I had mentioned I wanted a family ring to my husband contacted TGT (The Golden Touch).
It's not the traditional family ring as my husband really had no idea what stones should be included so he wanted everyone's.
He included our grandchild, our daughter-in-law, our future son-in-law as well as our kids, his and my birthstones.
I love different jewelry and this is exactly something just for me. I couldn't be happier.
I've had to add a second grandson stone and there is room for more!
In the end, I will split the ring and give the two rings to the respective families with the hope they will add their grandchildren and eventually split for their children.
I'll be seeing Harry in the fall as my other half is giving me an eternity ring to add to my wedding set.
I will guarantee it won't be a traditional setting and I would never trust anyone but TGT to create something extraordinary and exclusive to me.

I have bought a couple items from them before and had an amazing experience. So I brought my wife wedding ring to get a couple new diamonds put in and a bigger center diamond and 2 other rings sized and repaired, so happy with the quality and professionalism of everyone there.

I had some repairs done at this jeweler. The repairs were done quickly and for a fair price. The staff was friendly and able to answer all of my questions. The pieces looked beautiful when I picked them up and I was very satisfied with my entire experience.

I recently had a ring repaired for my granddaughter. The repair was reasonably priced. I exchanged the bill for an old pair of gold earrings. With a small balance remaining. The jeweler said, let’s call it even. Awesome! Have had many repairs done at this place. They have always done a great job. Definitely would recommend their services!

I looked online at the inventory then sent my daughter to the store with an idea of what I wanted. They had it in white gold and only took a half hour to switch it out to yellow Gold. Very happy with my purchase and fair market price

Eric made my decision on the perfect ring go so smoothly, any question or concern I had (I had plenty lol) he always had an answer and if not he got back to me the same day. Those little details of making me feel like a priority to them is one of the many reasons why I will go back to them again for any of my jewelry needs. They were always on top of every concern even when there was a delay at the border they kept me informed at every step. I truly appreciated that. Now as far as the my engagement ring went Harry went above and beyond for me. Harry is just the best! We had my wedding set redone into a new set by Harry. He was able to easily see the details of what I was looking for in a new wedding ring set. He made up a model for me to come see and when I got the new set it was just PERFECT! Exactly what I hoped it to be. I did have some sizing issues because I have a bigger knuckle then where my ring sits. They were so patient and kind to me. Once we realized this may be an ongoing issue they provided me with a care package option to save on costs. Excellent service, excellent craftsmanship and excellent people!

Brought in an anklet to get repaired. The friendly staff helped me and provided a quote right away which was cheaper than anywhere else that I went to, plus they do the repairs on site which is my preference. They repaired it in 2 days which is amazing since everywhere else sends them out to get repaired. When I went to pick it up the staff served me right away a d was very friendly and polite. I will definitely go there again. I highly recommend The Golden Touch

Before deciding to buy a ring, I went to most of the jewelry stores throughout Red Deer and even Calgary.

I eventually settled on TGT.

Here's why:
- received super friendly service from Pam, Eric and Judy
- they have a good selection of rings
- fairly priced care plan
- they have goldsmiths IN STORE

Since they have goldsmiths in store, you typically don't have to wait more than a week to get your ring resized or take care of minor issues.

They resized my girlfriend's ring the same day she came in. Of course this depends on how busy they are and in some cases it will take longer.

Regardless, you likely won't have to wait as long as you do to get your ring back as you would from other stores.

Service is superb.

The Gopal family was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my ring buy experience. They made a beautiful custom ring that both my fiance are both so happy with.

We had been looking for a goldsmith for 2 years after the diamond fell out of my engagement ring. After reading reviews my husband decided we would go in and meet with Harry. Are we ever glad we did! What an amazing job building a whole new setting for my ring that looks like it was part of the design the whole time. I had been concerned that if we got the ring fixed that I would be too scared to wear it again, but not after the work that Harry did. I feel 1000% comfortable wearing the ring and not only happy with how secure it feels but how fantastic it looks!

They are the best in town! They went above and beyond for me! I was down on my luck but they work with me and I walk out with two beautiful earrings. I am beyond happy with there customer service.
