I just visited the hearing loss clinic, and I had excellent service. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. The thorough hearing assessment and personalized recommendations exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional and compassionate care for their hearing needs.

My experience at the Crowfoot Hearing Loss Clinic was excellent! The people at the front, as well as my hearing practitioner Barb were friendly and professional. Barb answered all my questions knowledgeably and patiently. I can easily give this clinic top marks!:)

Had an experience with a blocked ear recently so I went to the nearby Hearing Loss Clinic at Crowfoot.

Sabina removed the wax from my ears and Judy and Kendra were very helpful at the front desk.

Just completed ear cleaning at University location. Extremely happy with the results. Because of volume and packing it took two visits, but they only charged for one. Highly recommend both Barb and Hanna. All the staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you

I was totally amazed by the service, cheerfulness, cleaver, and well informed staff of the Crowfoot Crescent Hearing Loss Clinic. They offered a freshly brewed espresso coffee with steamed milk - to boot!

But more importantly, they cleared my very waxy ears with a state of the art wax removing cleaning system. Then in addition to a traditional hearing exam with they also checked the health of my ear drum and inner ear with equipment that was not available the last time I visited a hearing clinic.

This place is fantastic. Very professional and friendly! The ear specialist did very thorough testing and then went through detail with her very detailed analysis from the test. I also met a bunch of regulars in the seating area who seemed to be very satisfied with this company! Highly recommended!

Judy was amazing in getting my 90+ dad quickly in for a hearing test and Lisa was awesome in testing dad and recommending hearing aids. Would highly recommend anyone needing hearing care to visit as the clinic and staff are truly amazing.

My Dad has been going to the Hearing Loss Clinic since 2012, having moved here from SK. First, mostly for location but did we hit a jackpot! As soon as we enter, we are greeted by Judy and Kendra who greet you with a smile and best customer service. All the staff is kind, professional and very good with the elderly.

Barb H is my Dad's audiologist. She is a very caring person, kind and professional. My Dad looks forward to his annual test and hearing aid maintenance including the chit chat he has with Barb. Any issues with hearing aids, there is no problem coming right into the Clinic for it to be looked after. Same with my Mom. She will her hearing aid soon with Barb H based on Barb's recommendation. At some point, it will be my turn!

Seems like every time I have an appointment there is a beautiful sunrise that day. That is the feeling you get walking into the HLC in Crowfoot. From Judy and Kendra in front to Lisa, Barb and the rest of the experts (sorry, haven’t met them all) it is a very pleasant setting with wonderful attention. Thanks so much.

I would give them more stars if I could. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and caring. They make you feel at home. Lisa helped me with my hearing test and answered all my questions in a very professional way. I would like to thank her and the reception staff for being so kind and caring. My review that was posted here on 2022/01/28 is my true story and my opinion. I did this, not only for my personal fairness, but also to help others who may need hearing aids. Today, I am updating my story as follow:
1. Only 4 business days since I put my review here, I received a response that suddenly the Clinic has a new pair for me to pick up, which is again Signia! For the same response I have been waiting for several months! However there was no reply to my request to return my original Siemen’s hearing aids and why my own hearing aids are not available.
2. Why I should take them? Even though WS Audiology promised this third pair will be very well tested, but I have tried two pairs of Signia over a period of 8 months, both pairs are do not work for me and hurt my ears. Why waste everybody’s time to test and try third pair of Signia? Will have 4th, 5th…?
3. Why should I leave my suitable Siemen’s hearing aids at the Clinic then be given no choice but to buy Signia product which do not suit me and I do not trust anymore?
4. Now, I was required to sign a waiver prepared by the clinic’s lawyer. Based on that waiver, I have to remove my previous review here, in exchange; the Clinic will return my $690 payment, which was charged for the first Signia replacements.
5. For resolving this claim, I have been very patient since middle of last May, I do not have suitable hearing aids, I have been suffering over eight months; I am being restricted in communicating with others by phone/video conferencing and face to face discussions, which is made more exasperating during this pandemic time.
6. Where are my original good hearing aids –Siemen’s Pure 7 MI? I need a clear answer! They are my personal property! Why can I not get them back? If it is reasonable, I will accept a pair of the same, but not a claimed equivalent product. It valued more than $5000 and only one had wires’ plastic coating cracked due to aging, other one was on perfect working condition.
7. I am not going to take Signia product again and I am not going to sign lawyer’s waiver letter. I simply want my Siemen’s hearing aids back and my payment returned.
8. I repeatedly requested this since last September.
I look forward to receiving my original Siemens Hearing Aids and returning my payment.

I was in a bit of a rush to get my test done and the receptionist on the phone was so patient and gave me all the options for my appointment and was very considerate
When I walked in today the office was very clean and welcoming
The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful
The audiologist was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable

This was a better experience than I ever could have imagined for ear cleaning! I would come just for fun in my free time the staff is that lovely

So happy with the service that I received. I had to get ear wax removal and it went awesome. I didn’t have to wait long for my hearing aids. Awesome place.

I am elderly and mostly deaf lady. I have been wearing hearing aids for more than 15 years. My last pair of hearing aids was Siemens Hearing Pure 7mi. I was very satisfied and they served me for more than 7 years without any problems. Till one of the wires' plastic coating cracked due to aging I sent it to the clinic to repair. Crowfoot Hearing loss Clinic Calgary my audiologist sent it to WS Audiology, then forced me to pay $690 to get a new replacement and ensured the same German product, same qualities. But it is junk! -which was called Signia Hearing aid. Till to now, I don't have a suitable hearing aid. I requested to return my original pair which is still functioned properly, and which was valued $5000. But being told, it is impossible because it had been disposed of. The Clinic claimed it was not their responsibility because I purchased the replacement from WS Audiology, not from them. It is unbelievable; without your clinic, I never know about WS Audiology! You took my original pair, you collect my money, and then it is not your responsibility? !
I was coerced into paying $690 for inferior products and you assured me it was the same in all ways. Instead explain to me that the replacement was not German hearing aid.not the same at all. Now you claimed it is not your responsibility, and WS Audiology do not deal with me because I am not their direct client. Both sides are just trying to brush me off.

Wish I could give more stars. The front desk personnel were so efficient and responsive to our request. They handled the session professionally, courteously and most of all with discernment. The test went well as prescribed. Would not go anywhere else for future needs. Special thanks to Judy, you are awesome.

The Hearing Loss Clinic in Crowfoot is an excellent place to visit if you are experiencing hearing loss. I was experiencing some loss of hearing at certain levels, realizing that eventually I would require the assistance of hearing aids. Barb of the Crowfoot Hearing Loss Clinic was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. After trying in-the-ear aids, I then tried a behind-the-ear style of aid and this style made a vast improvement to my hearing. I also appreciate that Barb responds promptly to questions I have sent her via email. Appointments scheduled every couple of weeks to review and discuss how the aids are working for me was also a great service. I highly recommend the Crowfoot Hearing Loss Clinic for all your hearing needs.

The tube on my daughter's hearing aid broke so I called up the clinic and spoke to Judy. She told me to bring it in and they would do the repair in between patients.
I arrived, called to let Judy know I was there and due to Covid rules, she came out to my truck to grab the aid from me. I literally waited a few minutes in my truck before Judy came back out with the repairs done. I never even got out of my truck! Now how can you beat that? !? Excellent, quick service.highly recommended.

I came here for my Grandfather who is from Ontario in an emergency. He accidentally broke his hearing aid and could no longer hear. I showed up to The Hearing Loss Clinic and they did absolutely everything they could to make sure my Grandpas hearing aids were fixed and he could hear as fast as they could even though we were not previous customers. A big thank you to Judy for all the hard work she did to make sure my issue was resolved, she and this company went over and beyond my expectations. I appreciate their help and can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you!

Sure other clinics may have similar products and services but no one has the STELLAR staff that the Hearing Loss Clinic in Crowfoot does! Especially Judy and Barb who provide such superior customer service and really make you feel like a valued person, not just another client. The care is real and heartfelt!

My appt with the Hearing Loss Clinic at the Crowchild office was fantastic. From the time I arrived until I left. Lisa Ballantyne was very knowledgeable, professional and alot of fun. I felt very at ease and am booked for a fitting next week. Cant wait to see how this will change my life.

I attended at the clinic on December 17,2019. The service at the front desk and on the telephone was professional, courteous, and friendly. Judy Sakundiak was the receptionist and she is simply amazing! I was tested by Lisa Ballantyne and she too was very professional and friendly. In the past I have been to other offices to have my hearing checked and no where was the service this exceptional. If you need your hearing checked - go no where else!

So, i had a great experience with them, They are very professional and knowledgeable. Don't even bother going anywhere else but this specific location for hearing issues. You won't be disappointed.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The atmosphere is comfortable and it is evident that the regular clientele are please with the service. I brought my grandfathers hearing aids in to be serviced as they were completely plugged up and they were fast and efficient! I am so happy I found this location.

I have been going to the Hearing Loss Clinic for a number of years, first when they were at Nosebill, then when the new location opened at Crowfoot. I have always enjoyed the staff. Judy at the front is fantastic - she is pleasant, friendly and a joy to talk with. Celina is wonderful - friendly, professional and helpful. I recently ordered IIC hearing aids; however, my ear canals are quite straight. Celina tried a number of ways to try getting them to work for me, including sending them back several times, all to no avail. I decided to switch to a different type of HAs which she suggested and are working really well. All the staff in the office are great. You get the feeling they get along well and really enjoy their jobs which filters down to their client care. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had a hearing test today. The experience wasn`t good! IT WAS GREAT. The girls treated me like Royalty. They even gave me presents to take home to my wife for Valentines Day. Flowers, & cup cakes. (p.s. Next time I will be expecting a Steak & Beer.) Thanks Girls
