We got in late and the check-in was fairly quick. When we got to our room, it was nice and clean, until we had to use the bathroom. The bathtub wasn't clean.it was gross. We phoned down to the front desk to tell them. One of them came up to see. The person agreed and offered another room, but we were so tired we didn't want to move to another room.they didn't offer a discount or anything. The hotel itself is in a great location that is easy to get to

Did not stay here but just attended official meeting n dinner. Wasn’t too bad. Toilets were clean too.

Attended a club luncheon in one of their meeting rooms. The food was great (a buffet), and the service was very attentive.

Friendly and attentive staff. Great place for an event. Many options of meeting rooms available.

Went for brunch, food was ok, nothing spectacular, our server was great super friendly, price was fare considering its a all you can eat buffet.

Went with the wife Oct 13th to the elbow room lounge for a steak sandwich. Absolutely horrendous service. Waited 10 min to get our drinks. She had 3 tables. Had to ask for food menus. After about 25 min of her looking lost and flustered literally taking 1 order at a time and delivering it 1 at a time we gotnour food order in. A table that came in 10 min after us got their food before we did. We had the same order. My wife asked for a super rare steak. I asked for mid rare. She got a medium cooked steak. I got medium well. Didn't see our server for the next 20 min. Then got attitude from the manager cause we complained. Will never be back. Ever.

The room is so dark, not modern, and just doesn't like it. The liquid soap is very difficult to get. The hotel staff need to check and try it.that's all

I felt like the rooms were very un-impressive but the lounge and dining area were beautiful. The gym was basic and clean. The pool was excellent as it had a spiral slide that went into the pool and a chill jacuzzi section.

Good room service, moderate location, plenty of parking spaces

Stayed here while the motorhome was in the shop. Excellent friendly service; Aaron, Ainsley, Sasha and everyone were all amazing. Great value here for travellers

Love this place. Super cool hotel with an indoor outdoor infrastructure, complete with the soothing sounds of the indoor waterfalls.

If you’re travelling with a pet, this is also the place to be. No awkward check as they eye your animal. They even give you a doggie bag upon check in and are super friendly.

My new hotel for every time I stay in Calgary. Great place. Great service. Cool hotel.

Good buffet. Discount for seniors. Unfortunately plates are cold. It seems they turn on their plate warmer when they open instead of two hours in advance. Serving staff seemed to show little concern about the issue.

Otherwise a good buffet.
