Make sure you do basic research on cost of parts before agreeing to their “ package cost “ you could literally be paying over 1000$ for less then a hour labor.

Examples - they wanted 1600$ to put in a toilet, cost of medium to high end toilet 300-350. That’s 1300 for a hour install.

Another example they wanted 1700 to install a blower motor in my furnace. When the cost of the motor was less then 500$ and takes 30 mins to install. These guys are crooks. Be aware. Pay for your service hourly and make Sure you know the cost of parts installed. The gentleman plumbers REFUSE to tell you cost of parts.

Troy just left our place and he was absolutely amazing! Not only did he fix our furnace in a very timely matter, (as the -50° weather is about to hit) but he was also so so very nice & had tons of knowledge on what he was talking about. Will definitely be using your services in the future!

Richard was very knowledgeable and explained in depth the products and performance of each choice I had in my investment in a new furnace (mine is extremely out dated and in very poor condition. My wife and I are repeat Gentlemen Pro customers. First out of Calgary.now out of Red Deer. We had quite a bit of work done. Both Julio and Troy and Ashton were professional, competent and friendly. They got the job done!

Had Dave and Riley here to address more plumbing issues not quite fixed last time around. Friendly polite found the problem, fixed it! They did an inspection and now we are having minor issues with the furnace but it might not be related. Overall satisfied.

The Gentlemen Pros have conducted an annual inspection of my Plumbing since 2011.
They also commenced inspecting my Electrical Installation since 2021.
In the process we have had both Plumbing and Electrical irregularities repaired and brought up to current codes.

Found out that the GFI tripped in the bathroom knocking out power to both bathrooms. Once reset power works.

Marc was absolutely fantastic! I can't say anything negative about my experience. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He came to do an electrical inspection and I am so glad he did. Gave me a great insight as to what items needed to be addressed sooner and what could be addressed later. I felt comfortable asking questions and everything was explained to me in a way that made sense. He was even able to fix a burnt outlet while onsight that we had concerns about. I will definitely be using them in the future for any and all home repairs.

They were available the same day my kitchen sink issues manifested, and did a great job of being thorough and honoring the quote that they gave me at the start. It would have been expensive if the project could have been completed and repaired in a couple hours. It actually took them over 10 hours to finally reconstruct the faulty drain assembly under my sink and auger out a deeply clogged shared drain between my home and my neighbour's. Both Alan and Richard were calm, professional and willing to go that extra mile to complete the job. Great warranty on their work, too.

Once again outstanding service, replacing a very high ceiling lighting fixture that was in a somewhat difficult location. Typical of all employees of the Gentlemen Plumbers, Mark was skilled in his trade, cheerful and used his initiative to ensure he had safe access to the work area. Work also included installing new switches and also providing advice and estimate for further project in new year. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing HVAC, or electrical projects.

This morning at 9am I noticed my hot water tank was leaking. I had the Gentlemen Plumbers fix a plumbing issue back in the spring so I called them again. By the afternoon I had Trevor at my house replacing the tank. It took 5 hours but I was given a quote before they started so I knew exactly what the price was. I’m building a house in Airdrie and I’m glad to know they service the area because I’ll definitely be calling them again.

The service I received was beyond amazing -
Randy arrived on time, helped diagnose my issue (sewer line clog) and gave me a comprehensive explanation of what options I had.

He fixed the problem quickly, gave my whole system a thorough inspection and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Moreover, the areas he worked in were left spotless! From my recent experiences with other companies, that's a rare level of service and care that goes above and beyond.

Woke up to find a sewer backup issue in our basement. Called The Gentleman Pros Plumbers and they had Troy out to us in about an hour. From the start of the call, the experience was awesome. What started out as WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN’T SHUT OFF THE MAIN VALVE (City of Calgary) … turned into an amazing experience with a young gentleman (Trevor) that took the time to explain EVERYTHING and the WHY of it. Richard was an amazing serviceman. He came right away Christmas Eve morning because our furnace died. When repairing it wasn’t an option he stuck with the project until our furnace was fully installed and everything cleaned and all our questions answered! 8: 30pm and he is finally going home to his own family. Brad was very courteous and professional, he spent the time to do proper diagnostics and figure out where the issues were coming from and thankfully he did because we discovered other issues that needed to be fixed or they would have turned into bigger problems down the road. I would definitely ask Brad to come back for any of my future plumbing and heating issues.

Peter found out the problem with my furnace. Could not fix on Sunday as he couldn't get the part. Was able to do a temporary fix until he came the next day. (Did not have heat) He came back fixed my furnace and now I am really glad to have heat again. Very informative, professional and did neat work. Thanks, good job!

We had issues with our water softener screeching at us and water spilling out the overflow valve. Our tech determined that the float was jammed. Freed the float reset and tested the unit.very professional service

Besides replacing an old toilet Rob spotted and/or replaced three leaky valves and worn out hoses associated with the washer. He also gave advice about waste pipe maintenance and a malfunctioning kitchen tap that could save us bucks down the road. Had the sense Rob is honest and personable and knows his stuff.

Called for a leaky main shut-off valve. They were available quickly and did a good job with the repair.

Richard was the tech who came over. He explained the pricing structure, gave me several options, and never pressured me to go with a different package. Work was completed quickly and when it was done he took the time to show me what he found.

The Gentlemen Pros are a team. From my first phone call asking for assistance these sincere professionals worked together at all times for my good and for a good outcome all together. Many thanks to Tammy and the other nice lady who helped on the phone. Richard arrived ahead of schedule just to help us out. He inspired confidence and has guided me through a new process, to replace our furnace that suddenly failed. Never had to do that before. With his trustworthy expertise it also became an opportune time to replace our hot water tank which is near the end of it's life cycle. I have signed up for their maintenance program for the new equipment for it is an outstanding value. We had an emergency on a cold winter's night, and have discovered first hand the good customer service the Gentlemen Pros Company are capable of.

The two lads were fast and efficient in replacing my clapped out hot water tank. I wasn’t expecting them until tomorrow morning as scheduled, but they prioritized me somehow and were here at noon. Two and half hours all told. Nice and clean installation, but I’m curious as to where all the glitter came from.

Have had many jobs done by them, new furnace, toilet replacement, faucet repaired in the shower and various maintenance. Had 1 issue with them with the last job, but they contacted me in a professional manner and we were able to work through everything.
