The Dog House Day Care

My dog attends Daycare and boarding at the Dog House. She is always excited to go and spend time there. I love how you can view in the main area what your pup is up to. They have one of the largest areas in the city. The staff are amazing and know my dog's name when she arrives. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love taking our fur baby here. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and our pup always seems to enjoy his time at his home away from home. He's always ready to run through their gates and head back to play with all his friends. They have many different activities to keep him entertained year round, including swimming in their pool during the summer and painting me a picture during mothers day. We don't ever need to worry about him being mistreated or neglected even when we have to leave him here for boarding when we travel.

My German shepard has regularily attended this daycare for almost two years now. He started when he was 4 months old. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Danielle and her staff. They have been so patient and understanding and helpful through Lager's puppyhood to almost adulthood. He has made some really good friends. He loves the staff and I never worry about him when he is here. I have also used the puppy social classes to help socialize him. I met Kristen, their trainer, leading one of these sessions and quickly realized that she was the trainer I had been looking for. Since then, Lager and I have attended several classes and have enjoyed all of them. Her approach to training and dog behaviour issues is force-free, and is science-based. I have learned so much useful information from Kristen, Danny and their team. I can't imagine having gone through Lager's "teenage" period without their help. I have also boarded Lager here for short periods and have also been very happy with the service. He comes home tired, happy and content.

Love this place. Indoor so it warm and dry. So many different classes and playtime and boarding and daycare and a small store on the front. The people are awesome too!

Absolutely Disrespectful! I called a couple of days ago and booked my dog for boarding as he has been going here for over a year now. They now call back and say they are fully booked even though they confirmed the booking initially. Did not care to accommodate or apologise at all even though it was there fault. The person on the phone was outright rude.

Amazingly friendly staff. They are personable with our dogs and always provide us with updates after every visit. Our fur-babies always come home happy and tired. Would recommend!

Fantastic place! Staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is massive and kept meticulously sanitized. Highly recommended.:)
