Connor was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. Helped me get my commercial and auto insurance policies set up very quicky and efficiently. Outstanding service!

Picked up insurance (1 way) for my car very quickly and professionally and also very cheap for newcomers.

Although I did not go with Cooperators because the rates were higher than the average insurance company, I do have to say that one of the employees, Dawn Buckingham, went out of her way to assist me with questions I had and was very helpful and courteous!

I’ve had two claims (still ongoing) where both have been deemed not at fault yet BOTH adjusters have treated me like a burden, like I’m irrelevant and have not even done the bare minimum to get my claim resolved what’s best for the client. The 3rd party is responsible for the damages yet the cooperators adjusters act as tho it is coming from their own pockets. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs, they do not even support you or treat you with an ounce of respect when you are not at fault, I couldn’t imagine the ordeal you would be subjected to if you are at fault for an accident. I’ve been with them for 4 years and once these claims are resolved I will be immediately moving on. I wouldn’t even give 1 star.

Would highly recommend finding another insurance provider. Wasn’t very please with the services or the rates. I’ve had a policy with them for years now and have finally switched providers for a way cheaper option. I found the rates with cooperators to always go up without notice. My car insurance rate changed from $105 to $135 to $165 to what they wanted me to pay now which was $179. I have had no accidents, no claims, no driving history, a clean record In fact, all I’m told is that the rates keep going up. So finally approached a few other companies and was able to get the cheaper rate than I was originally paying with cooperators! Save your money people! This place is a money grab! In my opinion its just a bit to expensive for the quality of service they provide!

Worst service I have ever received for insurance. Double charged multiple times. Prices raised without my knowledge. The receptionist dawn was very unhelpful and rude. A insurer I spoke to Dawson was very unhelpful and actually very rude. Canceling all my policies with them due to the poor service if had to deal with. Go somewhere else!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Dawn today and she made the process so easy and fast. Everyone at the South Trail insurance location is really helpful and offers great customer service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dawson these last couple of days. I had issues with my trade name and getting WCB, so WCB required I get a corporation. This meant Dawson had to change all my accounts yet again for the second time in 2 days.

Dawson did a great job and gave fast replies.

I also had dealings with Dawn when I sold my vehicle a week ago. Again the service was very fast. Excellent work being done at this location. I’ve been with these guys/gals for several years and have never had an issue at this location.

Would drive down from Airdrie just to deal here. Very competent and knowledgable staff, that often look for solutions instead of excuses.

Love dealing with these guys! Brett is so accommodating to my schedule and always goes the extra mile

South Trail Co-Operators always go above and beyond in providing me with my insurance needs. Always very quick and efficient and always able to handle last minute needs like travel insurance right before we go on vacation and have almost forgot to get it! Great service and friendly staff!

I've been a client for 18+ years and won't deal with anyone else for my Insurance needs. Highly recommend!

I've insured with cooperators for 11 years - this year they called me a couple weeks ago to review my policy before renewal. They were letting me know it's going up in $ again. I discovered that they had me down as having an ADT alarm - I've Never had one Nor said I did! The owner came to my house 8 years ago when I questioned an increase during renewal. I recall him saying he would give me an alarm discount for having my Doberman. I had NO idea he documented to underwriter saying I have ADT. Had I had a disaster such as fire this could have voided my policy - he wouldn't have to pay out and I would have lost everything! You know why they would never be able to produce documentation from ADT (which insurane company's are supposed to get from client who claim this discount) because I NEVER said I did - why would anyone DO that. Clearly THAT voids your insurace in the event of a fire. I found this very distressing. To this the office manager just said ohh we would have taken care if you. I said based on what? Your 'promise'? Even though she agreed that that could void my coverage in an event, apparently they "would have helped me. " I also discovered that even though I reported building a garage and putting in a wood burning stove 4 years ago - the stove was not on my policy. Again I said what if there was a fire from my stove? I wouldn't be covered! She again reminded me how they would have taken care of me. The golden promise.
I said I was very upset as I haven't been covered for years while they gladly took my money, I was going to look around. Her response was "good luck finding someone who will insure a home business", with a smirk in her voice. (Nice)
Yes she thought she could charge and do what ever, as she is correct it's hard to find insurer for home business. INTACT however does. Not only do I have much better in coverage and dramatically smaller deductible, I pay 35% less (saving me $1800 per year) and this is BEFORE they gave me another big renewal increase! Plus I'm actually COVERED, no fake ADT to void my policy and my wood stove safely documented. Thank You INTACT!
BE WARNED - Do NOT insure with THIS agency in Calgary South Trail Crossing. I don't know if it's fair to generalize them as representing all cooperators. These agencies are franchised, but this one is despicable!
Oh also they charged me a cancellation fee. When I asked them to wave it considering the situation. She was quick to say that was impossible it's all set up in the system. (I guess Rules are rules after all) But of course if I lost my home over this last 8 years and discovered I wasn't covered.they of course would break those rules and "promise they would have taken care of me"
If you want to pay through the nose and have coverage based on a hope on a wing and a prayer that when your policy is denied these good people will pull it out of there own pocket - this is the place for you. "I promise! "
