I went to get my brows laminated and lashes done for a fancy wedding. The finish was very natural but elevated my look. I no longer have to do my brows or put on mascara!

This place was a little hard to find but otherwise the service and everything was very quick. I wasn't extremely impressed by my eyebrows when I left however they've grown on me even if I have to line a little bit myself. My esthetician was wonderful and very accommodating. It's just a personal preference on the end result. She did everything right.

I have had my lashes done here 4 times now and I am still so impressed! Ximena does such amazing hybrids and is the best tech! So sweet and listens to your every need for the perfect set:) the staff is friendly and very kind as well. Will continue to come back

I recently got my eyebrows threaded by Megan. I’ve always struggled with my brow shape but she’s literally the BEST person I have ever went to! Super polite and hears exactly what you want done. I felt so relaxed while she threaded and there’s absolutely no pain either. I cant wait for my next appointment with her:) thank you Megan️

I love getting my massages at Lash and Brow! The massages by Samantha are amazing! 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends, she's seriously amazing!

I've come here plenty of times and my lashes always look great, but this time when I came in for a lift and tint my lashes look barely lifted at all.

I am pleased with the micro blading I received. Carmen is pleasant and a good conversationalist. Venue is tidy and clean as well

Found the best massage therapist at this location. Samantha is not only great at what she does, she is also very personable and makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for an amazing massage, book her ASAP!

I had such a great experience getting henna brows with Kayla, she was so professional and kind. Kayla walked me through the process and explained everything in great detail which made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. My brows look absolutely stunning! I will definitely be back

If I could give this a 0 rating I would! I had an appointment booked for brow lamination and I was so looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency come up and I would no longer be able to make the appointment. I called them to notify them and they told me I was would be CHARGED the late notice fee. I asked the receptionist, "Even though it's a family emergency? " to which she replied "Yes". I was so upset and was on the verge of crying as I had already gotten bad news.

I just said "Ok then, charge my card", as I clearly had NO choice. And within a couple of minutes of hanging up I received an email that my card had been charged.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this place. How can you possibly charge a client for an EMERGENCY coming up and being my first time I booked in. I work in Customer Service myself and we've had plenty of times clients call in with an emergency and we NEVER charge them a late fee especially if it's the first time they have a late cancellation.
I had even filled out their COVID survey earlier as I had every intention on coming and sadly I no longer could.

I am telling all my family and friends about how money hungry this place. You should be ashamed of yourselves, taking advantage of someone.

Moral of the story: You should plan ahead your emergencies as it's such an inconvenience for these people that clearly lack morals and empathy!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Paid for a service that was listed at a discounted price right on their website, and was told via text the next day that I could not have it because it was from groupon and not active. Terrible customer service, a mistake made on their part, and did not follow through and honour the services that I paid for.

Very pleased with the service. Rhona was quick but paid close attention to detail. My eyebrows were shaped and waxed and looked great!

Came in to have my eyebrows bladed a couple of years ago. Here are my thoughts:
- This whole process is extremely expensive for what you get. I appreciated having my eyebrows filled in a bit more but it wasn't quite as much as I expected.
- I had to come in not long after my initial appointment because a couple of areas didn't seem to have been done at all.
- Two years later, you can barely notice they were bladed but ultimately the pain and price will keep me colouring in my own brows.
- Lastly, the colour was more red and lighter than my actual brow colour. In the end that was the most disappointing of all.
Not worth it.

I have got lash extensions a few times here from Kayla and could not be happier. I told her the look I wanted and she gave me exactly what I imagined. My lashes look full for the first 3 weeks and even when some start to fall off they still look great. The girls are always very friendly and accommodating to get me in when I need a fill. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing lash extensions!

I went in for an eyebrow waxing appointment and the lady waxed a good quarter of one of my eyebrows off but still managed to leave a bunch of my eyebrow unwaxed on both sides. The appointment was very rushed and she didn't even trim the brows. I showed her a picture of what i wanted as i had gotten them done really well at a different place before so she knew what i wanted. After my appointment i had to go to a different brow place and try to get them fixed. Very disappointed in my experience here, will not be going back.

I first came to The Lash and Brow studio with my best friend to get spray tans for her wedding. The staff were so nice and went out of their way to redo my friends tan when the heat caused a few areas to go patchy due to sweat. Friendly, professional, and accommodating. I’ve since gone back for two more spray tans and a lash lift and tint.

Don't waste your time or your money. I came here to get my lashes done for my sisters wedding and my lash tech showed up after me, rushed me in, and the whole time smelt horribly of cigarettes. I have never had my lashes done where they pour the lash cleanser directly in your eye or where they rip and pull your lashes during application but that was not normal to me. After the painful and irritating hour of application my lashes had been glued together AND there was a couple lashes applied to my bottom lashes. Not only that but I can see that the lashes were applied very poorly as there are clumps of glue and some of my real lashes didn't even get a lash at all. It seemed like such a joke.

Best lash studio in Edmonton hands down! Staff is super friendly and accommodating and I always leave with amazing lashes

I decided to get hybrid lashes done for the first time, im so glad i came here, the girl was very polite and did a really good job. I love my lashes, thank you so much and cant wait for my fill:)

This business does not stand by its work. After 1/3 of my lashes fell off in less then 1 week I called to set up a time ASAP to correct this. I was told “this was normal, and can happen” and was going to have to pay for a fill.

So disappointing and unimpressive service!

Rachel Gibson did an incredible job with my brows. She has a calm demeanour, and you can really tell she pays attention to detail. First place in a long time where I really felt comfortable, and I will definitely be going back there again. Absolutely amazing experience.

Rachel is such a great brow tech. I've been going to her for wax and tint for over a year. So happy she is back!

This is a great salon that really goes above and beyond to make a comfortable client experience. Been getting lash lift and tints done here for some time now, no matter who works on my lashes I always leave happy

Ive had 2 spray tans done here within the past month and they both turned absolutely perfect! Michelle made me feel extremely comfortable during the tan and completely nailed the colour each time! Ive also previously had lash extensions done by both Carmen and Rhona and lets just say I've never left there feeling so beautiful before in my life! This is by far the best shop in Edmonton to go to and would highly recommend them to anybody!

I wish I read all reviews before going to get lashes done. Decided to try a new spot, close to work. Don’t waste your time ladies! If you want the “roll out of the bed, uneven, sparse look” this is your lash salon! If you want full, even lashes, I would pick else where.
Waste of time and money.
