Was helped by a very nice knowledgable lady, that I never fail to go to for a number of jobs she is polite has great ideas and has a sense of humor, give this lady a raise, she deserves it!

Very good customer service. However stock that is shown online needs to come out of your warehouse or “off of your trucks” as it was put faster please. It has shown stock available online multiple times I have visited this location and not been available in store even when coming back several days later again.

A very well organized store. One of my favorite HD locations. This location has less out of stock issues than others.

Wanted a Christmas tree but unfortunately the one I wanted was sold out. Helpful staff member looked it up and directed me to a store that had one. Oh happy days!

Staff aren't helpful. You find the aisle you need but if you can't find what you're looking for in that aisle it's very difficult to find a staff member and when you do they just tell you what aisle to look instead of going to the aisle with you and helping you find it. If you say you were just there and can't find it they show very clear body language that they are annoyed. Went there once for a piece of wood and the guy cutting it clearly didn't know how. Should've taken him 10 seconds but it took him 20 minutes! Then he didn't end up doing a straight cut because he needed help from other staff but wouldn't ask for it despite him having a radio for that. I ended up being late for an appointment and didn't have the time for him to get a new board and cut it right.

A little backstory- I was having a real bad week and was in a situation where they didn't have to give me any sort of refund on my purchase. After being told no by 2 different employees I went full Karen and asked for a manager out of frustration. The department manager at the return desk went above and beyond and helped me out when it seems nothing else was going my way. I truly appreciate the kindness, I just wish i got his name to let everyone know who to model their management staff after. Thanks again kind sir <3

Worst place to buy an appliance. They will mess up BIG TIME in addition to very disappointing customer service to solve the issues they caused. Beware, go elsewhere. And preferably not another Home Depot.

Found exactly the planter I was looking for; the online inventory was accurate and up to date.
My only wish is that you could order online and pick up in store, but that option wasn't available.

Big parking with huge space inside the store as well. Staff is nice and washroom are well maintained as well.

This is a location I've been frequenting for the last 3 years for house plants. As of lately plants have been INFESTED with spider mites. I bring it up almost every time however the staff shrugs it off. Just beware! I won't be shopping for plants here anymore.

Good people and tools but bad service their dewalt says 90days warranty so my cordless sawzall after buying it was not used for a few months not a problem but I go to use it and it snaps on me almost immediately the lifter broke so I go to return it and get either another one or even if they would fix it! But nothing they blame it on Covid and say that they won’t return anything anymore. I went to another Home Depot and they had no problem with helping me out and they said that I should have not had any issues.

Staff couldn't find the item I needed even though it said they have 5 in stock, they suggested that I order online for in store pick up. I ordered online and got an email 2 hours later saying ready for pick up, I went in and the lady that helped me seemed confused as to how this worked. The person before me also got a very confusing answer from the same lady.

The other guy that was working found my order immediately and handed me the product

I just had the most amazing experience today at home depot. I was looking for a starter set of new tools and Kevin went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be going to see him if I ever need anything in the future.

Great place to call if you need parts only they sell and you like ring tone mixed with operator being unfriendly, mixed with waiting to reach the plumbing department.

My favourite place to go to for plants! I think they have the best selection out of all the other Home Depots. The staff is always helpful.

Usually pretty decent, been here many times. Almost always have what I need at a reasonable price compared to everyone else in the area. Staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable when asking for advice or where something is.

Head and shoulders above the nearest Lowe's. The staff near at this home Depot know where their products are located and know how to measure things!

Have most things, but hard to find help. The Lowes in the west end tends to be better but doesn't have as much stock.

Cheapest in town for plants and gardening materials. Each plants are properly labelled so that customers can easily identify indoor and outdoor plants.

What a lovey experience my husband and I had today. An extremely helpful and genuinely kind employee named Matt helped us find the perfect drill in no time flat. I love how home depot seems to hire people of all ages, ethnicities, and all walks of life.

The staff here was very friendly and helped me get my purchase not only off the shelf for me they also offered to load all items in my vehicle.

Went to do an exchange of a defective product, after exchanging customer service agent Derek mentioned to me to make sure I first keep the item in the car and then come to do more shopping. I also told him that I would stick the receipt on the top the product to show it's purchased but he mentioned to me over and over again and was very arrogant and adoment to keep the product in the car before I continue shopping. Shopped and Spent thousands of dollars over lumber for deck and blinds but never experienced this kind of service. For sure I didn't go back in to shop again but went back in to talk to the manger Jamie about it. Poor service

Honestly, I go out of my way to avoid the Home Depot in West Edmonton. However, I was in a pinch for a tool and had practically zero time.

Excellent staff everything you need for home renovation, washers, dryers, kitchen cabinets, flooring, carpets etc

The staff are rude and have no knowledge. I tried to get a price match from a Canadian retailer and she tried to tell me that it was a.com website so that means it's American lol even though I showed her that they are a Canadian company with locations in alberta. Where do they find these people. You are better off just ordering online and not wasting your time with some these stores besides amazon is cheaper 90% of the time and apparently they do not match amazon either

Definitely getting better. The customer service I received this time around was actually quite good. They had everything I needed and the cashier was friendly.

I went here to buy a few supplies for work. While here I took a look at some home lighting options. I like this location and have not had too much trouble getting help if I need it.

Just want to thank some of the staff and associates at the west end home depot. Kim and Louis at the Pro desk are always great to deal with and have become like a second family. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. They will work hard to find what your looking for or to find a solution to your problem with building and materials.thanks crew at the pro deck.

No need for assistance. Easily found what I was looking for in the window covering dept. Aisles which we used were clean and shelves etc.were well stocked. The cashier was pleasant and efficiently processed our purchase. She thanked us sincerely for our purchase prior to our exit.

They didn't even stock 19" mower blades and sparse selection of filters. Thanks Canadian Tire for stocking common mower items

Lame, as usual I check on line for items. Then dive to store, only to be told they either dont have item or it must be ordered on line.

Was looking for blinds but the store only had 3 and we needed 4 so they phoned westmount and they had 4 so we just had to go to customer service to pick them up. Awesome service

In tools and truck rental they are very accommodating and patients good customer service are very professionals.

On Saturday we rented pressure washer. It was a disaster. The hoses were leaking. The pressure washer did not build up pressure. Very very disappointing when you need to get things done. I returned the item and the smaller man, I assume the supervisor, in the shop gave me even though hard time. Act like it was all my fault. I should have asked for $100 gift card from management o make up for this messed up experience.

Great local hardware store. I don't have to drive all over the city for nails or anything in that line.

WORST customer service ever, seems like no one there really wanna help you, after 45 minutes waiting for guy to come and help us, I had to go to him again and ask him how long more we have to wait he says he'll call somebody else to come and help us and he did and said she'll be there right away, again waited 25 minutes no one came, my wife, daughter and I went to customer service to ask for help they say there is nothing they can do! So we just left, I guess its better to go somewhere private who cares about their business instead of big companies full of hourly paid people who gets paid no matter what and seem to care about others.

Good large store, but certain times of the day its impossible to find associates and every time I call in to get a price or availability on something I get put on loop hold for 15+ minutes, faster for me to just drive there for one simple price. They should have some one that actually answers the phone.

This home depot has poor service it takes forever until you find someone to help you out with what your looking for. Either the staff hides in the back or they run away from customers. Me and my husband Had really bad experience here.

Home Depot is a great place to pick up things that you may need to do some projects around the house. Many of the employees know what they are taking about, so they can be very helpful.

Seems like most employees are either on their phones or chatting with coworkers. Needed some lumber cut and it seems like they point at each other on who's doing it lmao

Very easy to find what I needed. I'm doing a diy project & the customer service is phenomenal - helped me with the heavier pieces & got it all into my vehicle in less than 30 minutes start to finish.

Really impressed with the staff at this Home Depot. Multiple people asked if they could help us out and when we finally accepted an offer it was extremely helpful. And then the lady at the cashier was equally amazing. She was fun and efficient and even joked back with us when we were trying to have some fun with her. Highly recommended for a visit on a Saturday afternoon. Nice job guys.
