Very bad customer care. I went to buy pantry cabinets on last Tuesday and lady over there in the pantry pantry cabinet section told she will design the things for me and let me know about the plan by 3 days. Now it is already 5 days and no any reply. So I called her back and she told it is not yet ready and she will let in done in future date.
Horrible to hear that. If she can not do why told me that she will do in 3 days.then no any feed back until I called. Even after I called she have forgotten what she was agree edbefore.
Huge shout out to Graeme Miller, he worked in the millwork department when I stopped in. When It came to picking the doors that I needed, he promptly addressed all of my concerns. I was very impressed by his wealth of knowledge. His friendly and approachable demeanor put me at ease and left me feeling confident in my purchase. The icing in the cake was when he went out of his way to help me move and load the doors into my truck. As a contractor these small details that may seem ordinary to some are what makes me choose the Skyview over 50st location. Next time I need doors im going to Skyview home depot, and aking for Graeme Miller.
Got the run around here. "No it's this isle", "no it's that isle" the tool area lady was nice but keep trying to sell me on tools when i couldn't afford it. She came up with a cheap solution finally. Nobody goes out of their way to help you unless you corner them.
WORST RETURNS DEPARTMENT EVER IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL.
Pictured is how far I got in replacing a faucet before discovering that some kind soul took the main hand tighten nut out of the box.sigh!
I am now in a major hurry and had my receipt in hand and wanted to buy more stuff for other jobs.
The teller chose that she must investigate in depth inthe instructions booklet as to what the issue was ON MY TIME! She simply was so combative that I took the product back and went to Lowes.ca to get both the faucet and what I needed.
Salesmen we’re excellent but after that, it felt like every step of the way was another employee trying to take more money. Continually adding in “extra value” times that weren’t asked for but automatically put on the bill of sale. From the “required insurance” (it wasn’t - I got my own), to the “$6000 GoRV Cash Card! ”, which was automatically put on the deal and treated like it was a gift, meanwhile it was just added to my financing. If this is what RV shopping is like, I won’t ever buy from a dealer again.
I was there at 830 this morning, with a bag of burned-out light bulbs in my hand. I wandered around for quite a while before one very nice cashier asked me if she could help me find something, I looked obviously lost, I'm sure. She pointed me to Aisle 8 and I thanked her for her help. That was the first and last time in 30 mins that someone spoke to me. Two ladies with carts of pricing stickers crossed my path from 2 different directions and actually stopped to talk, placing their carts right in my path. I was 2 feet away. I had to stop and walk around them. How could they not see me, I was walking towards them? Then in the lighting aisle, there was a lady putting price stickers on shelves. I looked carefully for the type of bulb I needed, walking up and down that aisle, again, with a clear plastic bag with burned out light bulbs in it.and this lady did not even ask me once if she could help me. Did not even look up from her work. I needed enough bulbs for an large office. I left empty handed. There was a LOT of staff there this morning. More than I would consider necessary considering there weren't many customers there at that time. And very, very few of them were talking to the few customers there were. They were all grouped together chatting or hovering over a shelf, ignoring the customers. Good job, Home Depot. Give your staff some customer service training, please.
We never thought when we first went to Home Depot that we would be so satisfied with the customer service that we would remodel our whole kitchen. Carmen was so kind and patient and made us feel like she was there to make our experience special. She gave us the best advice and customer service. We learned a lot from her and are very glad that we have her to help us through this large renovation.
I came here seeking stock they didn't have, even though the website said they had it. Also, they refused to sell me a floor model, which is ridiculous if it functions.
However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location had a nice garden center.
My cashier was new and doing her best. She helped us out tremendously and had a positive attitude the whole way. The store is well organized and easy to locate products
*****Skyview store ID#7119 Miss Rose in a Hardware went above and beyond her duties. I needed some answers regarding the Ryobi kit and she could read on my face (even with my mask on) that I was in need of more details. She was busy with another customer, than she went to restoke some tools, and flying by me, told me: "Give one second, I'll be back! " Couple mins later, she brought her manager and they helped me with everything I needed! What a LADY! It is kinda Unusual nowadays to receive proper help anymore.
But Not Today. Not at Skyview and not when Miss Rose is around. Today was usual day before Covid!
Great service from Jerry that helped me with dowels today. I appreciated it cause he's knowledge, patience and very friendly young man. I'll definitely come back to this store again
Had done some online searching in regards to a carpet that Home Depot had on sale. Wasn’t able to purchase through online services so I proceeded to call the flooring department. Was greeted on the phone by a woman by the name of Chris who was beyond helpful figuring out dimensions, amount and payment options for us! It’s nice to know people still care about their customers. Thank you Chris! You made it easy for us!
The prices are getting out of control and they are always sold out of the products that I'm looking for so I end up settling for second rate materials at premium prices.
Why is it when you go to this location & you need help! They're all standing around looking busy doing nothing, and if you happen to catch a worker off guard looking busy doing nothing & ask for a product, you get the deer in the headlight look. IDK
Went there for a few home improvements items. Needed to ask for help and got it right away. And even went a little above and beyond to help us. This was the North side location. Thumbs up from us.
I buy there almost every day.seems to go ok. Apparently you don’t want to return anything. Sent one of my workers back there today to exchange 8 taps (with the receipt) and Amanda made a special effort to embarrass her (insinuating that she stole them) and would not return the taps. I had to go back after calling the general manager to get the taps returned. Not surprisingly Amanda was nowhere to be found but the taps got refunded. Went to Bartle and Gibson and bought the ones I needed.
The staff in the appliance section were ok to deal with. Our order was delayed and when I called to find out when it was arriving it took 3 hour and 2 messages for someone to call me back. The 3rd time I called I spoke to Chris an assistant manager who was so rude. Didn't help at all. Am planning to redo a bathroom and kitchen but wont be shopping here for supplies because of Chris.
Great food and very tasty (salad, soup and the Kunafa) all was delicious give it a try you we’ll love it me and my family enjoyed the food thx guys and keep it going
There is a slightly-overweight lady named 'Kayla' working at this location who keep dissing the mandem. I'm starting to think this location doesn't care very much about customer service standards when looking at the employees they tend to hire, in addition to the fact that they don't address customer concerns. Maybe if they trained Kayla as much as she ate, she would have good customer service skills.
Still waiting for my appliances which was ordered Nov 14th. Here it is Christmas and and no laundry for me! Not impressed with service at all. Still may cancel and go elsewhere.
Its always a hassle to find a staff member when you need one but It doesn't matter who I find and in what department they always know what I'm looking for and go above and beyond to help me out.
I've never had a poor experience here. I save those trips for Lowe's. I can find what I'm looking for at Home Depot, and their items that belong together are all displayed together.unlike Lowe's I don't get bothered by floor crew, but when I do need help, it doesn't take TOO long to get it. Yes, I have to wait sometimes, but hey, that's life!
