I booked an appointment with The Hearing Loss Clinic after a sudden onset of tinnitus and mild hearing loss. I wanted to get a baseline and have an assessment.
The staff at the front and the Audiologist were amazing. The Audiologist did a full assessment and even referred me to an ENT, then wants to monitor my hearing every six months.
Really thorough and kind attention, compassionate, very professional, and explained what each step of the test was, went over the results of the tests afterwards & what those results may mean.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is having any concerns about their hearing or tinnitus.

This place Is so amazing! The whole experience dealing with this location is out of this world! All the wonderful girls that work at the front (Brittany, Jessica and Chelsea) at the front greet you with a smile every time and you feel so welcome there. The rest of the staff is very professional and so helpful. I wish other businesses were like this. All your staff is the best!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I never thought at my age (37 shhh) that I should even be thinking about hearing loss, but I noticed ringing in my ears and I had to focus more when people were talking….
