Excellent service and experience!
I visited the Hearing Loss Clinic University as I was referred for a hearing test by my Family Doctor. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I was called the day before by Brianna and she was amazing at giving detailed information on parking options for my visit. This was super helpful! Then on getting there for my appointment, in walking through the door I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed. I was then offered a cappuccino while I waited for my appointment (I was a bit early). Then I went in for my audiogram. It was a great experience. The audiologist was very attentive, very patient, very thorough and made sure I understood every step of the test before proceeding. She listened to me attentively and made notes based on what I explained.
I have done a few hearing tests in my life because of my profession, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! I would recommend this clinic to anyone and I know they’ve got this client for life! Top tier facilities and top tier customer service and patient care!

I had a great experience at this clinic! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The location is bright, clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend seeing the team at The Hearing Loss Clinic!

I found them on Google and booked an appointment at the University district location to get my ears cleaned as I wanted it done by an ear professional instead of a general practitioner. BEST DECISION EVER! The clinic's space is gorgeous, the staff was absolutely wonderful in their communication, I was offered a hot drink while I wait, it was fast and professional and I felt very well cared for. Absolutely wonderful experience!

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. Brianna at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Leah was the audiologist that helped me and she was very comforting throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Brianna at the University location was spectacular! She was very friendly, offered me some coffee. Her smile lit up the room! I have also been to the shawnessy location where they were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this company! I will be back in the future:) Thank you ladies!

Incredible experience… from the moment the appointment was booked until I left their gorgeous office in the University District, the service level is unsurpassed. A personal phone call to discuss location and parking, a warm drink upon arrival, smiling faces, relatable personnel. It sets the bar really high! Highly recommended.
