I went here for my birthday for afternoon high tea it was really nice. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was so cozy and charming, the food was absolutely delicious and the tea was actually so good. Im definitely coming back at some point 10/10 would recommend. Also the shop is so much fun

Very wide assortment of teas.either to have there or take some dried to bring home. Very friendly people there.

I bought a Maxwell Williams bone china mug to replace a precious mug given by a friend which I broke. Boutique staff were so kind and helpful, and sent the mug to England carefully packed. I am just now enjoying "Rose's Garden Black Tea" on a hot summer day, one of the Jasmine Room teas. Delicious! Thank you Kathleen. I wish I lived close by. So many lovely things.

I loved this place! The sandwich and soup were delicious, the decor and environment was welcoming and comforting. The staff were so kind!

UPDATE on our recent visit, I ordered the chicken pesto panini and was shocked when I got it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. It was 2 skimpy pieces of bread with 2 slices of chicken roll with a slice of havarti cheese and pesto. It was only worth $6.00, and they rob you of $14 for it.

Absolutely the best cup of tea and a delicious scone. I will definitely go back. The retail area is full of tons of one of a kind finds. A true treasure of a store/restaurant right here in Lethbridge. I highly recommend this place.

What a lovely place! My mom, sister, niece and I went for a high tea. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The gift shop had a wonderful variety of unique gifts. Definitely worth stopping in here!

This is one of the best places I've been to in a long time. I had a friend show me this afternoon and wow. The tea room was absolutely amazing, I bought three different bags and you can really see the quality of their tea. The boutique was well organized with so much to look at! Candles, teapots, painting, clothing, and so many beautiful seasonal decorations.
The cafe is so cute and the employees were just amazing.
10/10 recommend coming here!

I love carrot cheesecake here. Testy and a bit of cinnamon powder, less sugar. I am satisfied with the vintage style, and cozy warm welcome.

I worked here when I was going to University and I have adored it ever since. I can't say enough good things. Kathleen is a total sweetheart, loveliest human ever, the food is absolutely delicious (and homemade). The tea's are also delicious and there is a great selection. Such a cool historical place, and the other side is a home decor shop, where you can find the best goodies! This is my favorite store of all time, I miss it dearly and still order tea from there even though I live in Calgary! Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Tea is meant to steep at a certain temperature. Our tea was so hot it needed a double cup and sleeve. Which in turn created burnt tea taste. Matcha was made very poorly. The water to matcha ratio was terrible. Tasted like hot water. Prices of products are steep. Price of tea would have been fair if the tea was made correctly. Staff was friendly.

The soup was amazing, salad tasted okay. There is only one option for a children's meal and it's a $5 PB + J. Also, my carrot cake was frozen in the middle when I got it, which isn't very appetizing.
The only high chair in the place has no straps so I couldn't relax at all because my baby kept standing in it

I've fallen in love! I'd give this place 5 stars if I could afford the stuff they sell, but unfortunately most things are out of budget. But sooooo beautiful! I thought it was a tea shop/cafe. Had no idea the cool and beautiful things they sell. Hopefully they have sales regularly.

Lovely place with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful decor. We came for the tea room and will be back again for the tea and the shop!
