I’ve used them multiple times after and extremely disappointing experience with mirage in town. They are exceptional, friendly and prompt.

Didn’t charge me for making not one but two mistakes on the back off a few hundred dollar watch that was an anniversary gift.

So happy with the Engravers. They powered through on some last minute trophies we needed for a car show. They came out great and everyone loved them. These guys have excellent communication skills and always returned my question emails promptly and respectfully. Even though I may or may not put some extra pressure on them.

The customer service was the best. They were helpful, accommodating and able to create a beautiful plaque on very short notice at a very reasonable cost.

I had a necklace that I needed engraved for my wife’s birthday and I only had a 2 hr window to get it done. The Engravers were not only able to get it done in time but they showed me what it would look like before they even started which was a big plus. If you need something engraved, this is the place.

Outstanding work and great to deal with. I came in with an unusual request, and they hit a home run.

Absolutely phenomenal work. I had a bracelet, knife, and custom cut piece of glass all made with specific, and strange parameters, all coming out with extreem precision.

These people are caring and helpful. Not once did I feel unwanted, or that my ideas were not an option. They bent over backwards to make my ideas a reality. I have never had custom work done with such a high degree of professionalism and tact.

I will not even be considering an alternative source for custom engraving, printing, and lasering.

Great place to get something engraved. Very knowledgeable about materials and types of engraving. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Good gift ideas as well, and offer sign options and name tags. Medals, trophies, awards, best place in town.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They have no problem engraving items purchased elsewhere and they are VERY reasonable. Got items elsewhere and was quoted almost $200.00 for the engraving, brought my items here and it came in MUCH more reasonable. I have and would DEFINITELY use them again for any engraving I need done.

Best Engraving place in town! They gave me a great deal and also they care about your item and are careful with it. They gave me good advice about not compromising the hinge on my hundred year old pocket watch but instead placing an engraved flat piece inside, rather than removing the back of the watch to engrave on the inside part as I wanted. Basically they want the best for you as a customer and will go out of their way to give you the best final product

After being turned down at the mall for a knife engraving; I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get it done in time for Christmas; as we were driving across Canada 2 weeks prior. Not only did the wonderful staff at The Engravers get my knife in; they had it done THE NEXT DAY, so I had it in time for our early Christmas dinner. The Engravers Team has done a lot of engraving work for our business. They offer knowledgeable suggestions which are often valuable because they see a lot of signage and know their stuff. They are dedicated to doing an excellent job with friendly service at a very reasonable price.

The team here is so incredible and they did such an amazing job on the pocket watch that I had them engrave. So many different fonts to choose from and they were so accommodating. I highly recommend this team!
