The Home Depot

It's our favorite Home Depot because, although it's almost always busy, they seem to have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff as any other stores. It's worth the extra few minutes drive to get there.

Got a air purifier here and when it came time to get a new filter.no they didn't have it. I had to get it from amazon! I was surprised that a product they sell had no replacement filters. To me It's an example of not standing by a product you sell

It's a small store but the people there seem to be really helpful all the time. I enjoy going there.

Went here to buy some window film. Asked for help to find it and the staff were super helpful. First person I talked to had no idea where it was but they walked me over to the department that had it and asked one of them where it was. They knew right away and were super friendly. Upon exiting the store two employees told me to have a great night with smiles on their faces. Outstanding customer service!

A big rave to Harrison Sparrow, he was very helpful, thoughtful & answered questions my husband had about hot water tanks. He went above & beyond looking up options & info on the internet & spent a fair bit of time with us. It was most appreciated, thank you Mr Sparrow!

I have been there in their paint department many times, there’s a lady who’s so helpful and informative about the different products in that department and her batch name is: NC.
I didn’t find other employees as expert as NC is.
I won’t go with anyone else but NC.
I even got misslead by other employees there, which looks like one of them is a Russian lady and another one is Philippino guy, with the weak customer service.

I was looking for tool storage options. This store had all the options available to compare. The Husky packout was high up still in a box. The associate got it down for me so I could touch it and feel it for myself. This is my preferred Home Depot even though there are stores closer to my house, because the Associates are knowledgeable and friendly always.

A 5 year old have more brain then this zombies in here. Asked for several Milwaukee Packout items and the guy who works the hardware department barely understands the basic English and have the guts telling me they don’t carry Milwaukee Packout products - well we bin standing in front of it, just a gong show. Hire some decent people and pay them what they are worth, not your minimum wage. U GET WHAT U PAY FOR - RIGHT.

Awesome service and great selection of lumber! Staff went above and beyond with helping me find and load into my vehicle what I needed for rebuilding a side of my fence.

Our over-the-range microwave died on us and we were reccomended to this Home Depot by our local repair man.

Curtis showed me and my fiancé our options and went over all the pros and cons of each of the brands. He was very knowledgeable and friendly!

He had to take a moment to help out his team with an issue they were having, but we got all the information we needed to make a decision.

We will be back in a few days to make a purchase once we take another look at our space to male sure everything will fit how we want.

Unfortunately really disappointed with Home Depot as a brand and the specific management at this store. I recently purchased what I thought was the Ridgid table saw with wheels that was on sale for 398. There were none on the shelf so I had to wait 40 minutes for someome who could run the fork lift. No worries, just happy to get it.

After waiting that long I had to hurry out for an appointment so I didnt realize that the one that was brought to me was the model not on sale, without wheels. I got all the way home which is 3 hours away only to find out I have the wrong one. I finally made it back into the city a week and a half later and went to exchange the saw. Only now the table saw is not on sale and $200 more. I spoke with the manager and he refused to honour the sale price. I ended up returning the table saw and will be purchasing another one elsewhere.

This is just the best Home Depot. There's lots of staff, they're very friendly and knowledgeable, and despite it being a smaller store they have a great selection of everything you need.

This is also the best Home Depot for those special buys that Home Depot sometimes has. The store consistently has the largest selection of those, and they're usually great value.

I don't like all Home Depot locations, but I go out of my way to visit this one when I'm in the area.

We come here often and love their garden center. My only complaint is that staff do not always know what they have. I asked for chains, was told they don't carry any, then found them on my own right away.

After having a very bad experience at the Home Depot on 16Ave NW I decided to come to this one. I am very impressed with how organized this Home Depot is, every isle is clean and stocked and I found the item, paid and left, all within 10 minutes. Even the outside was organized well.

We've always had excellent service at this location. They typically always have what we need in stock. Thanks for being a great store!

Terrible store. Staff is untrained and unmotivated. 2 or 3 workers standing around on their phones? Help customers. Your stuff is untrained, and unqualified, and even though I live in Tuscany I no longer go to the Tuscany Home Depot. I do take the time to drive up to Beacon Hill …. There’s actually staff who speak English and who know what they’re doing. However this Home Depot also has atrocious customer service compared to pre-Covid levels. You should be embarrassed.

Not a bank breaker but it is the principle of it. Yesterday April 30th rented an Aerator at 10: 15AM i was very specific that i needed to do lot more in-store shopping and would not be leaving until 11AM therefore his choice load me now or load me at 11AM But it is understood that the deal will be 11 to 11 Right? Lot of head nodding yes yes. Decided to load at 10: 31 Returned this morning at 10: 45.which i though i was 15 minutes early,
I met with the same guy that did all the head nodding. Instead I got charged extra 20 dollars for being 14minutes late. I am not going to the poor house for the extra 20 dollars. But Thank God in this country we have choices where we shop.screw me once shame on you.but you wont get a second chance

Rueben provided us incredible service. He set us up completely to DIY a stone patio where we used to have lawn. We are complete newbies and he was patient and very helpful. Will only go to this store now. Other employees also incredibly nice - you don’t have to go searching for them because they are all hiding not doing their job lol.

Very fast, helpful and friendly staff today. Rented a big cement cutting saw, and it was nice that the staff knew what they were talking about and where to find everything.

In store salesman Nawfal was great however instalation was horrible. After waiting 3 weeks for a scheduled afternoon installation - the installer called tell me he will arrive at 9am. When I let him know the appointment is for 12 pm to 5pm and I have taken the afternoon off of work his reply was ' I decided to work north to south today so you'll have to rebook for 2 weeks away' no appologies no nothing! I have now called about 10 times to rebook and no reply from anyone. Meanwhile the new dishwasher sits in the middle of my living room. NOT HAPPY

It's a Home Depot. Staff are very friendly, available, and helpful. The store is never crowded. Huge selection of product and variety for home projects and upkeep. Next to Tim Hortons and A&W, Petro Canada, liquor store etc. Road access in and out is excellent. Never any traffic or parking problems.

Less then 1 if I can. I walked in there today with my 88 year old mom and my dog. I was confronted right away that dogs were not allowed in the store unless they were a support animal. Fair enough, I had documentation for my esa and they said it was fine. I was walking around when this other employee confronted us and told me dogs were not allowed, I explained that I was already asked about this and I showed him the documentation on my esa and he said it wasn't good enough and to get out. We did leave but I just have to say, I was not impressed with him nor the other employees who looked very unhappy to be there. Perhaps they would all be happier if they actually had something to do, honestly the store was empty. I left and went to my Home Depot on 36 street NE where I was greeted with smiles and people knock themselves out to help. Tuscany management should get a clue, clearly there is an issue at your store and employees. Maybe it's the management. PS. I will not spend a penny there and will NEVER go back.

It’s a nice and big Home Depot store like most others and the parking lot is huge. I find things at the store are not organized all that well and makes me end up walking around for so long trying to find simple things like moving boxes, the store is just not labelled well. Some employees are helpful and others were vague and seemed like they couldn’t care less so it’s a hit and miss sometimes.

Usually a good place to shop until me and my kids got harassed by LIZ an employee at Home Depot (Tuscany) who seems to have an abuse of authority problem and apparently not capable of handling the minor issues - I guess for this employee, customers (revenue) are not the priority as the training manual indicates.

I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars here. Returns are always easy and the staff are definitely helpful. However, I had one experience in particular that really impressed me.

I went to pick up some 2x4s. As I was doing a door frame that day, I wanted to pick some nice straight ones. All that was left were crooked ugly ones. I asked the staff if they could grab me a new bundle to pick from and they said "ok, no problem! ". Later that day, I had a nice plumb door frame.

Nobody has any idea what they're talking about or where anything is in this store.don't bother.

Really impressed with one of the managers. We were given a 'one coat' Glidden paint (not our choice) by the Chinook store that was complete garbage. After 3 coats & 2 cans of paint for a single small bedroom over a tan colored wall, it needed 1 - 2 more coats requiring yet another can of paint. 3 cans for a single small room The Tuscany manager listened to our frustration and fixed the issue by giving us a much better replacement Behr paint. This is the right way to handle customer service Tuscany is now the preferred store. Do not buy Glidden 'one coat' paint. It's BS.

Great store, a smaller format, but everything I need, usually great service. A little gem in tuscany.

A little over priced and ordering anything takes weeks. The staff is friendly though, and you don't get harassed by store walkers.

Customer service staff were rude, on two separate occasions. The items I picked up were damaged, which they were already aware of.
My company will purchase all equipment and items from Lowes/Rona moving forward.

Shop here lots. It is a hidden gem. Usually has good inventory and knowledgeable service reps. Will continue to support this store.

I really like this Home Depot. There is always stock of things. The 4/5 stars is because it is often hard to find a Staff Member.

Usually a great place to shop. The rental department today was not helpful at all. No one told me about the cleaning policy. Returned a tiller with a bit of mud on it. He just said "No one told you to clean this? ". Not very helpful. Didn't want to talk about it at all with me. Very rude. No customer service. I would have cleaned it had I known. I will change my review if I get someone to reach out to me. Charging someone a $25 cleaning fee when it can very easily be avoided is bad business. Guess I'll be renting somewhere else until this is dealt with.

Good selection of outdoor product. I gave 4 stars because it doesn't carry the same product as other stores. It is a little smaller in size than other home depot stores. I usually go here or to beacon hills home depot.

Nice little store with friendly staff. It’s a lot smaller than other Home Depots so you might not find what you need sometimes. Recommend checking online first for stock, and the garden things sell fast because it’s small. Also they have been really good about covid cleaning every time I have gone over the past year.

Great staff. Julia in the paint section is very engaged and is quick to provide support in the form of knowledge and clarification. Fantastic staff working on the returns/customer service side of the store also. Always a joy to visit.

Yeah it's fine. Depends on what you're hoping for. I'm a journeyman, so I wouldn't go there for my professional needs, but it does take care of pretty much everything else.

This is a bit smaller Home Depot that the larger ones around, but they rarely do not have the stuff you are looking for. It's very handy for those in the area and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. I have used the tool rental from time to time and although HD is pricey, again very handy if yo are looking for that tool you don't have. The store is kept well, and so I hold most of my purchases for this location to support them as much as possible.

Found everything we needed, had also found it at another location but it was damaged. Store is clean and staff efficient!

I often shop at this Home Depot and the staff are always friendly, energetic, helpful and knowledgeable! As handywoman, I frequent hardware stores, and this one is hands-down at the top of my list!

Social distancing measures are great! They always have what I need in stock and the employees are very helpful. Shoutout to the guy in lighting that helped me pick out my grow light!

I go to Lowes Crowfoot after a few strikeouts here as far as items out of stock. Lowes always has what I need at same or better prices and dimensional lumber doesn't look like a wet noodle. Home depot is the Starbucks of home improvement.getting a bit complacent at the top

Check it out online, lets you know if the product is in stock, don't stop gardening, keep it up indoors, everything you need to grow your own organically, great employees, loved that they helped my child choose her plants.self checkout handy.

Avoid this story the management team are bullies with no management skills and if you bring it up management covers for each other its dispicable. No values or morals.

Very helpful staff. Found the product for me, helped select and offered to load it. Cant really expect much more. 2x8-8 pt were decent quality as well.

Poor customer service because no one can tell us where our dishwasher is, or will contact the delivery company for us. I had to book off work two separate days for deivery and two other days booked off for the installation and still don't have a dishwasher. My days off are almost amounting to more than the over priced dishwasher was priced at "due to covid" and all this after waiting over a month for the dishwasher to be shipped to some mystery warehouse somewhere and then have to wait again and again because the delivery company they contract can't seem to get their act together. Very very poor delivery service.

Easy access. No lineup while I was there. Good selection and stock on everything I was looking for.

Went in to look at appliances. Was checking them out for 15 min and surprised no came to offer assistance. Looked thru rest of store. Some good sales. Great selection.

The staff is very helpful. At least I've been very lucky the times that I've gone. At the Tuscany Home Depot, the staff member I talked to was able to come up with a creative solution to the problem I was facing with my project. That was very helpful.

I would say the experience was more neutral. May be due to inexperienced staff. I did get what I needed. However, the warmth and the courteous service that is associated with Home Depot was missing.

Visiting mid week at Tuscany around 1030-11am seems to be a good time to visit. Never busy, lots of staff to help, but their website lets you locate exactly where in the store to look, so you are not wondering around, although its cool just to see whats what.

Always a good place to go. Look up an item online and it shows you which bay of which aisle the item is. It saves so much time.

This Home Depot proveds the best access for all points west of Calgary. Though it isn't the largest, it proves all the services you expect, and in that it is a bit out of the way and in between the MacLeod and Beacon Hill stores the crowds are diminished. It is my go to HD.

I asked one employee where something was and he knew immediately. He also let me go on my own without awkwardly making me follow him. Best experience ever.

Nothing more frustrating than ordering products online for pickup then having them call you 3 days later saying it's out of stock!

Either keep an accurate inventory of your online products, or stop offering delivery/pickup services.

OR

Fill your ordered in a fashionable time frame (not three days later) so that the products ordered are still available in stock.

The customer service at self check outs, I assume think we have no knowledge on how to use their Pos systems.
