I had the great pleasure of working with Martin. He was such a kind and professional person. I had the added bonus of getting a quick education regarding wiring and electricity. Martin explained everything very thoroughly. Gentlemen Pros also did a free electrical and furnace inspection which was greatly appreciated.

They will be my first call if something should go awry.

One of my bathrooms developed a small pinhole leak in the cold water pipe. I engaged the services of Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, Heating and Electrical for the first time. The person they sent (Gage) was informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me fully apprised of everything. The quality of the work, and the level of the service far exceeded my expectations. I have never dealt with them before, but, I would easily use them again, and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I was impressed he was able to show up next morning when called in the evening. To begin with, he provided detailed quotes according to different scenarios. His attitude was always positive and professional. The problem was solved and explained well and the price was as agreed.

Jeff was very friendly and did a great job! Fixed the leak on our washer/ replaced the valves and was through when explaining everything.

They want almost 100 dollars for a visit to just discuss the job.
I have spoken to one of the owners and we all know how hard it is to hire, train, and keep employees. I have changed my review of this company. I did end up doing my own dishwasher install.
I spoke to an owner and they have dealt with the person I was not happy with and they are better trained to handle front line questions now.
I believe they will do a good job for you.

They came diagnosed my problem and fixed it all in one visit. They went above and beyond as they worked. Very happy with the service

Charlotte came and helped auger my drian pipe in the kitchen sink. Able to learn lots and understand why I have 3 clean outs under my sink. She was able to do the job well and with no fuss. Also called and came in punctually. Finished the job relatively quickly.

Company was also able to book me in the next day.
