The Divine Mine North Location

The Devine Mine is a wonderful, sweet, hidden gem in North Calgary.
I spent time with Sabrina, a very helpful and friendly employee, at my last visit, who helped me pick out a few items.
She was so intuitive and informative.
Whether you are a seasoned pro, or just beginning your spiritual journey, I would highly recommend a visit to The Devine Mine.

I always go into divine mine and have had good experiences, the staff seem to be very nice people. I will say, today I walked in after a stressful day at work wanting to buy a tarot deck. A staff member made a comment that she felt nauseous and her other coworker subtly agreed that she felt nauseous as well. Now, this is when I turned around and saw all the staff looking at me and whispering. In a way to blame me and my energy for them being nauseous? Ridiculous I will say. When it was obvious I caught her, she made an awkward comment but in no way did she apologize. I feel uneasy coming back to the store. Do all the staff make rude comments about their customers?

I could understand maybe asking me if they could make a comment on my energy or offer to help me in any way, I do work a very stressful job and I probably carried some of that stress with me. This felt so humiliating.a group of staff making rude comments about me as I walked through the store.

I had the best experience shopping at this location, i’ve never had a better customer service experience ever! Sabrina greeted me immediately and helped me through my journey in the store, she was fantastic! Y’all are so lucky to have her! I’ll definitely be back again (:

I absolutely love this place! Sabrina / Emma are my to go to girls when I need hell. They are both super friendly and helpful and they make my shopping experience the best when they are there. I would spend all day with them there if I could but It does come costly:) thank you Sabrina and Emma, I'm Thankful for you girls.

Went in the store today and Sabrina was extremely helpful. I visit the NW location often and always find myself discovering new items. Emma and Sabrina are always so welcoming and knowledgeable. Feels like i am home. Thank you ladies for such an amazing experience every time?

I absolutely love coming here! I live out of town, so once a month I make the venture in to have Costa Vida then head over to The Divine Mine for some spiritual healing. I love the variety of items to shop, and recently I have fallen in love with the clothing section. The staff is always so happy and kind, and their vibes set the mood for my shopping experience. I love treating myself here and never feel guilty for spending so much after I leave ;)

My friend and I bought the exact same ring from Divine Mine on Sunday. Her ring broke as soon as we walked out of the store and she was able to exchange it for a new ring right away. The employees that helped us on Sunday were so understanding and welcoming. My ring broke the very next day (Monday). I tried exchanging my ring on Tuesday, but the employee said it was against their policy. This employee also had very poor customer service and got very defensive. I’m disappointed that my ring broke one day later and they said there was nothing they could do. What a waste of 50 dollars.
