kitchen had a problem after waiting over 2 hrs the food came. Here’s the biggest problem 4 tables came in after us and were all served before us drinks and food. In fact two tables had left When our food did come our night had lost its appeal and with it the birthday atmosphere. We took our food to go. I called Sunday to speak with a manager and she was polite and said that the GM would call no later than Monday to talk about the events. It’s now Wednesday and no call.

Chloe was our server and she was fantastic the only thing I would mention is that you pay attention to how much things cost. I paid $21 for a Bulldog. Either it's been a while since I've had one or it's just the inflation.

Janessa is awesome! Super friendly, efficient and just an overall great human. I will ask for her every time we come here

Shannon was the best server ever I’ll definitely be back again, update I came back again and Shannon was yet again my server she was great and even gave me extra tickets to enter into the draw for flames tickets

Haven't been to a brewhouse I didn't like. The food is always on point and the service was good. The Canadian Brewhouse is for sure always a good choice.

Consistently great food and drinks. Check out their wing night on Wednesdays! If you still have room for dessert, try the dessert poutine.

Had a great lunch here! We were craving soup, and they had 2 flavors. They were delicious! The boneless wings were very good, and our server was friendly and attentive. We'll be back!

The food and drink was great. The best part of my experience was my server, Sarah. She was very knowledgeable, funny and provided great service. I highly recommend requesting her as your server.

The food is amazing. It always is. I’m not writing about that because you already know that. Or should. What about my bicycle out this one in Cochrane. It started raining about an hour before I got to Cochrane so by the time I got there I was soaked. Manager let me dry my bike in area they weren’t using. The staff answered my question as to their favorite meal, each with different answers. Anyway bottom line and is the only reason I wrote the review people, good food. Plus they did extra. Go there!

Here for my buddies birthday for wing night. Got this pathetic plate for 9 bucks.over a dollar a wing for dry meatless wings. What a joke this is. Unreal

Lindsey was a rockstar! Super outgoing and friendly, but at the same time professional and left us alone to enjoy our meal. Gave great recommendations for food and wine. Great experience all around. We will be back! Thank you CBH and Lindsey!

We just had a fantastic five star experience at the Canadian Brewhouse in Cochrane. Anna provided excellent service and made the meal a fun experience for all. Great recommendations for food and drink as well.

We enjoyed a great experience at Brewhouse in Cochrane last night. Our waitress, Anna, had us laughing within the first couple of minutes. Our service was exceptional! Once in a while you get a really good waitress, and everyone at the table makes that remark. Oh, and the food was really good too! We love the big patio at Brewhouse as well.

Great food & great service. Emma was the best server i’ve ever had. She made my whole week a lot better and left a big smile on my face. I have never had better service anywhere else I’ve ever been to. She kept our table tidy and had our food and drinks out very quickly. Emma deserves a raise! Will be back just for her:)

Had dinner at Brewhouse Cochrane tonight to celebrate my daughter’s dance recital. Shannon was our server, she was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable. Service was prompt! We will be coming back for sure!

Tried the new drumstick they are offering on wing night. They are fantastic great taste and I believe a good value for your money with the size of portions they are serving. I would definitely recommend them.

Sundays at Brewhouse have become a routine for me and my friends for the past couple weeks and I can’t have asked for better service or food. The daily specials never shy away from giving a good deal on phenomenal food and we have never been met with anything but outstanding service. We will be continuing the weekly tradition for months and years to come! I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Lindsey who has been our bartender and server every visit so far. She always goes above and beyond to be friendly, engaging and professional! Keep up the good work Canadian Brewhouse!

Called to say they missed an item from our skip order - they had someone immediately bring us a new larger item of the same and when they delivered it we saw our original box on the front step. So embarrassing. Great costumer service at Cochrane Brewhouse. Delicious meal!

In all this covid pressure and stress, being able to visit here and have a prime rib dinner for the price of a special burger! The patio is one of the better set up ones and the staff and waitresses are so considerate it's a great patio experience! It's good food. Good time.

Great Customer Service, all the employees had big smiles and were very polite and accommodating. Drinks were poured quick, and were nice and cold. Food was also not horribly long to wait for. I also didn’t feel like I was waiting because the bartenders kept the conversations moving. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite, or looking for a chill place to vibe and grab a couple drinks. Special Mention to Ali (?) for the amazing service and the recommendations! Will definitely be returning.

Make sure you DO NOT order the famous Nachos.they ate now about half the size they used to be. $18.99 for literally two handful of chips.crazy RIP off and so sad since they used to be HUGE.

Walked through the doors and was promptly greeted with a smile, we were sat at our table in under 3 minutes.drink orders were taken in a timely manner and delivered quickly.refills were served without us asking. The server was courteous, attentive and professional (I didnt get her name, red hair and glasses) the service was excellent. The best part was the food came quickly and hot. Quality checks done after a few bites and a few more times during service. Will be back for sure and recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work Canadian Brewhouse Cochrane.

Staff is nice. Food is sub par compared to the other choices in Cochrane. We have tried it several times. Pretty disappointing each time. Wish it wasn't the case, but we'll go elsewhere from now on.

The atmosphere is here is really nice, very much like a sports bar with many tv's to watch the game. Food here is also very good, lots of flavor. Very clean place and staff are really friendly.

2017 - Fantastic food, good fun. Alyssa R, Erin C. & Tom McCreath yet once again give personal and excellent service.

Worst experience ever. Waited seems like forever to get our drink order and even longer to order food. Decided to just leave after drink order. Wont be going back and wasnt even busy at all.

Love the Canadian Theme. The prime rib special was delicious and we so enjoyed the "poutine" dessert. Our waitress was delightful!

Nice place. Lots of selection. Service was ok. Food was not as good as i hoped. Benny breakfast sauce was light and semi bland. Wings was sad 15$ for 9 small wings and they forgot to not put onions on nachos, 1 soda no refill. So not as good as i hoped.

Love the out door patio at night with the warm heaters above.
Food there is pretty good, little bit pricey. Appetizers are good for sharing with friends.
Servers have always been nice and friendly so far.

Always good food and a great time. The patio is nice to sit out at during the summer. And they always have most of the sports game on so you can catch your favourite team!

Food is always pretty mediocre, you can't expect a whole lot at the Brewhouse. Definitely better than the one in Regina. They always got a good daily special on drinks though, so not a bad spot to grab a pint.

Excellent brunch spot when riding the 1A to Canmore. Friendly staff. Good food. Fair prices. Motorcycle friendly parking.

Best meal I’ve had out in a long long time! Lots of attention to every ingredient on our plates. Pleasantly surprised, didn’t expect such a memorable experience! Great service as well
I ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza and my friend had the burger and sweet potato fries. Also if you haven’t had their ranch, do it.

Food was cold, when asked to be fixed they microwaved it & it was still cold. Not sure if they even use thermometers as multiple items were cold. It was very disorganized & chaotic. Don't plan on returning.
