Great experience buying my door hardware, plus one of the techs was there to provide tips about my door. If I ever need someone to come fix or replace my garage door/opener, this is who will be my first call.

Was able to come the next day and service my garage door. Technician was very good, showed us what the issue was and gave some advice for preventative maintenance.

They had the exact part I needed and the quality was better than the one it was replacing.

Excellent service. Called to see if they could come early which turned out great for us. Have bought parts from them in the past. They dont sell you what you don, t need. They are very helpful with technical advise and walk you through any procedures required to install any parts you buy. Very happy with them and would recomend their parts and service to anyone I know and anyone looking for an honest comlpany that puts their customers first. I called about getting a replacement door part. The lady who answered told me I was looking at the wrong part, did research for me, found the one that would work with my system and then showed me how to install the new one and remove the old one. Superb service! Many thanks! She even said that if it didn't work to bring it back, no problem (it did work) Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service very friendly staff. My old garage door torsion spring broke I couldn't find the same size spring anywhere in Calgary. After contacting the Garage door Depot they did quick conversion math and found out the correct set of springs for my door. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very pleasant experience thank you.

My garage door cables came off their rollers, and from time to time the door would not fully close.

I am pleased that The Garage Door Depot of Calgary were able to move my appt.up in the schedule from it's original date and the technicians visited yesterday.

The technician did a full service and everything looks good for the winter.

During my wait I called in another company.
Their technician on site verbal estimate of over $1200 included the replacement of my opener. The parts needed were no longer available and it was why the door did not fully close from time to time.

The Garage Door Depot technician was able to adjust the opener as part of the service and assured me parts are available if there was a future need.

The minor wait was well worth the piece of mind.

This is how business should be done. Calvin runs an absolute swiss watch of a company. Spoke with him on a Tuesday morning, he came to my house for an assessment the next day, less than a week later I have a beautiful new, silent, flawlessly installed garage door

I was very happy with all services from salesman Nicolas to two installers (don't know there names) who were quite efficient and fast.
Nicolas, was punctual right on time, knowledgeable and give us advice what has to be done prior day of installation. He came back second time just to check if there is enough room in the garage for garage door removal and installation.
Our neighbor was interested right away of day of installation and my friend when I mention about my garage door replacement.

They had the motor starter capacitor in stock for a 23 year old garage door opener! Their personnel were accommodating and helpful. They answered technical questions promptly and without reserve. This was an excellent in-store experience.

I went to the Garage Door Depot today to buy a new spring for my garage door. Originally I was going to buy one from a big box store, but I was feeling unsure about what I needed. I took the old spring with me, and was met by a friendly front desk person. I turned out that they didn't have the exact same one, but they had the knowledge needed to find a suitable alternative. They also sold me the tools needed (torsion bars) and offered support if any needed any help during the job. My husband and I watched a few Utube videos, and with our previous mechanical backgrounds, we were able to fix the door.

All I can say is Wow! Fantastic service, friendly and professional. I had a cable snap on my garage door and I decided to give The Garage Depot a try, and I'm glad I did. I was greeted by Lori and Calvin when I entered the building and within minutes I had the right parts for my Garage door. Calvin took the time to explain my garage door parts on a demo door in there showroom and how to fix the issue with mine. He was very professional and did explain how much tension are on these doors and how it can be very dangerous if you do not know what you doing. He said if I was at all uncomfortable with fixing my door myself he highly recommended a professional come out to fix my door. In my situation I was able to fix the door myself, and with the advise provided by Calvin I was back up and running in 20 Min. Thanks again to Calvin and Lori for the great service.

It was 41 below with windchill that day. The technician got the door up and running very quickly, checked the springs, rebalanced the door and lubricated where necessary. I did ask for new springs when I requested service but I decided not to push the issue at 41 below. Will get new springs in the summer.

Great service. Broken door spring was fixed within a day. More complex than I thought it would be, so very glad I didn't try it myself. They also serviced the door, set eveyrthing up to spec (travel and stops), and lubed the rollers. These are experts.

Recently purchased a custom rolling door from the Garage Door Depot for our new storage shed. Experience was very positive. Rob was great to work with, the door was delivered on time, the install went smooth, and most importantly, the door works and looks great. Tops in service. I called on a Saturday and found out they were not open so I didn't leave a message. To my surprise someone returned my call a short time later and answered my questions. Bought some oversized doors for a custom detached garage. The selection and purchasing process was easy and their staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated Calvin's personable demeanor and advice in getting the rough opening for the doors framed appropriately. The online door designer on their website made looking at different options easy.
