Such a nice hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a great sleep, bed was soft and comfy

Pillow cases were fresh but pillows had a sweaty smell.
Arrived for breakfast at 08: 30 and only thing warm was the coffee, cold fritters and eggs with cheese, and there was no meat.
I was 3/4 done a coffee before fresh food came out.
It would be nice to have some cheap paper plates and a few plastic utensil kits if there is a microwave available in the room for late night snacks.

Very comfortable and welcoming environment. Friendly staff, always making sure I had everything I needed in my room. Amazing breakfast every morning. Special thank you to Eden, Jessie, Morgan for going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.

Was staying there for work and hadn’t stayed there for sometime but when I found out I was I was pleased! They still have great customer service. They go out their way to make your stay very comfortable and there treat us great. I can say being one road for work all the time they try their hardest to make it as close to your home as possible.

Very clean ver6 orderly amazing free breakfast and they make you feel at home.
We are evacuated because of the fires and they have been absolutely amazing even with 3 little ones.

Very friendly staff, the room was great. The large tv is appreciated. The only hiccup was the fact the room was not cleaned for the next day.

Kendra was horrific. Rude, abrasive, short with you. That’s all it takes for me to peace out. So guess what? Instead of having me stay for a few months, I will be finding other means. Good luck!

My wife and I have stayed here on a few occasions. Always a clean room and polite staff and the continental breakfast, while not extensive, is enough to get you on your way in the morning.

Amazing experience. Staff went above and beyond for us. Quiet location and environment. Approx 30mins from everything (west ed, south commons, etc). Three minute walk to the general plaza with Walmart, restaurants, etc.

I stayed in the hot tub and steam shower suite with my partner recently.
In terms of service I was disappointed that we didn't get a warm welcome upon check in. The TVs in the suite were very difficult to get working even with the instructions and when we phoned downstairs the attendant was unable to help us.
The hot tub itself was fantastic however I'd caution against using the first setting. On the first setting water goes everywhere and you feel like you are on a raft in the ocean during a hurricane.
The suite was well appointed with a small fridge, microwave and coffee station. I very much enjoyed the steam shower feature. There is good shopping and restaurants nearby- the complimentary breakfast has a good assortment of choices including an automatic pancake maker. Also probably the best bed I've ever slept in when at a hotel.
