Had an absolutely divine experience with Heather at the Garden. I left feeling completely pampered and restored. Their new facial service combines all elements of care and I really enjoyed exploring that through acupuncture as well. I was new to acupuncture and Heather made me feel relaxed, and comfortable. My skin looks and feels amazing. Can’t wait for my next treatment!

Kiera is amazing. She listen to you. I had to stop going to acupuncturist because the of the needles were causing a rash. I stop by the garden and meet Kiera and She listened to my concerns and found the proper needles for me. This has changed my everything that I can get the treatment again. Thank Kiera.

Samantha is phenomenal, hands down my best massage therapist I've ever had. She's very knowledgeable about musculature and how the body moves, which makes her very good at working the muscles that really need it. I also tried Fire Cupping for the first time with her and it was a great experience. The Centre itself is lovely and inviting and the rooms have a great ambiance. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had my first ever experience with Acupuncture with Heather last week. I felt comfortable as soon as I had walked into the Centre. Discussing my personal history was a difficult process but Heather was with me every step of the way reassuring me it was a safe space. The actual acupuncture treatment was painfree and pretty awesome. I felt like I melted into the table as my body started responding to the treatment. I was able to share such a surreal moment with Heather and absolutely can not wait for my next appointment when we add Reiki in. The Garden is an intimate and comfortable space that greets you with good energy and an immediate sense of wellness. From past experiences, acupuncture was not something that I found enjoyable and despite understanding acupuncture as an ancient practice with tried and true benefits, I had never felt responsive to treatment and was skeptical. Upon meeting Heather (and within my first session) my perception of acupuncture had shifted entirely. Heather is a goddess in her practice; Her wealth of knowledge and passionate heart in treating her patients makes for an exceptional experience that you will wish you had known for years.

I have seen Heather several times for Acupuncture and Reiki combos. I was curious to find an acupuncturist who 'spoke my language' in terms of chakras, energies etc. From our very first vist there was a 'click'. The sessions are always amazing and Heathers incredibly intuitive, in sync, style always blows my mind. I recommend her to everyone!
