Will never be shopping there again! Managers do nothing when issues arise. They are rude and unprofessional there is one short lady who’s like 3foot nothing long black hair glasses, camela I heard someone call her … she has has no idea how to be a manager. I witness Not long ago, a customer steal annd run out the store, and nobody would help out the cashier who called a manger to help out like 4 times. Me and my husband couldn’t believe how long that took for someone to come and assist the cashier! It’s completely disorganized. Was very sad to watch a young cashier struggle and not know what to do with no assistance from managers. Will not be shopping there again or my husband at least not at this location with how it is run and how they handle situations.

They always have staff to help if you need advice. Well stocked and good variety of choices

Went in on Friday to buy a toolbox for 1384 as was already approved from manager that worked there got told I needed money in order to order the tool box i wanted in red. I asked them if the price would be the same when I walked In and I got told yes. No worries sold my old one came back on Monday and got told no we won't do it for the price that was agreed on previously and only could sell me the black one on display 100 bucks off which was still no where near to what was disused so needless to say thank you to the one cashier that I met on Friday that was actually kind and helpful and for home depot well no worries I went to another one explained the story and got my tool box coming in RED that you said you couldn't order for the price that was already agreed upon and before you comment something on my review about my attitude yah I was mad and angry that you guys had such horrible service when another store actually made it right don't go to this store goto the one in sherwood park very helpful and patient

Everyone here were EXTREMELY helpful finding EVERYTHING I needed for our project! Especially Shea from lumber and the plumbing guy but I didn't catch his name. Thank you so much!

Omg this is an excellent place and they are so helpful to get what you have in your mind to reality. High five for the people who work here and take time and make it enjoyable

Well tried to connect but dont do fake book or any others so who did you hire to ask a question in English to tell us to say english if you're not smart enough to figure out my statement then truely you are really not educated at all Well with there new phone service i will never shop at their store ever again so sad and un-educated

Great customer service from Gareth and Megan, I purchased powersmart mowers and a bunch of Ryobi drills.

Cell service in here is terrible. As a contractor trying to make calls n deals is a hassle when inside.

Has everything I needed for buying even some stuff was cheaper then other stores in the fort for storage and moving needs

Ordered countertops and paid for them March 13th. Was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks. When the countertop company they contract to came to measure we were told delivery would be 4-5 weeks. Came out May 26th to install. Countertops were not built to the measurements. As of today unable to get a date for when they will be installed. We've been living for 5 weeks without a kitchen sink and all we keep hearing is that it's someone else fault. We paid Home Depot for the countertops not someone else. Tried to contact them directly via messaging since they put that on all the negative reviews but they don't seem to answer those messages either. I would never advise or recommend to anyone to use their install services. If it's not cash and carry - go elsewhere. Update - I did contact Home Depot via private message like they ask on every bad review. Zero response so far. I think they only respond so it looks like they're trying to provide customer service.

Went to home depot (Fort Saskatchewan) to get paint for an outdoor buddha project and Chris S. (Spurelli, I think I but I may have messed up his last name) was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He really had great advice for me in finishing this project. Thanks Chris. Great experience!

This shout goes out to Maggie C. Talk about going above and beyond. My wife and I are still novice green thumbers so I took picture then went shopping. First question? ” Would you like some help? ” It was Maggie. Well we had a hard time sharing her with other customers for the next hour. She was amazing with her knowledge and her suggestions were very helpful. We only purchased $140 worth of greenery but will come back to Home Depot and will be looking for Maggie C. She was terrific

We asked to rent a ground-breaking rototiller from the tool department. We were given an oversized toy with dull blades that did almost nothing, even in the area where the ground was already broken. When we returned it and explained the situation, we were still billed $115. I called and politely asked for a refund, and was told that 'the system wouldn't let them'. I was offered a discount on future rentals, but I'm not interested in spending any more money at a place that doesn't stand behind their equipment.

Great store and has a large amount of usually seasonal items at a fair to good quality, specialty tools and rentals. Usually has very good staff and have not had a problem ever.

I would like to give a big shot out to the manager and staff at the, fort Saskatchewan home depost, for the outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to help us with a toilet we bought that was broken. They even made up for little help we got at a
home depot in edmonton.
Thanks again for working with us to be satisfied customers. We are very appreciative and you will be our go to place from now on.

I purchased a brand new freezer and other stuff worth $5k. The freezer had a dent on it when we opened the package. I was offered $75 discount for it which wasn't satisfactory for me. I talked to one of the supervisor/manager Tamara, which was not very pleasant. Her attitude was "what do you expect, %50 discount on a $500 purchase? " I didn't ask for a %50 discount, I was asking whether I can get a better offer or a return option. She wanted me pay for the transportation for return which I paid for home depot delivery with other stuff. Anyhow, I don't like to be treated like this at store where I spent $5k. This is not how you do business.

Hello All. My RAVE is for the store manager Nadine. I went to the Fort Saskatchewan store to buy my garage door operators (Motors/Openers) She gave a great deal of matching a price from a competitor. Nadine's friendly/ professional manner was second to none, also her style with co-workers. Anything I need, my first stop is Fort Saskatchewan Home Depot. All other stores I've been in don't charge for cuts and can cut two sheets of osb at once.will go to st albert next time
