No associate is ever there for assistance if you ever need it. And even if you have them page for help, no one shows up, It seems like they just go and hide in different aisles. WORST Customer service what's so ever.

Zero customer service at rental center, the guy I think his name was Shane was rude to me. I asked him a question about rental then he was like this is this, you want to rent or no. The customer doesn't know how to use your tools, the employees should help customer how to use the tools instead of being rude.
Masters handyman in Canada be careful shopping at home Depot they can sales junks and expensive to you are in past 20 years I bring so many customers here they sometimes sales junks. Ryobi battery is not charging company not answering. Prices of paint and materials became expensive there's no control on.
I bought a fridge few days ago it doesn’t work paid cash not thinking it would not work I tried to take it back today the lady said I cant return it not sheer is she thinks a stole it, It’s very frustrating and then told me to take it I left it with her since there’s no point in keeping a fridge that doesn’t work not sure why anyone would sell a product that is defective very disappointed not only on how they treat customers but How they made me feel the fridge is only $178 the way they made me feel you can’t put a price on that.
6 people behind customer service when we picked up our bbq and the only one who greeted us or did anything to help was someone who was dealing with another customer and on the phone and still took the time to acknowledged us. Everyone else literally turned their backs and chatted amongst themselves. This lady was working in a scooter we do not remember her name but she was great and attentive. Doesn't matter if they weren't behind the counter to help customers at least acknowledge someone standing there and say you'll be helped shortly.
We ordered a lot of items with the store associates assistance along with the department manager. Naturally we ordered extra and confirmed with the store associate and manager that we can complete our basement renovations and come back to return extras if there are any.
So we installed the tiles we got and went back to the store to have the same associate tell us that they don't have those tiles in the store nor did they sell it to us. We had to go to the tile section to take photos of the tiles in the store to take back to customer service where they realized that they have punched in the order incorrectly in the first place for the tiles. The tiles were the same price but scanned incorrectly for the quantities of them on the receipt was inversed. Department manager came and frankly did not do much but just stood there while another associate took the return.
We also had ordered a shower door from the store after providing all the measurements to the store. But the incorrect shower door was ordered, it took 2 - 3 weeks to arrive and we took it home right away. In the midst of our renovations we had a contractor get in the way of the project to move forward so we left the shower door on the side till we get to it. Eventually we knew we had to start soon so we unboxed and set it aside to start the following weekend. Starting the install we notice that the door is too small for the base we provided the measurements to and were assured it would work with.
We went to the store and spoke with the store manager but we were told to come back later that week when the department manager would be back from vacation. Going back they will no longer take the return but would try and work with the manufacturer to get a box to take the return. Strangely enough they got no response back from the manufacturer for days where I was able to make a call and get ahold of them within an hour.
We have tried to complain to head office but they just called us liars and taken whatever it is that the store said to them as the final word instead of trying to help us out in this situation. The customer should not have to go through such hoops and poor service for a mistake that was not made by them for something that was done by the store.
I don't dislike the selection and most of the staff is wonderful. However the issue is with customer service desk. How ironic, the customer service has poor service. They never Answer the phone and when they do you are on hold for at least 30 min or more never less before you even get anyone. The customer service desk really needs either more staff or staff that works better.
In store always great service great staff. But when it comes to answering the phone customer service never answers. 3 days in a row 45 min wait on hold and still no one answers. People don't like wasting time to go to a store to find out they don't have the product.
I have very bad experience at home depot Marlborough a whole of kitchen cabinets and counter top. For cabinets they deliver broken cabinets. For counter top not fit and need another 2 weeks to wait. Its been a month upto now they haven't fix it yet. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this store!
Brought custom blinds here. And the man that measured and got the blinds to be installed for us. Messed up the size so the sun still comes through the bottoms and the sides. Waste of money. Disappointed. Don't ever use this company.
4 almost 3 stars. Great place friendly staff, but the last 3 times I've visited, no 3" blades for the the rigid saw, no 1/4 hex magnetic 12" bit and very limited to the extensions and options. Let's get back to package deals with batteries please!
Good experience overall. Most of the aisles have direction arrows for Covid, they are also wide enough to pass by people without concern which is a big plus. It's a pretty well organized store, didn't take me too long to find the things I was looking for. Though I did notice an absence of staff, so if I did need help finding something that would have been a hassle to track someone down.

There is building supplies and very long aisles. There's a variety of products to assist in the development and maintenance of your property. Lots of orange. Self pay kiosks and no attractive women to be found
Very typical of a flagship store in a *ahem* interesting, part of town. I don't like being followed around by OBVIOUS loss prevention officers. I try to mess with them i run around the corner and then stop turn around and stare.or stand around a spot where I look suspicious and don't move until he has to walk away to look natural
Had a really bad experience, no one wanted to help. Two associates where more interested in socializing then helping. Needed 2 sheet of mdf cut. They where trying to avoid me. I guess they where practice social distancing with customers. I asked for a price on a product which he told me, " didn't carry it. " Made me feel like I was not knowing what I was talking about. I then had to show him the product which had no price tag.
One of the worst costumer experiences I've ever had. My uncle and I went in to get a water heater and asked for someone to help us, as the water heater was on the top shelf. We waited for a hour and a half for someone who knew how to operate the forklift to get it for us. When they did come they told us the battery was dead and they couldn't get it. Obviously at that point my uncle got irritated. The security guard then rushed over for no reason, to "access the situation". Basically you can't even complain without getting in trouble even though they were at fault. We ended up going to a different location.
Needed some acrylic sheet and hey, what do you suppose was on sale when I went in? Didn't even look it up anywhere! Good place for some oddball tools and hardware items too. Not surprising. The pros get their stuff there.
Very bad customer service coustomers getting from Homedepot Marlborough calgary newly promoted customer service representative Rajvir. She always try to make as much as she can complicated just showing her power and authority to costumers. Even yesterday she is not attending me on customer service window she walked specially to my attending person and Strat whispering on his ears. This is 3rd time happens with me Her attitude is not acceptable for me. I am not mentioning your another employees name here this person told me she is looking every customer very suspiciously, dominating and power or authority show off not only with you every customer attending her getting same service. She showing always she has lot of authority and power and she always use native side and make problems. She must need to understand all authorities with excellent coustomer service. We are customer not criminals. I was very Loyal customer of homedepot since 22 years no more since yesterday. Yesterday we are in your Calgary Marlborough location My daughter with me to buying some home appliances. My daughter seen this type of Rajvir bad attitude this tim 3rd time she advise me Dad buy hassle free we are customer not criminals. Homedepot lose not present customer also next generation and Future coustomer due to her bad attitude. We decided on this stages no more business or dealing with home Depot. I am going to look my Home appliances from other store no more homedepot On your this location I am well known from your mostly employees they know me very well what type of customer I am. Great store. Only issue is that it is sometimes hard to find an employee on the floor for help. However when you do find someone, they are always knowledgeable and happy to help. Easy access from Marlborough C-Train Station and ample parking. It is nice to see the store taking the COVID procedures seriously.
A nice trick to get to the store if you're coming westbound on Memorial is to drive straight through the intersection at 36th and immediately take the small right turn to come at the store from the back, that way you only have to deal with the lights at 36th and don't have to worry about the C-Train.
Who tf accuses someone of credit card fraud, and calls the cops on them bc they don't recognize the bank that issued the card? A Home Depot employee at this location apparently! While our basement was flooding. Not helpful.
