I've been dealing with this company for several years now as a small engine mechanic and the parts department is top quality. They are honest on what they can get, timelines, and options for myself if the part cannot be provided.
Case in point, I needed a piston pin for a brigg's and scrappem engine that was backordered. They provided me with contacts in the states to get the part I needed. Well done gals and guys!
And yes, sometimes when you call for parts there is a que, which can be frustrating for myself.so for everyone please have your part number (s) ready when you get through to the desk.
Just purchased a new Husqvarna 450 Rancher chainsaw from Lawnmower Hospital. I was very impressed with the service I received from Scott as he presented me with the best saw options for my requirements. I did not feel like there was any sales pressure but i had a great deal of knowledge of Husky saws which in the end was the reason i came back to Lawnmower hospital and bought the saw. I Like the extra 3 years of warranty that i received on my saw from the fuel purchase at time of sale. That's a total no brainer! The saw runs great and very happy with my purchase. Plus they are close to Sherwood Park if I need any future service or accessories.
I not only got the best deal on the chain saw I bought from them, but I was given great service. They even went the extra mile to help meet my needs. I would definitely deal with them again in the future!
Over the years, I bought a Toro snowblower and lawnmower here. Great place for Toro products. Just had my lawnmower serviced, very happy with the service.
I recently took my chainsaw in to be repaired as it wasn’t starting. A tech reviewed and called me saying it needed a stator and parts and labour would cost almost as much as a new saw. He told me it likely wasn’t worth repairing and offered to salvage it for me for free. I came and picked it up. Bought a stator online for $18 and replaced in 15 min on my own. Saw works now. I’m a bit disappointed to see in the reviews that I’m not the first person this has happened to.

Great service as usual! First a warm welcome and friendly service from the young lady at the counter. A part had broken on my Ego snow shovel but sadly it wasn't under warranty. They fixed it within 1 business day and kept me apprised of its status throughout the repair by text. "Admitting" "Waiting Room" "in Surgery" "in Recovery". Those texts added a little levity to a long day at work. The total bill was even a bit less than they quoted me. I've bought a few pieces of equipment from them and Im always happy with the service of the sales team, explaining different options and attributes of equipment. Their repair team is very friendly as well. When you drop off/pick up they stop what they are doing to attend to you with a smile on their face and friendly interaction.
Excellent repair service to my Echo 58V battery chainsaw, which was still under warranty after 2 years. The staff were professional and courteous, and their system of text updates kept me informed of the progress of the repair. This will be my first stop next time I am in need of a repair or a new yard tool.
They had an excellent supply of the ECHO PB-9010T gas blower that I was interested in buying. Once I placed my order with the knowledgeable & attentive staff, a new unit was assembled, tested & ready to go within the hour! I was very pleased with the product availability, customer sales experienced & fast turnaround in getting my new blower ready to take home so quickly!

Bought an Ego Snowblower from the Lawnmower Hospital. The transaction was mainly done through Email and completed in a hassle-free, timely manner. The guys in the back struggled a bit to load the box in the back of our SUV (it barely fit), but made it happen. The front desk spent quite a bit of time with my wife and I going over the snowblower and other Ego products. In all, we're very happy with our experience with the Lawnmower Hospital
Always great staff, always courteous, have never had an issue and have used them multiple times for everything from chainsaws to snow blowers and lawn mowers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and helpful place to get equipment and parts.
Location is good (southside edmonton) Usually has parts for most equipment if not they can get them quickly. Parking is a nightmare. Parking on the street is recomended.

I needed a new lawnmower after our old one died. Unbeknownst to me, I rolled into the Lawnmower Hospital one minute before close on a Saturday. With the service I received you would have thought I was there first thing on a Monday. Dean took his time going through every option available to me. He explained the pros and cons of electric vs.gas powered mowers, the differences between each brand and helped me hone my decision down to the handful that fit my needs and budget. All the staff on site were more than eager to help me out, even though they were off the clock. They even gave my son a beach ball and loaded the mower into my car for me. I was beyond impressed.
I'd like to leave a shout out to Denika! I brought in my snow blower for a new belt. She kept on top of the service order and got my snow blower back to me in 2 days. This is about 12 days sooner than another place in town told me it would take at their shop. I use my snow blower for a large condo complex and really appreciate the extra effort to get it back to me asap. Thanks to everyone there.keep up the good work!

Shout out to Denika who took care of needs. Had my lawnmower tuned up earlier this year, and recently had a breakdown with the snowblower. Denika's customer service goes beyond expectations. She arranged her staff to come out when I arrived and unload and load my snowblower as I have a fractured hip. They wouldn't let me do anything, just stay in my truck. Got my snowblower back in 48 hours, and we're ready for the next big snowfall. Thanks to the staff that work there, and Denika for her amazing efforts. Richard W.
I have made two purchases from this location. I am writing a review based on my most recent visit. The sales man Dean, was exceptional. He was informative and patient to answer all of my questions. The staff on location were not as helpful. The store was busy at the time and the service while I was there was ok. I will go back for future purchases of yard/lawn equipment purchases.
The team at The lawnmower hospital did a great job fixing my snowblower, my experience with their company was great. The mechanics kept me in the loop on how my machine was progressing with their updates via text. Denika at the front counter is awesome she went over and above taking care of me. They rock!
Not very friendly hours. I have made 4 trips to this business in the past 2 weeks as they only open for a half day on weekends, then this weekend decided to close entirely Saturday (for inventory). They seem to set hours that work for them - not the customer, and I will look for another company that has more of a service mentality.

Fantastic. I was told by another small engine place they would NOT look at my snow blower in the summer so I started calling around. I spoke to Denika and she was extremely pleasant and informative. I dropped the machine off and they called with a diagnosis that was cost effective. Each person I interreacted with was very pleasant and accommodating, unlike the first place I called. For sure my go to place for small engine.
Scott and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond in their customer service and took care of any issues that came up such as those from my local shipping company for example. In that case in particular, Scott got on the horn and had it resolved immediately. Very professional and I look forward to doing business with them again.
No help from this company, bought a new $80 belt for my mower it broke after a few uses, Service want me to bring the mower in for a diagnosis of my machine, so I have to hire a trailer drive 40 minutes leave the machine, more expense from them to look at it. Why not just help me with another belt, no just blame my machine. First and last visit the this place, service department has an awful attitude.
If I could give zero stars I would. They took apart our lawnmower, told us it would be $2500 to fix (which is more than a brand new one), and asked if we wanted to donate it to them instead. We declined and they REFUSED to put it back together for us, AND still charged us $50 for the inspection! Rediculous way to run a business, huge thumbs down. Speaking to them was like speaking to a wall too, very frustrating. Zero stars Lawnmower Hospital.

I was treated 1st class by Scott and Mike over at the Lawnmower Hospital. I originally purchased one product and when I brought home and used it, I found out that it was not right for what I needed so I returned it. I was given a full credit to purchase a different product from them that would better meet my needs. I will be back again for future products!
I've been visiting the Lawnmower Hospital for a number of years for various parts for regular lawnmower maintenance and repair. My most recent visit was for a new mower, and I couldn't be happier with the product that was recommended for me. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services. My only suggestion is to have more staff available. I've found that the wait times to speak with someone are a little long, but again, the friendly and expert service kinds makes up for that.

When we were informed that the machine would be on our doorstep in Southern Alberta within 1 day, we were skeptical. The machine was shipped at about 4: P. M.the day of purchase and arrived in Medicine Hat at 2P. M.the next day! Now, where can you get a knowledgeable staff, great price on the equipment, you were looking for, and have shipping that fast!? Dealing locally the price was not close and it would of had to be ordered. Waiting time 1 week! Well done Scott and the Lawnmower Hospital!
