Wonderfull, associates are knowledgeable and helpful specially Pro desk staff particularly Shafat Khan. He is one one of the best, listened carefully my problem and suggested 2-3 option include pros and cons. Very impressive.

We had a new kitchen put in through Home Depot's project loan approximately five years ago. We were extremely pleased with the service of the in-store designer, Kim at Shawnessy Home Depot, who devoted many hours to our project. We especially appreciated her expertise in finding ways to make accommodations for my husband's mobility issues and also in finding cost-saving measures to help us stay within our budget.

We were also grateful to have the Home Depot team advocate on our behalf when contractors' work was not acceptable or not completed in a timely fashion.

Home Depot takes care to hire contractors whose work can be guaranteed.

I have given four stars only because long term, the kitchen quartz countertop has not stood up as promised: it has some chips and one join has separated. The warranty has run out with both Home Depot and Valley Countertops, which is disappointing since our countertops are only approximately five years old.

If we would ever embark on a large renovation project, we would again consider Home Depot as we know that we could generally rely on the company to pick reputable contractors, organize the work schedule, and do quality checks - while still allowing us to have control over the product choices.

I have used Home Depot on numerous occasions. I am pleased on how quick they can get my online orders processed- usually within the day! Their Shawnessy location never disappoints- may it be in store support or curbside pick up, associates are polite, helpful and customer service is on point.

**Update: needed to return several products that were unused from our recent project but lost the receipt/s. Front line staff (esp the lovely lady, I believe named Michelle?) was always ready to give a hand and patient with processing our returns. Up’d to 5 star as we always have pleasant interactions and hassle free experience from this store. **

The night prior to the delivery scheduled date I received an automated phone call between 4: 00 pm and 8: 00 pm as it was explained to me on the phone from the delivery vendor that books the appointments. The delivery time they gave me was a 4-hour window between 10: 30 am to 2: 30 pm
At 2: 30 pm I never received a phone call and the weather is +26. I wanted to ensure my fridge and freezer were empty for when the delivery truck arrived. I called the delivery number that was provided to me. As I sat on hold, I started to unpack the fridge and freezer. Someone answered the and the call was disconnected. I called back and sat on hold. All of my food from the fridge and freezer. Someone answered my call and asked for my order number and put on hold again. By this time the delivery truck has shown up, it is now 3: 15 pm. I don’t have an issue with the delivery truck being late because things happen but common courtesy, as well as good customer service, would be for the delivery companies’ administrative team to contact the customer and explain the delivery truck is running behind. I hung up the phone because the truck was at the house. The 2-delivery people approach me and say your order a freezer? I said no I ordered a fridge. Yeah, a fridge the gentlemen replies. I said yes and I also ordered a stove, washer, and a dishwasher. We do not have those items. I showed him my bill he said they did not give us any of those items. He said we are supposed to remove the fridge I said yes, I paid to have appliances removed as hooked up. The gentlemen were nice enough to show me the delivery sheet he received in the morning from his company and it had on it was fridge deliver no other deliveries and removal. The two delivery men did take out my old fridge.
I call back the delivery company for a third time to find out where the rest of my order is and of course I sat on hold again. The two delivery men removed the old fridge and delivered the new fridge. Finally, someone answered and I gave them the order number for the third time and they told me they were looking into it during this time the delivery men asked me to sign the paper stating the fridge was delivered and there were no damages as I was on the phone the delivery administrative person to find out where the rest of my delivery was and did not check everything over with a fine-tooth comb because I was on the phone. I signed the paperwork and off they went.
The lady came back and explained they only picked up the fridge because the other items were not at the carriers. I asked why did no one contact me and let me know yesterday or even today someone must have known the items were not there. I asked are you delivering the appliances on Monday prior to the plumber arriving? She stated no the delivery company does not work on Sundays or Mondays. I said really because when I originally booked the appointment the other person told me they don’t deliver on Saturdays and Sundays so which is it? I asked if I was going to be compensated for the huge mistake that was done. The lady said let me contact the carrier and we will discuss compensation after, I contact the carrier. I said fine.
The lady asked to put me on hold to see what appointment she could find out what delivery dates would be available. As I am on hold, I am checking out the new fridge and looking at the walls and floor for any damage and sure enough I notice the recently installed LVT stair nose has a gouge in it from the movers moving the two fridges. The lady comes back and I stated I also noticed a gouge in my new flooring and I signed the paperwork already and did not check because I was on the phone with you. Are you going to have that repaired? Long story short I am very unhappy with the vendor Home Depot utilizes for appliance delivery. Home Depot prides itself on customer service and the vendor they have contracted for delivery service is the complete opposite. Instead of admitting they made a mistake, they back-peddle and lie.

Shout out to GUY and BRETT of ProServices. Have to change my plan on decking (composite to PT Wood) as I need to re-allocate some funds for the repair of my Vinyl Sidings due to hail damage, and they did not hesitate to help me to the best of their capacity. I really felt the importance of being a Home Depot customer with how they accommodated me. Great Job Guys!

It was a great experience and painless as my wife put it. The woman in the paint / stain department was exceptionally helpful and truly knowledgeable which made our product decisions quick and easy. The young man in the lumber department was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Always a fan of home depot, but was odd the outdoor rug we were looking for was in a display at the contractor exit. How on earth would you find it, and then what? Run back in to now purchase. Great staff member (sorry I didn't catch his name) who helped us track it down!

I just finished up shopping here and had a great experience. I was buying a Ryobi portable fan, so I needed to find a battery and a charging port as well. An employee in power tools named John could tell I needed help, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct set up. He took the time to explain all the differences and that I got what I needed. He made it a pleasant and efficient trip to the hardware store!

I would say by far the best place to go for all your gardening needs! Best flower selection, maybe a bit pricey but the best quality!

Whenever we’ve come here, everything we need has been in stock. We have mixed reviews on the staff, but that can happen anywhere. This is our go to location for all things we need for the home. They have large nice clean bathrooms - which is great especially if you’re shopping with children. This location always seems to be a little busier than others, but that might just be the times that we choose to go.

Good store, but the quality of the wood has been horrible. I know you don't produce the materials but you can refuse bad quality.
It's called quality control guys. I vuy deck packages every week and have about half just terrible. Please try to bring out better products.
