Basspro was sold out of what I wanted and Cabela’s never answered their phone. These guys did.
They had want I wanted in stock and it was even a couple dollars less.

This place is amazing! They are clean and spacious, and the associates are very accommodating. During our visit ay 4 o'clock p.m it's not very crowded.

This is my go to. You actually get help unlike going to cabels etc. Always getting helpful advice. Great for beginners that need help with starting out.

We were out wandering on a Thursday night recently and kind of stumbled upon The Fishin’ Hole. What a great spot for all things fish. We had a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member assist us. Paul was amazing. We got talking about our favourite fishing spots and what we were fishing for. He had a some fantastic suggestions. We feel much smarter after talking to him. We definitely added a few new items to the tackle box for this season. If you need anything, this is definitely the place to go. Staff are so knowledgeable. Much better than the big box store.

Second visit at TheFishinHoleLTD because my first visit was such an amazing experience.
I had originally gone in with the intent to buy a particular rod i had looked at online; Paul gave some great suggestions which i ultimately ended up going with. Ernie was super friendly and the rest of the staff there are very knowledgeable about everything on the market. 110% recommend

The local spot for excellent advice and a wide selection of specific spinning and fly fishing gear and tackle. Excellent service, friendly staff, and the go-to spot to get the low down on what is fishing well, and what gear to use. Prices are great, comparable or better than the large box stores. This is the shop to visit in Calgary if you’re looking for local knowledge.

Called it to make sure they had product in stock. Was told over the phone "yes we have tons of them here! " Went to the store the next morning no one knew where products were or if they even had them. Very disorganized. Most products are over priced. They do have a couple of items that other stores don't have but not enough to make want to go back.
