Best staff working at any store. Rarely see this kind of customer service these days.everyone is so welcoming and helpful.i would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I can. Hopefully they can keep it up

Airdrie Home Depot has the worst delivery service I have ever had. After purchasing $2600.00 washer/dryer I expected proper delivery like I was told I would get. The 3rd party delivery service was horrible. The mess they left behind and lack of equipment they had to do a proper installation job was atrocious. They actually asked for a step ladder to hook-up washer/dryer. I had to vacuum hallway in common areas of condo and my condo as well as wash the floors where they left a big mess behind. I would strongly urge anyone who purchases appliances from Airdrie Home Depot ensure that their delivery people are prepared to install and are competent enough to install appliances. I have had good experiences with Airdrie Home depot in the past however this experience would make me think twice before doing major purchases with them again.

Would like to say Paula and Lindsay are amazing they are super helpful and friendly and made my trip to home depot 10 Lindsay help us with a stove purchase a few yrs back and many other items to help us finish our basmt and today Paula put a drop of Christmas spirt into us with her elf hat and cheerful smile and friendlyness enjoy coming to this location

I am always surprised at the level of service I get here. I was paint shopping at had two associates helping me at different points. It was a great experience. Good job paint team!

Update - I once again had to get paint and the paint team is just A+ customer service.

This is hands down the best Home Depot I have been to in terms of customer service. Every single employee that I crossed paths with smiled, greeted me, and asked if they could help me find anything or if I needed any help. When I did ask an employee a question, she was extremely helpful in assisting me find what I was looking for. She was also considerate of my price point which I was very appreciative of. Exceptional customer service!

It has many things people need
But some staff do not know shyte from shinola.
So make sure you know what you are looking for. Some employees are actually helpful.
But some that do help, need a happy countenance wakeup when helping you.
Make certain you keep a hold of your receipts because they won't help unless it is under warranty and you have receipt
If you have receipt sent to your email check make sure it came.
Print it out and put it in your files.

Feels disorganized and staff us hit or miss with product knowledge. Asked my wife to pick up some more lights that I had bought that same day and they told her they never had carried that type. The selection is better in the calgary stores.

I gave one star because another sale helped me link and install the trailer.

I ordered a coffee table and was shipped a desk. I called the store on two separate occasions to have the have the desk picked up and the money refunded. Both times I was told that they would "get back to me" however was not contacted. I have had to escalate this to the Canada Home Depot head office to hopefully have this resolved.

The ladies on the paint desk were just fabulous - friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful! Fantastic service!

Staff are experienced in the trades and are helpful with recommendations. One of my favorite stores. I have seen some jaw-dropping prices during sales.

Very friendly and helpful staff, so friendly and helpful that they just let you take the display barbecues to the checkout! (this actually happened for us on August 11th, 2022)

Also great selection of products, although couldn't find any shower curtain kits in the shower section.

It seems that some of the staff have forgotten the definition of communication.

We stood in paint for 15 minutes, not a single employee around to help. The customer service counter had three employees at the desk, literally just staring at us. I finally went over and asked for assistance. An employee sent a page and said someone would be over shortly. 5 minutes later. Still no one around, now four people in line. Finally someone from lumber tried to assist. But not working in that department clearly didn’t know the answer to the questions he was being asked. FINALLY the SINGLE employee working that day sauntered over to help us. No apology no nothing.

We later found out she was on her 1hr break. Everyone’s entitled to a break, so glad she got one probably well deserved, but why was no one covering for you? Why did no one know where you were. Communication is key in any environment. Clearly Home Depot has lost that along the way.

During some renovations of my kitchen I bought but some laminated flooring. I purchased it because they guaranteed me next day delivery. I was assured I would be called when the product arrived, it was to be a transfer from another store. I ended up phoning 3 times and at no time was my call returned, however the young.man who sold me the flooring did call me the next night. It is now 3 days after the guaranteed delivery and I still don't have the product, although it is fully paid f for. With my holidays ending today it looks like my renovations will not be completed thanks very much for your unbelievably is poor service.

They are better at there customerservice than they used to be. I guess competition will do that too you

Good service! We bought a new major appliance and the ladies went out of their way to make sure we got what we were looking for. Really nice experience.

Wife and I wanted to buy some wall board to renovate with. We were told that they would cut to size. Then were told no.

Previously I didn't care much about the Home Depot
Location in Airdrie, but today changed my mind.
I would like the manager and all the staff at the Airdrie location how helpful Terry (28) was.
Today was the best shopping experience I ever had at this location, or any Home Depot for that matter and that is purely because of Terry. My perception of this location was changed today because of the customer service I received from Terry.

Did a online order for same day pick up. Both staff at customer service and carry out help were awesome and super friendly.

Its the spring season. Lawnmowers and yard supplies are in stock. Need a new bbq or some accessories, they have many to choose from. Our viait today was for som bungie cords to tie down out gazebo soft lanels from the high winds. In and out quickly with self checkout. Hard to walk through qithout wanting to pickup something else here and there. Have a project to work on? Home depot has the materials and tools to get it done.

Don’t waste your time. Super-long wait times at Customer Service and staff who don’t know what is going on. Time and time again I am left disappointed by Home Depot online and this particular location. Won’t be returning again.

*Update - turns out they lost out online order - “shipped it to the wrong address”. Then after fighting for a refund, they tell us we will receive our refunded money in 5 days! Why keep our money for 5 days? ! We had to pay at the time of order, in good faith, but they don’t have to refund when they mess up our order? Poor business practices. This is very common nowadays, it seems, with large chains like this.

This is a great location. Even if staff is busy you can easily go on the website and get the exact location of a product in-store.

Usually good selection and decent prices. Disappointed they don't have much gardening stock in yet but it is only early April, so they'll have better stock in a few weeks. Staff are always helpful and generous with their time.

Always a great place to go for paint, building supplies and outdoor furniture. Staff are helpful, supportive and always available to help.

If you were going there for house plant section or home Decour potteries turn around this place has very limited selections and has for years

Great store! Reno'd my garage through this store. Wall paint, ceiling paint, stain & lumber for the feature wall. Filling it with Husky cabinets for organization.

Moat recently, bought new tool cabinets for work through this store. Unpacked them, and found they had damage. Went back to the store, explained my case, was able to come to an amicable solution. Very friendly staff who work with you for customer satisfaction, not against you for profit.

Always a great selection of products. Easy to navigate store isles. Ample parking and great covid-19 precautions for safe shopping with hand sanitizer and signage.

Holding a pro account was nice but to see the gouging on 2x4s is bs our dealership will no longer shop there and advise all our clients of your corporate gouging in this cov 19 days you should be ashamed we are short on new cars but don't screw our customers will post to Facebook your lack of honor for your customers

Always have the tools i and materials need for home repairs, great paint and stain section.

Knowledgeable staff is a big plus and always friendly.

Great return policy, in 8 years never had a negative experience.

The fall flowers were beautiful and taken care off. The store always has a good selection of what you're looking for. You guys are doing a great job. My only suggestion is to have more associates to help people. This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Please take pics of your plumbing as it was what helped them find us our necessary parts that were installed from the 70's.

Rented a cargo van with no hassles and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend to someone looking for a truck rental for a short period.

Ilya P in tool rental always goes above and beyond to provide the worst customer service. I rented a van for 90 mins, drove less than 10 kms and when I was refueling the van, it took 5 liters to fill it up. With my trip mileage of 2kms/liter, it was obvious to me that the van wasn't topped off when I rented it. I brought it to Ilya's attention and he immediately dismissed my concerns. Eventually, in a condescending tone, told me he will give me a dollar off, then revised his offer down to 99 cents. Finally, told me not to come back in the store next time and argue with him as if he owns Home Depot, Airdrie. Further stated, why don't you just buy a van, thus, implying not to come in the store.

Ilya should know that it's not always about a dollar with regular customers, sometimes a little respect, concern and ownership goes a long way! It was apparent to me that he didn't care, so I refused any discount. I had a legitimate concern and he dismissed it with his attitude. Ilya should remember that there are plenty of people in the job market, who would love to take his job and provide exceptional customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised this time by an associate actually offering to help you almost never see that, usually you have to wander around until you give up and then try and find one

Good service from the tool rental place and fair prices. Store itself could you use more staff to help customers, good luck on finding one.

Just came back from the store. This older lady working at the customer service desk was giving me a lot of attitude just to answer some basic return policy question. I would give 0 stars if that was an option just based on this experience

My son and myself went in looking for a washer and dryer. Lyndsey the sales rep bent over backwards to assist us. I have bought furniture there before and had great service. I will go to the Airdrie location in future for any appliance. Great job home depot and thanks
