The Hearing Loss Clinic at North Hill Mall is amazing. They are so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous experience. The front end staff always warm, welcoming- even brought me a coffee! All appointments, emails and any correspondence prompt, helpful and professional. But the star of my show was Gillian- kind, thorough, skilled and personable. You helped me with a chronic long term concern in a way that I didn't know was available and calming. I can hear again- I could hug you! Thank you for your kindness, patience and attention to detail. I will see you in 6 months from now on to prevent such a problem again. Highly recommend and quite frankly- as a medical professional and customer service trainer- just outstanding and a rare find these days.

My wife had a sudden hearing loss and the ER doctor needed a urgent audiogram. Called multiple places to try and get one but everyone was booked up for at least a month. Called the Hearing Loss Clinic and the lady who answered did not have a spot either, but took the time to see if there were any cancellations at any of their other locations. Found me a spot and we got in right away. Now that's caring and got great service at the clinic as well.

My initial visit here was an extremely positive one for an ear cleaning and hearing test. I had scheduled up a follow up for a few months after to ensure regular visits going forward to keep my ears clean and my hearing crisp. Admittedly I walked in the door 7 minutes late for a 2pm appointment. I was told that there was only 15 mins scheduled for the appt and thus, I would have to reschedule. I have had my ears cleaned out dozens of times over the years and from start to finish packing in patients back to back to back in 15 minute intervals is not feasible in the event of minute delays. If I was told to show up 10 mins before my appt, that would be one thing. Needless to say I won't be returning.

From the front desk staff to the Audiologist I saw (Gillian), I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I got in for a last minute appointment due to a wax blockage and they were extremely kind and considerate. It is a bright, clean clinic, and I will be recommending all my friends and family to this clinic should they need an Audiologist! Thank-you for the fantastic care:)

Hearing loss clinic in North hill is the best! The front desk girls are the friendliest, i feel so welcomed the moment i stepped in the clinic. Gillian is excellent! Very professional, very careful and gentle! She really knows what she’s doing and she’s great at it! This clinic is highly recommended! I’m so glad i found it!

Got an ear cleaning here. Very fast and easy cleaning. Didn’t hurt at all and the staff was nice and professional!

The Hearing Loss Clinic at North Hill is excellent! I’ve been going here for a few years and it’s always a positive experience. The ladies at reception are very warm, friendly, and helpful. Gillian is an exceptional audiologist. She is very caring and compassionate, which is super important to me. She is also very knowledgable and professional. She takes time to explain tests and results, answer my questions, and find solutions to help me hear my best. I recommend this clinic 100%!

The entire experience was excellent. They are a full service clinic offering everything from safe ear wax removal to hearing tests and more.

I love a business with integrity. I am getting up there in years and so prime market for hearing aids/glasses/etc.

Amazing staff! Super comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed the whole experience, especially the staff. The ladies were so inviting and comforting. I feel so much better since having my ears vacuumed out. I will be back and I’ve been recommending this place to people I know.
