Everything was timely from answering my request, providing information and quotes. Work was done professionally, guys were friendly, reviewed everything with me when they were done and added a touch pad for me which wasn't part of the agreement. Well done!

Prompt response to my online after hours inquiry first thing in the morning. Professional service on repairing my garage door that my teenage son dented by backing into it. Reasonable and clear pricing.

Found this company from HomeStars (Edmonton). First time using this company. Excellent work and service. Ray replaced the weather strips for my garage door. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job. I was very pleased with his information about potential issue with the door wrap at the bottom of the door frame, as well his recommendation.

Linear door opener broke after 2 months use. After 3 weeks it is still not fixed. No offer of a temporary solution.

I made an appointment with Garage Door Depot, 25 min went passed my 1 hour window slot, when I finally got a hold of the company on the second call, I was told that the tech was running behind and that he’d still be another hour! When the tech did arrive he was helpful and did a good job, just really wish that they would’ve been courteous enough to let me know that they were gonna be later then the scheduled time.

Great service, very efficient and polite. Not only did they do a great job installing my new garage door opener, they informed me about potential issues with my remaining equipment and how I may need further maintainence in the future but were not pushy about me getting it done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing experience. Very knowledgeable tech came an visited. The owner had already diagnose through email the problem and quoted it, the field tech matched the diagnosis and quote separately but it match the email exactly. The work was done very quick and efficiently, would definitely recommend and/or use again.

Used them at my last house and regrettably used another company (A marsupial animal name) recently and what a mistake. Should have called Garage Door Depot again. All work was quoted in writing and work completed well and in a timely manner.

Had an accident and needed a door fast. Jim was great to work with, kind, reliable, quick to reply, just made the whole experience easier. As my timing aligned with their ordering I managed to get my door from order to install in 5 weeks! Other places are quoting 30 week lead time!

Their installer showed up on the day, early I might add! And was done the full install in about 5 hours. Then walked me through everything, including how to program the door to our vehicles.

All in all an amazing experience. Garage Door Depot is now my recommendation to anyone.

Contacted garage depot for an inquiry on gasket replacement (between door panels). They were able to help out on inspecting and replacing them and performing a general maintenance which found some other issues they were quickly able to fix in the same visit. Recommended to anyone wanting an easy stress free experience dealing with their garage door!

I love the Garage Door Depot! I had another company install my gate and wvery time it broke down they blamed me for something.so I stopped calling them. This time when my arm broke on my electric gate I called Jim at the Garage Door Depot because they had put my garage doors in about 10 years ago. They quickly took my order over the phone and got me a replacement part and also fixed my keypad and weatherstripping on my barn door. Its really nice to have q company and people that you can rely on and who do what they say they are going to do!

Did not use this company as I got a better price with a friend. However customer experience was great for consultation, response and friendliness.

I called first thing in the morning and they were really helpful including a same day appointment to repair my door. The service tech was very polite and explained everything to me. Will recommend and use again if needed.

My garage spring broke on a Friday night. I submitted a request on their website that night. Jim called me right away on Monday morning. By Monday I had an appointment for the next day. The technician (Kyle) came out on Tuesday and had it all fixed within an hour. He also sprayed and lubed up our tracks and rollers and did a full inspection on everything. This company is really great and was awesome to deal with. The price was a set price for the repair and was actually $40 cheaper than another company I got a quote from. Use these guys for anything garage door related. You will not be disappointed!

Trying to get quotes locally but then wanting to compare to more central areas, I found Garage Door Depot. The pricing was comparable to local but the shipping times were much better, so I decided to order through GDD. It was actually easier to get a quote with their online platform and then see the door you wanted and then prices the down payment. Shipping was a bit delayed, but they were very responsive to my check ins, and then worked with me to get it shipped to my location. I have yet to install but otherwise very happy with their service.

Garage Door Depot Edmonton did a great job with our new door. When we ordered the door last fall, we knew there were challenges in getting anything delivered but it came in and was installed in the expected timeframe. Jim got us what we wanted and did a great job installing the unit. It’s stylish, quiet and works smoothly.

Came the next day and fixed my springs within an hour. Pleasant customer service and good rates.

Locally owned and operated.this meant a lot to me. I did a bunch of research to find the right company, Garage Door Depot is exactly what you are looking for. The entire process was smooth and quick. The onsite service was amazing and fast, and went above and beyond to check, tighten hinges and hooked up a smart box for me. Even the care for my house as we could not open the garage door and had to use the front entrance. My house was treated with respect. What more could you ask for?

Service was very prompt and effective. I have used Garage Door Depot several times over the last decade, and I have always been extremely happy with the service they have provided. I am especially grateful that they came out to help so quickly (close to Christmas) when it was -30C outside!

I emailed on a Sunday, and called Monday morning early. Had two replies and booked for the same day. Even though they were busy, the owner came out and completed the job in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend Garage Depot Spruce Grove!

Ordered three mirage screens in mid April and paid 50% deposit with a promise of a 5 week order time and a one to two day installation, well in time for using for the summer. Turned out to be in excess of 6 months, missing the entire summer and virtually all of the fall too! With numerous visits, labour issues and waiting for replacement parts the weeks ticked by and the job was finally subcontracted out to a specialist screen installer to complete. Very disappointing to totally miss the summer (and most of the fall!) in time for winter and the snow! A few weeks slippage in schedule is understandable but to miss the promised deadline by months is a very poor performance! We wish we had gone with a specialist screen installer from day one and got to use these screens for the summer. We will have to wait now for next summer to get our use.

For several years now I have had Garage Door Depot do an annual check-up on my garage door and garage-door opener. My most recent check-up was in mid-November 2021. As always the technician was friendly and efficient, and he answered all my questions. I find their prices quite reasonable. All things considered, I think this company does a great job, and I will call them again next year.

Used them for both my home and my rent property. Great service, and a great job! Would highly recommend.

Very good service. Found Garage Door Depot on the internet. I was looking to replace a cable and this was the only dealer who would sell me one. I asked for a stock check thru their website, Jim was quick to reply and confirm the part was in stock. The only drawback was that I arrived at 8: 30 and they didn’t open til 9. Website said they opened at 8.

Had a commercial style overhead door opener that wasn't working remotely, they sent a technician out to do some extensive repairs. Still wasn't perfect after so the sent a Tech back under warranty and made it work excellent.

I purchased a Haas garage door recommend by Jim for the quality, R value and looks I was hoping to find. I couldn’t be happier with it. I did have a panel that was slightly damaged during shipping, now this is how I judge a company, Jim took time out of his day to come out and check the install, he ordered a replacement panel immediately, that’s the service I look for. I ordered a second garage door for my attached garage and it’s being installed as I write this. I wouldn’t think of shopping else where.

Technician arrived on time. Serviced the door and fixed the issues. 30 minutes later done and door is almost like new! Recommend.
