You can find everything you need, but the staff does not know much and cannot help (on the other hand, you can understand them, because they are paid a minimum)
I went in looking to by a new washer and dryer and the first two sales associates should not work with customers. From her desk the one asked if I needed help and didn’t even come over and then when I asked about one I had been looking at online and the different just read what it said. When I asked about hoses she still didn’t get up just pointed at the display. When I said can you show me which ones her response was they are right there. I said can you show me as I want to get the correct parts she asked the other sales associate and her response was nope
If you're looking for an easy job, this is the place. You get to just tell people to go to random islands when they're looking for things. And not have to worry about anything. Looking for a mixing base you go to paint, you ask they say it's in hardware. You go to hardware they tell you it's in the tile aisle. You go to the pro desk they tell you it's in paint. Minimum wage minimum effort.
I recently rented a garden tool from this location, and unfortunately it was not actually the correct tool for what I intended to do. After returning my rental I contacted the store and Joanne reached out to me shortly after my initial inquiry to gain a better understanding of my issue. She was kind and compassionate and let me know to ask for her next time I was in the store. Fast forward a few days and I arrived at the store right after Joanne had clocked out for her lunch break. One employee, I didn't catch his name, made a valiant effort to find her with no avail. He apologized for my troubles and instead of making me re-explain the situation, was so kind to offer me a gift card so that I could find resolution immediately. This kind of customer care goes a long way and I will certainly return to this location.
Purchased an open box vanity from this location, staff Melani was very kind enough to assist us in loading it into our cart and wrapping the item for us. Counter staff Lourdes assisted us with scanning items and informed us of further discounts we can avail. Awesome experience and smooth transactions from this location.
False advertising, made me go back to take a photo of picture and then won’t honor prices. Cashier acts like you are taking money out of her pocket. Wont be back to this location. You can clearly see they are marked down! Bottom shelf is 10$ top is $15
This Home Depot location always able to meet my needs. Located in a great location with a lot of parking to ensure that you can always find a space. The service was excellent. I was impressed with the salespeople's professionalism.
The rental Dept is a disaster. They don't even know how to log into their computers, everything is broken or they can't find it even after you have made a reservation.went to Rogers Rental. Paid a little more but got quality
Assiles are way too crowded! Endless kiosks. It's difficult to navigate, even when empty which is rare.
Last month cut my hand open catching a flashing when trying to squeeze the flatbed cart between a kiosk and parked mobile staircase.the cart wasn't fitting and was trying to shimmy its angle to push through and I tripped on the mobile staircase stabilizer leg.
The assiles have only got more crowded.
Yes tried to explain to a few staff who provided a bandage but didn't really want to listen to the safety issue.
I ordered custom blinds for my home, I was offered the option of having them delivered and installed, chide to pick them up myself but when I tried to have them installed I was told HD doesn’t do installation, ‘they never have’ the staff refused to help, made me feel as if I have made it all up! The worst customer service I have ever encountered!
I have called 3 different numbers, 4 different departments, for a total of 16 different phone calls, nobody will answer, cannot believe how much time I have wasted trying to contact this store
Asked for rope, staff member looked confused. Explained what rope was they told me that don't carry that. I even showed her on the website and she still said they don't carry rope. Please train staff on the basics
So today was a sad day. We have recently bought a house and had a house warming party. The guests of that party bought us 2 gift cards form Home Depot, and we were very excited because we could buy a new house fan.
When getting to the till the lady opened our pretty much newly activated cards, to find one of them wouldn’t scan because of a printing error of the number. The other one worked fine. She was unsure on what to do and called the manager over.
The manager then after very little fore-thought or problem solving skills told us to take it back to where we bought them. When telling them we didn’t know where they were bought from because again, they were a gift! He basically just shrugged at us.
Very disappointed.
Moral of the story don’t buy gift cards from Home Depot, they won’t honour them.
There friendly most of the time to me. Other times there really rude and it feels like they have actuations and assumptions and it's very unpleasant and unprofessional.
It's very hard to find staff in this place. It's huge place and I this is the reason. I am surprised they don't have all the items that you look for. I finally found someone who looked up item on the net but didn't tell me I could special order it in. He must be new at the job

Terrible service and Customer Relations, I use a company card and use this as its closest to home, so many staff cluttered together chatting of personal stories and customers ignored, or staff not even around anywhere so go find someone and then brushed off, Ive had staff put hand in my face and then i go to customer service and ignored there until i raise my voice to get there attention and and I get BS excuses from staff and management drop my stuff on ground and walk out I'm using Lowe's more now
Really very bad customer service we have got from this location. We went to rent a van from this location, we choose because of its closer to our place but rental department section area, there is only one person working as always and other location does. This guy Ahmed was toooooo slow he takes his own time and he doesn't care about the customer.we waited there for half an hour coz he was busy with his customer and went outside and came after long time. And we didn't get enough time to rent van we are rushing for everything. He took time to process and gave us a van but it was hard to drive, I don't know something happened wrong, So we went back to change with other van but he void the contract and said other 3 vans are not working condition, one van's has tire flat but other two was standing there but didn't get service. We already been frustrated with his service so we didn't want to waste our time asking for his service because we needed a van that day.at the same day we visited other location those people are amazing. But Ahmed in this location don't know how to serve. But again I am glad that we didn't have to deal with this guy anymore, we went to better place.
Good luck calling and hoping to talk to anyone in any department that knows anything, they bounce you around from person to person and often get disconnected.my delivery was the wrong product, thank god i was home to send it back. No one bothered to call me back to let me know when it would be rectified and delivered again. I had to call them and yet again got bumped from person to person, disconnected twice. Gong show over there! Sad part is its not the first time, my mistake for continuing to frequent them.
I just purchased over $800 worth of equipment to serve my lawn care needs. Nick was very professional and very helpful. He was kind and courteous from start to finish and the best employee I came across at this location. Other employees should be more like Nick. Thanks for the great service.
Well to be honest a little disappointing, first of all no one wanting to help me, then a guy who did help went off to find the product I wanted as there wasn't any on the shelf. I chose a alternative and paid more. Not a problem but I bought a bare tool, I knew that, I have the same brand of tools and battery's at home.but if I had spent the money on battery's the same amount I would of got the tool for free.

Curbside pickup for online orders is a joke. I got the email that my order was ready, and checked in with the appropriate parking stall number. And then waited 45 minutes before I gave up and went inside. I expected a lineup, considering that in all that time waiting outside, only a single curbside order was brought out to another vehicle. But no lineup.
The only reason I ordered this way was because when I came to the store yesterday, despite items being in stock, staff told me they were unable to get them for me because they were high on a shelf. The staff member himself told me to order online. Fair enough, I understand not wanting to haul down a pallet in the middle of the day. But if curbside pickup is going to be offered, the store needs to actually do it. Also, if an item is listed in stock, I’d like to be able to buy it, not go through the online process. - - - - - Original review:
I’ve said it before, but I love Home Depot. Too much.
This store is, however, not my favourite. The parking lot is crowded, and just trying to navigate it can be a hassle some days. Especially with people parking in it to walk across to the mall.
Garden Centre is decent. Lots of healthy houseplants, good selection of outdoor plants. Not always cared for properly, though.
Staff are helpful and friendly, and have always been able to point me in the right direction!
Best customer experience I can ever get, of all the stores I prefer this one as the staff is extremely helpful, fast and knowledgeable. Their garden center has the best prices and a lot of variety!

Staff at this location is consistently excellent. I was struggling to carry the items I had, and instead of asking me "If I needed help", the simply came up with a flat deck and said "Let me help you. " Simply Amazing.
Lots of client support. HD staff are all pleasant and serve with smiles. This could be a 5 but then there would be nowhere to improve. All considered, and on a Saturday, this was another productive visit. Thank-you Home Depot.
Same as every other visit, employees not to be found in department your shopping in. Not a fan of the big box store layout or service, kinda miss the day's of Totem building supplies.

I've been in dozens of different home depot's and this one is no different than any other, except the bathroom is in a random spot. Most prices are competitive with amazon so a good spot to go if you're not sure what you want out of a project and you're knowledgeable enough to recognize what can and can't help you.
Went to this store just to grab a filter for our furnace.got confused with all the kinds of filters available so asked for somebody who could help and the guy who approached us did an excellent job! Best customer service i've had.
Good sized store with lots of stock. Though we asked a rep if they had garburator plugs and he said no, we were apparently the 3rd person that asked that day. I found on right next to the garborators. Perhaps the staff needs to look around the store a but more.
It was a great experience, the store is well-appointed but I feel there should be a few more staff members on the floor. I was able to talk with one representative and he was very helpful and friendly. I would shop her again =]
Nice enough place. Was shopping for wood and had problems finding what I wanted because of inadequate shelf labeling. But other than that minor problem, it was okay. Staff were helpful and courteous.
