My sister went in and saw Keli and she had a good experience with her. Keli listened to what she wanted, but then when I went in and saw Keli a couple of days later she never talked to me, she was more friendly with the person next to her. When she cut my hair she said how’s that and the length wasn’t what I wanted it as. Then she asked me what was the length that I wanted I showed her and she cut the hair above her fingers. Above where I wanted. I am a hair stylist I know that is not how you cut hair. After everything I left with my hair above my shoulder not below them and the layers are so uneven. I cant even put my hair up in a pony tail and I have to style it everyday because my hair is so frizzy. She cut my hair several inches shorter than I wanted and asked for because she kept “correcting” the hair. It is incredibly uneven and so short, I am so disappointed with my experience and even more unhappy with the result even days later. I do not recommend going to see Keli at this salon.

Tanis is a phenomenal hairdresser! I have very long, blonde hair that can be hard to manage. I’ve had many hairdressers over the years make various mistakes doing my highlights and lowlights. Tanis is a master at her craft and leaves my hair looking truly amazing. I highly highly recommend her. 12/10!

The Hair Lounge was the third and Final hair Salon I used since relocating to Airdrie in 2011. We all have our favorite stylists of course but whenever I have had to use an alternate stylist for any reason, my experience has been wonderful. It's a friendly, relaxed yet very professional group of stylists. Thanks for always fixing my bangs without judgment

I haven’t had my hair done in months so there was a lot of root growth, I saw Celeste to have blonde highlights put in. She did an amazing job, I walked out looking exactly like I envisioned. Celeste is the best stylist for blondes!

I came here with my two kids for the first time today and had a great experience. Kelly was so kind and patient with my daughter (2yrs) first hair cut. Her and the other staff were all so kind and accommodating with my busy 4yr old son who was playing while he waited for us to be done. Will be back:)

We met Celeste (newer stylist to Hair Lounge) yesterday and she was able to immediately identify what my daughters hair needed and did a wonderful job. I was amazed and blown away by their customer service. My daughters hair went from hard to manage to amazingly soft and easy to style. So impressed! Just book it:) over by Main Street.

My daughter went here.would have been nice to be told of additional charges before they assumed I would be ok paying for them. Went from a $45 hair cut to a $75

Had the wonderful service from Yola this week! She is super friendly and knowledgeable. Sitting in her chair is like visiting a friend. She always does a great colour and is great with getting my dark brown hair to get blonde. Love my experience at the hair lounge along with all the staff being helpful and lovely to be around.

I travel from the other side of the city to see Maura, she is just the best in the business. She has transformed my hair many times and I’m always very happy. It’s a beautiful salon, all the other staff are friendly and welcoming.

It has been quite some time now that we been going to this place and most of the hairstylists we have met & did my hair & my daughter is always great experience Lately, met & saw Keli and she did amazing hair and with the help of other of her co-workers and was a team player Also kudos to manager Wendy Work for assisting also also helped and finished my daughter’s bangs curtain because had to go back and finish with no charge

Celeste was AMAZING! She did my extensions, and did the most amazing job ever. She perfectly colour matched the hair extensions to the hair tone I have, and was just an overall pleasure to be around.
100/100 would i recommend! I will absolutely be coming back!
