When I was searching the houses in Calgary online, I found the website of Re/Max First. The information is more organized than in Zillow. After I requested to see one house, I got contacted by Frank Liu, who became our realtor later. Frank has been in Calgary for more than 20 years. He is familiar with all areas and house types. He drove us to tour the whole city to let us experience different life styles in Calgary, which was very helpful. Finally, we decided to buy a condo in the downtown area. Without Frank's help, it won't be easy to know a city in such a short time. Frank is very skilled and dedicated. He arranged things with all the details and made our house hunting smoothly. It’s our first time so we really don’t have much knowledge about real estate. We don’t even know any good mortgage lenders and inspector. But she made the process very smooth and easy for us. She gave us very good recommendations.
