INCREDIBLE. I can not say it enough! I have only had the most amazing experiences there. I have tried every salon in Okotoks, just trying to find a great conection and I have never experienced anything like the ladies here! Special shoutout to Ireland, she always does an amazing job and I can never thank her enough for everything she does for me and my dogs!

Always so understanding of our blind boy and that we need to bring him to the back ourselves (he is a rescue and probably thinks we are leaving him there)
But the team is always nice and gentle

Absolutely amazing. I was worried because I have a large farm dog that is dirty and doesn't like to be brushed. These ladies put my mind at ease, gave me some tips for next time, took care of my pup and didn't complain about him at all. Highly recommend. I am so grateful for them. My pup is so white and so fluffy and feels like a million bucks and he still wanted to be friends with them when it was all over. Can't express how happy I am!

They take the best care of my mutts! Always get my two rescues in for a quick nail trim. Friendly, efficient. At least 5 visits now, keep up the great work

Shaved our dog “like a doodle” when we specifically asked not to. If there was no other possible way to trim him we wish we were told before being charged. Very un-pleasent experience.

Have taken my pup here since he was a puppy. They've always been courteous, friendly, professional and accommodating. They are hands down the best groomers I've taken my dog to, he always comes out looking amazing. I always recommend Lady and The Tramps to those asking for a quality groomer.

Shanea and her team are amazing! I have a dog reactive little guy and so finding a groomer is always tricky because there's other dogs around. We were scheduled during a quieter time when there was a couple other dogs and I did not hear any barking or yelping whatsoever! In addition to that shanea did an amazing job trimming and dremeling the nails. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Very bad experience. The cost was way higher than originally quoted. The groomer was inexperienced and did a horrible job on my dog. Just moved to okotoks so a new groomer. My previous groomer groomed my dog for 8 years and never has she shaved my dog down to the skin. Was told that it was required due to matting, which was not true, as we faithfully groomed her every 8-10 weeks for 8 years.
I just hope that my dog grows back her fur quickly, before the winter settles in. So disappointed!
Called the owner and no ownership of her employees awful job and poor customer service.

Booked a first time groom for our labradoodle and discovered she is double coated. She came out fluffy and happy. Seemed to love her treatment.

First time going to Lady and the Tramp today for my high anxiety and reactive dog who despises getting his nails cut. Most vets cannot do it. It used to take 45 minutes for one lady to try to cut them but it was never fully successful. I don’t know how Shanae did it but she had my dog’s nails trimmed in under five minutes without much fuss. I was stunned! We will be back! Thank you!

I live in Calgary and I was making the trip in to Okotoks to get my dog groomed. I got my dog groomed about 4 times at this salon and initially she did a great job. I dropped him off last Tuesday, Feb 15 at 11: 00. She called at 12: 20 and said he was ready. I feel all she basically did was give him a bath. It looked like an amateur did his grooming. She charged me $93.00.for this. When I called her about how dissatisfied I was…. Her response was very unapologetic. She blamed the fact that my 14 yr old shelty cross was aggressive. She had him muzzled, and in all the times I’ve used other groomers he has never had to be muzzled, nor is he ever aggressive. I will definitely not be returning to this groomer.

We are so so happy with the service and grooming from Lady and the Tramps. We had our 5 year old long hair tortoise shell cat groomed. We originally chose this salon because of how well written their website information was. The whole process sounded very calming and nurturing. I’m a very protective cat mommy and it took about a year to find a groomer I was confident with. My biggest fear was that our cat would be mad at us for taking her, and misbehave when she got home. Quite the contrary! She is sooo incredibly happy and snuggly! Affectionate as ever (with everyone in the house), even the dogs lol. I 100% believe this is due to the calming caring way she was handled at the salon, zero indications of any mental trauma (I was so worried)
Very happy and will be returning for services!

The owner and operator is fabulous. She listens to what you want for a groom and makes great suggestions. It is by appointment only and so there are not a bunch of stressed out dogs waiting to be groomed. She is wonderful with first time grooms and tries to minimize stress for the pup. Highly recommend her.

We have been taking our dogs to The Lady and The Tramps since it opened. Our three dogs love seeing Shanea when we drop them off. She does such an amazing job with grooming and cleaning, so much that our dogs don’t want to leave. I highly recommend using The Lady and The Tramps for your dogs next grooming.

This place is wonderful! I brought my two beagles here who usually get very nervous and difficult when getting groomed, but they went right into the store and were apparently easy to deal with! My dogs have never smelt so good, felt so soft or looked so good!
