Had a 1pm appointment for today even got an email and text reminder for said appointment. And no one could be bothered to show up and do their job. That's truly professional, but that's probly why there is some vacancies here makes sense.

Do not rent here. Communication with “management” is horrrible. They’re passive aggressive and lie often on the “neighbors complaining” when they dont have the balls to say it themselves.

They deliver “notices” dated on business days on the weekend to avoid the confrontation when all you want is answer and clarification.

Provided a lease renewal & 3 days later revoked it without reasoning. So I asked if we pay our last month rent but then leave before the 30th will it still be breaking the lease. They stated yes. But then still threaten with notices to “evict” - No matter how much you comply & co-operate. They still come up very short on managements end. If they have deemed they don’t like you, for whatever reason - Good luck.

After a while it very much starts to feel like harassment. Entering unit without consent and I have small children in the home. Who are home full-time meaning there is always someone home to give said consent.

When first moving here. I thought this was the perfect building but I quickly realized I was incorrect.

Will come back and update with more (pictures included) if I have any difficulties when moving out or receiving my deposit back.

Honestly the building itself is wonderful. The area is great! The leasing agent Mikaila was amazing and wonderful and so helpful! But for the rest of the management team I cannot say the same. The communication style is rude, and unprofessional, mainly from Christine only though. I’ve had a couple of incidences where I would call or email for clarification and would get lashed back at. I’m completely new to the province. Things are not done the same here like what I’m accustomed to.

She speaks over you, cuts you off when speaking and if you say one thing she doesn’t like or want to hear, she will tell you she no longer wants to have this conversation with you. When exampling your confusion she tells you it’s common sense and you are just calling for clarity. There is not one ounce of cooperation to even meet you half way.

The heartwood is beautiful! The management and management style not so much. Very disappointed with how I’ve been dealt with, up to this point by her.

I called above her and my issue was not only cleared up respectfully but also rectified. I honestly enjoy the property it’s clean and safe!

This place felt like home the moment we walked in! Beautiful new building in a great location. Marianne is wonderful- friendly, accommodating, and invested in the residents. She took the time to show us various suites and because of her, we chose to live here. Highly recommend!

This has been a great place to call home! The management team has been amazing to us (Tania, Marianne, & Dwayne). The location is superb as you’re across the street from anything you’d need and it’s quick to the henday. The unit itself is great. It has AC, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, great lighting and lots of storage space. One thing to note is that if you’re going to use Ethernet, they will have to move the modem and you’ll need to plug it in there (not the actual Ethernet port). It wasn’t a big deal to us but something to keep in mind if you plan to use them! Overall we’ve had an awesome experience with the staff and building!

Great place to live with beautiful lake views. Conveniently located close to shopping, eateries, bus stops etc. Lovely spacious suites with good amenities for all (gym, common room hang out spot, underground parking). Good monthly rate for what you get (water & heating included).

What a wonderful place to live! The suites are absolutely beautiful. Perfectly located for shopping and a variety of restaurants. The management staff are great, helpful and always there if you need something. I wouldn't live anywhere else!

Heritage Valley Central Building and suites are nice units with all of them having A/C. But when we tried to rent there the property manager or the lady in the show suites stated that the rent includes free underground parking which talking to my friend that lives in this building has to pay the extra $100 for parking underground which isn't free. Also, They state that they provide free Shaw High Speed Internet and when i asked the lady how fast the internet was she stated that its the fastest but when i asked a few tenants in the building they said its the slowest that shaw has Internet 30. Unfortunately i didn't end up renting due to these factors i think they are little over priced for what they offer here
