One of the best fishing/tackle store ive been in. People who work there are on point, they know what they are selling, they know their products, and have really good recommandations. They sell many brands from high ends fly rod to the basic baitcaster. The place to go for fishing or icefishing

I thought I bought good quality items. The tips on the rods that I bought snapped and I have only used them twice. They would not exchange them and said that they have to send them to the manufacturer which could take up to 8 months. The excuse that they used was COVID!? (We are in 2023) Honestly, the person that was assisting me was not at all helpful. Very disappointed in the fish n hole customer service. That is too bad really!

Garbage of service, the manager was not friendly and not correct, maybe because it was Saturday and the end of working hours July 15 2023
bought a spinning rod from them for $250 before the fishing season started on the first fishing it just broke in half on the first fishing test 1/4-5/8.

Very quality selection of rods. My son and I went in to pickup a couple spinning combos. Walked out the door with everything ready to fish. Top notch service. Highly recommended

The staff are always very helpfull and right there when you need them.
