Having a lot of issues here. Condo board is made of 8 people but i cant seem to get any info on how to attend meetings. Seems very bias. And the rules are a bit much.

The condo is a great place to live, everyone is friendly and its close to Genesis. The Condo board constantly disappoints, seems like they only have their own interests in mind and don't do much to protect owners when there is a problem.

I have lived here and a home owner for past 5 years and everyone has been wonderful including the people on the condo board and the Property Management.
If you don’t follow the rules which is common sense stuff, you will get warned or reprimanded. They give plenty of notice by means of phone calls with recordings, emails, and also post up to date information on bulletin boards.
There are a lot of home owners here that are happy and look out for one another and recently a co-worker of mine purchased a place here and she is very happy.
I love it that I’m next door the Genesis Place and beside a gorgeous park with lots of nature.

The Condo Board does not represent the residents. Very poor communication and transfer of information which has resulted in fines to residents with no notice. Would not recommend to anyone. If you are looking for a community to settle and grow in this is not it.
