I went there to refund an insulation bag, i wasnt told it was being refunded to same card that I bought it on and i wanted refund on another card. The cashier refunded very quickly without letting me know. And when I enquired, she said it was already done. I had an argument with her regarding this that why i wasnt told that its going on same card. She was rude and then one more lady and one guy tried to gang up and said it’s already done and tried to realise me its my fault. 3 home depot employees trying to say that its customer’s fault that it went to same card. I asked them to call their manager. Hassidi came and understood the situation. Hassidi was very polite throughout the conversation and calmed me down. And i was given a special courtesy due to this situation and i thank you Hassidi. Employees like you deserve special applause and appreciation for their service.

Amazing service. I went there for some supplies in several departments and I had someone help me in every department. Best shopping experience I've had in a long time.

The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Chrissy helped us secure some items, set up a transfer from another location cause they may not have been in stock. They ended up finding them and we left with what we came for that day. She was super helpful which meant a lot because we just spent the entire weekend moving from calgary to high river and the items we got were a final "treat" for our hard work. She was awesome to deal with!

I was at this location this morning with a service dog in training his harnesses on every staff member made it a point to try to talk to the dog get his attention unbelievable people aren't supposed to be talking or making an effort to talk to service dogs. Also I was looking for a toolbox and no one seemed to know what direction to point me in I left I am now going to Canadian Tire Home Depot is a turnoff.

If you want incredibly service, friendly and knowledgeable associate, just ask for Kevin in millworks. He goes that extra mile to make you want to do business with him.

This was a freekin shocking shopping experience! I have not seen CUSTOMER SERVICE like this in years. We walked in the door and stopped to get our bearings. An associate immediately asked us if we needed help. She wasn’t sure if they had what we were looking for so she found someone who knew. He walked us to the aisle he thought it was at and when it wasn’t there, then gave us another suggestion where they might have it. We didn’t find what we were looking for (seasonal item out of season) but as we were leaving empty handed 3 separate associates offered assistance or greeted us as we walked toward the exit.
This was thee most pleasant shopping experience I have had in a very long time. KUDOS!

Some staff, older aged staff that is, didn't seem to care helping and indifferent with their interaction. One older staff even went as far to say sarcastically, "I work in plumbing" and didn't even bother to ask if I needed another rep to assist me with what I was looking for. Imo, they shouldn't be working there. Just grumpy old men.

Linda in the flooring department was able to help us cut our blinds. She did an amazing job. She cut it exactly how we wanted it. Super nice and friendly. She knew what she was doing. We have been to multiple Home Depos in Calgary and they didn’t do as a perfect cut as she did.

I Definitely recommend her to anyone that needs to get their blinds cut.

Ordered a new fridge and dishwasher, the staff were super friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. Prices were fair for products we bought. Only criticism delivery dates are a longer wait then usual.

It was okay the same sales person asked if we needed anything 2 minutes after greeting us into the store. After that hard to find someone to ask questions.

This store is always clean and organized and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Love this store!

It's nice having a smaller home Depot that is not as busy. They have most of the same things that you would find at any other home Depot. However they do have less variety than the larger box stores.

Jocelyn helped my wife and I with blinds and she is what every person at hone depot should be! Professional, knowledgeable and personable. This company should recognize what an amazing job Jocelyn is doing reward employees like her. Thank you again for everything Jocelyn

I told the lady I need to hurry I left my dog in my truck, she told me I could bring him into the store; I was so happy that I went and got him!

Very friendly! Smaller store than I was expecting so there was less to choose from for what I was looking for but it was enjoyable regardless.

Home depot is your normal "big store" shopping experience. The staff is friendly and lots of them ready to help you. Prices are the same as Calgary stores. Overall, i was satisfied with my shopping experience there.

Apparently this store doesn't get the same amount of stock as the stores in Calgary, even for something basic like sandpaper. But they always seem to be VERY overstaffed, with someone asking if they can help you in every section which gets really annoying if you are walking through the entire store and dont need help.

The only store in the whole city where I could find an air compressor. Thumbs up. Pretty far though

Very good service here! I was purchasing a large appliance and the associate, Bill, was very helpful and asked what features I liked so as to help me get the right appliance. He did not push for a more expensive model, which I did not need but helped me get what I wanted. He outlined all benefits and warranty options and let me make an informed decision.

As usual absolutely 0 help from staff, they are actually counterproductive in efforts to help customers. I understand these are minimum wage sales reps.but it's actually insulting some of the attitudes they have.

Also tool variety sucks, this store seems to be primarily for the DIY types and grandma's garden types. I will avoid at all costs in the future.

Had an experience with Home Depot Okotoks. I had ordered my shed online, on the website the store (okotoks) stated they had 2 in stock online. I placed my order, got my confirmation of order and i had requested delivery of the item. I got the notification that the shipment may take longer due to high demand and that was good to know. I knew it would take a couple weeks or so based on the estimates.

Since I was upgrading my shed to a bigger size, I sold mine over that weekend, went to home depot and bought the materials required to increase the size of the base. Spent the weekend building the new base for my soon to arrive shed.

Fast forward 6 days from the day i placed my order. I get a cancellation Email, not even a phone call.stating that they are cancelling my order due to high demand?

I ended up calling the customer support line, where I had a good conversation, with a promised follow up. Nothing happened.

So here I stand, sold my shed, spent money on a new base to fit a shed that I am not receiving, and not even as much as a raincheck, or a follow up to see if there is another product that they can get for me.

Customer service at its absolute worst. I would never recommend anyone using the homedepot online ordering as apparently, the order is actually not an order at all, as you might receive nothing

Much better now that these god-forsaken lineup no longer exist to get in the store. I usually check the website for availability of lumber before I try and go to the store which is a feature I really like. You can check and see what product you're after before you actually waste your time going to the store. The Home Depot it's usually a great experience.

I was extremely pleased with my latest visit, they priced matched at the till a lower price that was offered at a competitor's store. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure I was happy. I have gotten plants from here before that had bugs in them. I will never buy plants from here again but very happy with customer service.

Lady scanning and organizing overstocked led bulbs, couldn't be bothered to assist with a lighting question about CFL's cause she didn't normally work the department. When I asked if she could call or source someone from the lighting department she told me to go down and isle and look for another employee. Ended up just saying forget it, she was completely useless.

Was in the tile and counter top section and nobody even came and helped my girlfriend and I we had multiple questions and the gentlemen who worked there just looked at us and went back to his computer, wouldn't recommend going here at all
