Front service return desk person is not welcoming, not polite and lacks mannerism. Not friendly at all. Not a Hello, and when I said Thank you, no reply whatsoever.

Good place. I got lightbulbs here and one of them was cracked. I don't hold it against the store as it was probably a clumsy shopper who just put it back without saying anything.

Really fraustrated about how they handle deliveries. First my refrigerator was late for one month and now the microwave. Don't buy anything from Home Depot, they will disappoint you.

Good store but disappointed by a recent experience. We were carrying our very small 8 pound dachshund through the store (she was also attached to a leash) as we didn’t want to leave her alone in the car. We’ve done this at this store probably 10 times, and the employees are usually great about it. But the last time we did this, a very grumpy employee aggressively approached us and told us to leave due to the tiny dog. I now understand they have a policy against dogs, but there were at least two other customers we saw in the store with much larger dogs not being carried, and more than one employee saw us with her prior to this employee approaching us - in fact, two employees in the home renovation section commented on how cute she is. If the rule is no dogs, it should be applied consistently, not when you’re having a bad day at work. There’s likely also a kinder way to inform customers of the policy vs.telling them to leave.

Still a great location with very helpful staff. Too bad I have to order things online more and more instead of being able to purchase items in store.

This store is always short in staff. You can feel the staff frustration when answering your questions while others are waiting in the line. One of the staff told me straight in my face go to the Tuscany store they will serve better. I hope this issue get fixed since it is the closeest one to me.

The tool rental is useless! I tried calling yesterday and no one answers the phone so I don't know if they have the tool available. I proceed to the rental this morning and see that they have TWO Billy Goat brush cutters outside but they are not available because they don't work and according to the guy behind the counter they are waiting for someone to pick them up to be thrown out.disgusting! They are too lazy to get them fixed.
In the past we regularly rented from Home Depot but we will not be back.

I went to Homedepot to buy doors for my basement, and the manager of the area Abdul won't match the price for the exact same bifold door being sold at Lowes. Homedepot price was 124.99 and Lowes selling for 89, which was verified by him by going on Lowes website as a result I ended up buying the 5 sets of doors I needed from Lowes and ended up saving about 200. Including the 5% pro discount. I am very disappointed in how Homedepot management handled the situation.

Put a reservation on a tool to be rented a week ago and the night before I need it the reservation gets cancelled by Home Depot. Had the whole weekend plan for this job only to be a waste of time. What’s the point of reserving anything.

Worst customer service, bought coupe of blinds wanted to adjusted the size waiting over an hour. No help few people calling around nothing. Unacceptable. There is a lot of people there should be trained on this not depend on one person. Went to two other stores no one is available. Please hire more staff for a multimillion sore this is petty

Well stocked store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff members were quick to ask if I needed help and the staff member directed me to the right aisle. Hand sanitizer available at the entrance and by the cashier.

We have not good experience at Sarcee Trail NW location.

We bought and pre paid it online. I got a call in the morning for pick up.

When I was there, the system was dead and they have to do manually. I showed them our name and our phone number for order and The Name of product we bought.

The old lady came around to check and I let us know couldn't find anything that. We have to showed order number unless they wont help anything.

At that time, the GM came in and we tried to explained to him and he came around again to look at that. Luckily, he found it. The name right on the box that we ordered it.

Thereby, Home Depot should have more training staff about customer service and treating customer better.

Home depot can deliver and install what ever appliance you pick within 1 week of purchase, the brick and best buy are 1 to 2 months. Everything is on back order due to supply issues and they don't seem to have the buying power that home depot has. Also home depot has lower delivery & installation prices. Much better deal & service all the way around.

Great store with lots of selection and friendly staff. My only issue would be that sometimes it's hard to find one of those friendly associates to ask a question or point me in the right direction.

One of the best staff, out of all the Home Depots I have visited. They always help and suggest the best way and tools to get the job done. Special shout for Mike, I always look for him first when I need something in the tools section. Thanks, Mike, for expert advice, which saved me money and time.

Was able to get what I needed quickly. Good friendly staff. I am tired of seeing these nice people in masks still. It's like what part of opening up fine you get? It's not necessary here.

For the last 6 years it's my favorite store to buy home renovation supplies. Recently, I painted my house. Everyone at the store is super helpful. The people in the paint section were super helpful from choosing the brushes to painting and gave tons of tips. The best part is staff know their job perfectly.

Wow amazing service. Must have been asked at least 4 times if we needed help and genuine inquiries about if we needed help and tips for products. Service rocks at this Home Depot.

Yesterday, I came cross this location looking for new LG refrigerator and they did huge mistake in the price. The price jumps up +600$ and they just say "sorry it's human mistake "

Good place to buy indoor plants like wax plant. Different types of philodendron, Desert Rose, jade, aloe, anthurium, carnation.

The store is great, lots of stock and great selection.the best part is the helpful staff at the Pro desk! They are all friendly and very helpful. Keep up the AMAZING customer service to Erin, Dave and Gordon!

Lumber prices are coming down.it's deck time! Gotta check out woods and all. Their varieties of Gazebo are awesome, the lawn mowers are full of attractive choices.

I ordered the garage door from Home Depot on April 16th, and it was not installed until August 16th. There was no telephone explanation in the process. Besides, the installation time was changed at random, so I didn't call to ask or inform. Now the most important problem is that Home Depot has only installed a manual garage door for me. I need to pull it up and down by hand. There is no remote control. Now after the telephone consultation, Home Depot and installation manufacturers blame each other, I would like to ask Home Depot this is your way of service?

I spend thousands on a monthly basis. Complete reno of interior in past year. New doors and windows this year. 2 nd time and 12 werks later exterior door came in wrong. This has cost me nothing but time and money. Very disappointed

Don Lp at Beacon hill home depot made my lightning shopping d one I will never forget in a hurry. Will definitely shop again.

Staff following my daughter around the store. Made her feel very uncomfortable as they didn't ask if she needed help. She ended up leaving without buying what we went all the way there to buy. I will go back to my store in country hills where the staff make you feel welcome

Terrible service from electrical sales 'Don'. @HomeDepot why do you need to have people who discriminate take up any roles at all in your store. Had the worst experience here today and Don should not be servicing anyone, clearly did not want to serve me and brushed me off to the point of telling me that the item i was looking for was not in stock without even checking the system. I called the store in advance and was told it was in store but he would hear non of it. Had to seek assistance from a different associate who was gracious enough to help me get the part i needed by simply checking the system and helping me grab what i needed.

Received excellent customer service in the garden center from Domenic. He gladly loaded the landscaping bricks onto a cart for me, assisted me in finding soil and plants and then helped load everything into my car. He was very knowledgeable and eager to offer assistance!

Best one that i go to even if I don’t need to buy anything, always find a great deals, friendly employees snd well stocked store.

Very large inventory and variety of choices. Saturday night past 6h00pm it was hard to find help. Fortunately, other customers are very helpful.

This is by far the worst home depot in town. Belittled from the get go and the worst staff avoid this shopping expirence.

This store the 2 old man who work at the Lumber department is no really a good service they talk to me is not really friendly and unprolike maybe i'm Asian people but they talk to the western people is friendly i don't know why home depot hiring this people

Went to look at hardwood floor products they had what their web page said. They also had a open box so got sample to take home. Was also looking for ant pucks which they had. 2 for 2 great.

They also got new key pads which now allows Tap, fantastic.

I was quite surprised when I entered to see the vast selection of tropical plants. You don't typically get anyone to help you at Home Depot but on this day it was my lucky day I had multiple people offer to assist me

My partner and I came in looking for a very specific piece from our kitchen tap that broke. The gentleman named Ken who helped us out was super knowledgable, friendly and helpful, and found us the exact piece we needed. Veronica also had a great sense of humour and was really helpful!

The store had ample parking and the store was very organized. The staff helped me courteously, it could be a little confusing if you're coming in the store for a first time because all the items look alike in the same aisle. Overall, I had a good shopping experience.

Very positive experience at this one with several members of the team asking if I need assistance. Though I didn't really need it. It's always a good sign when the team is being proactive with customers.

Staffer helping in AM for woodcutting is awesome, very helpful.
But some other old folks in staff in AM are very rude and condescending. They were more busy and keen in talking to each other

Unfortunately the seemingly large amount of poor customer service throughout certain departments and responsible positions destroyed the experience of shopping here.

This is the perfect place to find tools and hardware. The place is huge and you can find every thing there. From tiny tools to big appliances. Staff are also helpful.

Took me almost an hour to buy a freezer. Waited for about 30 minutes for assistance (an associate paged for assistance three times). After 30 min wait, spent another 20 minutes or so waiting for an employee to enter wrong email address in the system multiple times. Very painful process. Staff your place accordingly and train them on how to use your internal computer system.
