Great service. Lots of selection for glasses to coveralls. Dry cleaning service is top notch.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A joke and not even a good one. Four phone calls to speak to someone and still no call back a week later. Each time I’ve called, I’ve gotten a different excuse as to why no one has returned my call. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else where they care about customer care.
I can’t even give them one star because they just don’t care.

I was out of town and got told I was going to have to go to work really early the next morning. There was no chance I would get to the Coverall Shop before they closed, so I called Hanna and she arranged for their 'delivery service' to go to her location, pick up my coveralls and put them in a drop box at their other location for me to pick up after hours. I would say that this is "above and beyond" type of customer service, so for this I say they definitely deserve 5 STARS.

Okay so I bought some pants end of April, didn't end up needing them, found receipt last week to return pants, I wasn't sure as it has been so long, absolutely no problem this place rocks thank you ladies

Placed an order for 7 shirts on June 28th. Was told it would be 10 business days to get them. I phoned July 21st and they said they couldn't find the order but they'd look into. Get a phone call back saying they found the order but they're still 2 weeks out. To me out sounds like they forgot to order them, 6 weeks for 7 shirts is ridiculous considering it's $330 for them. I could have ordered it out of the states myself in half the time, if not less. I will not be ordering from them again.

I recently bought coveralls at this location and the ladies here are amazing. Absolutely love getting all my gear for work here. Prices are fair and the quality is great. I highly recommend this shop and it is owned by a local family. Great service and great prices can't ask for more! Thanks

Great store, lots of nice stuff, bought a few shirts and had work done to some coveralls from Gaetz location, but Staff is much more professional at Edgar location to deal with.

I live in Calgary and it's cheaper for me to drop off a bag of 12 Coveralls here, then drive back up to Red Deer to get them then it is to use any cleaner in Calgary. Great selection, repairs are good, great place.

I have a great experience everytime I go into the Gaetz ave store. The ladies there are always smiling and super happy and pair that with the great music and it makes for a great experience. Whether you need work gear or dry cleaning services this is the place you want to be.
