Love stopping by this store every worker is so friendly and helpful! Sal helped me go through the online process of missing pieces in my new set! Very thankful!
I came here looking to build a custom set of a lawn mower for my Business, the fine young man Bradley came to me to help. Bradley was the most helpful and loveable and kind and helpful employee, we chatted and talked and related. However I got very sad when bradley told me he was only a seasonal employee. Please Lego store keep Bradley, I don't want to lose him, keep him close to home LEGO, I love Bradley
Scam! Be aware of prices and original pricing of sets. The "sales" are fake. They upmark the price of the set and put it on a fake sale displaying the original price as the sale price. I trusted the Lego company but this has proved that they are just as greedy snd quick to screw you over as every other company.
I’d like to start by saying that I’m a regular lego collector and I normally do all the 18 plus sets. I shop on regular basis at west Edd and Southgate lego stores. I stopped in at the west Edd location on Saturday that just past and picked up 2 sets of the White House and a couple small Star Wars sets. I politely asked the assistant manager if I can get the free gift with purchase, I did mention that Southgate would normally do it based on what I normally spend. I don’t believe that this girl could be any more rude or unprofessional in any manner what so ever. It’s the assist manager with a lot of acne if this review helps the manager to identify the one. She point blank said, maybe you’re best to shop at Southgate instead and I’m the manager on duty at the moment and I’ll make the calls and I said no. If this was my store and that was my assistant manager, she’d be long gone. This is 2023, working with customers, creates mor business and a better environment for everyone. Maybe she doesn’t like her job, she she should quote or be dismissed or demoted, but definitely she’s not manager or leadership material.
In the past we usually stopped by the LEGO store on the weekend.
It's a much different experience visiting the store during week days as it's a lot less busy.
We stopped by a LEGO demo station and my 3 year old was a little reluctanted to play with the Legos at the beginning, but the staff was very friendly and continue to demonstrate how to play with the set and my son started becoming very comfortable playing with it.
My son even said that he had a great time after we left the store.
I didn't grow up playing with LEGO, maybe that's why I was never quite interested in it's complexity, even though both of my sons and my husband love Lego very much.
But the LEGO demo today and the explanation by the staff definitely sparked my interest.
We bought two sets of little characters and the kids are very happy with them as always.
We love coming to this store! Every time, the employees are always very welcoming and willing to help us with whatever questions we may have. I would also like to mention, that Jake is a phenomenal employee and is always willing to go the extra mile/puts a smile on our faces. We definitely will be returning!
The workers here are always nice and helpful! Out of all stores where teenagers work in the mall, the lego store has the best and most professional employees even though they are young.
Love the new store, it's huge! Has a massive range of sets. Havin' trouble deciding what to get? Than the very friendly staff will help you find the perfect set (s)!
Customer service was as good as any store out there. Great selection. Prices are clearly marked. Very fun store to be in. They have all the cool new Lego on display. Lego is expensive but you know what you’re getting with Lego.
Product and selection is amazing. But, holy cow I don't want to have a lengthy conversation with every employee that I might have made eye contact with. I will goto other toy stores first if I just want to browse.
Great selection.unfortunately I find it difficult to enjoy my shopping experience when the staff are constantly trying to make conversation. I know they're just doing their job, but it gets very frustrating when trying to shop in peace.
I always make sure to visit this when I'm in WEM. The displays are fun to look at and they rotate them out for new ones frequently. Staff are always friendly, helpful, and willing to chat about Lego. Yet to have a bad experience.
If anyone asks we went here for my son! The staff was great minus 1 creepy guy that was just hovering people not working. A couple staff members were building a new castle set that was launching the next day. Honestly I can't believe that's a job, I would do that for free!
My son spent all his saved money and a bunch of mine. Trip well spent.
My first time going in person to buy lego and it was a very pleasant experience, the staff where kind and helpful. The staff member that helped me out was fantastic, patient, and friendly. 5 stars!
Don’t put lego on hold here, I was told to call at 9: 30 because they can’t put lego on hold until that time. I called 5 mins early and was told it was completely sold out. One guy said they had sets in another said were sold out. A little messed up lol
Always a great experience in this store. We've turned it in to a monthly family destination. Seems like the staff really like LEGO and customer interaction.
The attention to detail and overall store attitude is hard to describe but easy to notice. Especially compared to the Southgate LEGO and/or Chinook LEGO.
Love the new store, it's huge! Has a massive range of sets. Havin' trouble deciding what to get? Than the very friendly staff will help you find the perfect set (s)!
This place is always full of helpful staff. If anything's out of stock come back a day or two later it'll probably be back in stock. I'm glad I don't have to go to the south side any more to go to the Lego store. The prices are expensive but Lego never loses its value and it is definitely worth it.
This is a cool Lego store with lots of room. There are sets laid out by sections and theme. The many displays let you see the fully assembled models. And they have many displays. The store has some cool giant Lego projects like a full size car. Also there are other soecial Lego models you have to see. Good variety and stock. Easy to spend money here.
Our oldest was in heaven. What a great selection to chose from. Each staff member was extremely helpful and attentive without being pushy. We went back one time after
I don’t remember a part of my life that I didn’t have LEGO. This store is awesome. It’s got all the lego products you can imagine. The store is well lit and clean. It’s spacious with lots of lego sets on display. There is a a near life size model of a Lamborghini that is really cool. Rare and very large sets are available here. It’s lego paradise and hard not to buy something.
One of the employees here made a reservation for me, he took my info and told me to just ask one of the staff's to get the item that I reserved after a few days because it was on quarantine and they couldn't give it to me on that day but after a few following days, they told us that there were no reservations made for me and just told me to make a new reservation instead.
The new Canadian Flagship Lego store is amazing, what else is their to say. They have amazing displays around and above the shop for you to see while inside or just walking by the shop. Also the selection is one of the best I've seen, but for a Lego store so big I'd assume they would have a good stock.
I have gone to this location on three separate occasions looking for a specific item. All three times I left empty handed because the store didn't have what I was looking for. And all three times, I ended up finding what I was looking for at Wal Mart for the exact same price. Horrible selection and unorganized staff. Brutal! I won't be back!
I love the new Lego store in West Ed. Staff is super fun and welcoming and interactive. The customer service is amazing. They really try and go above and beyond. So very very impressed with them. I will happily give them my business.
This is an amazing place. Visit it even if you are not planning to buy any Lego any time soon. They have a lot of interesting items on display. They have a huge car build out of billion pieces of Lego. They have giant statuettes on display and on the roof. They have some interactive builds. You can't play with them while covid-19 restrictions are here but you can ask staff to demo it to you. Speaking of staff, they are awesome: friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, have passion. They are more than willing to talk and show you what they have. Speaking of what they have - it's the biggest Lego store in Canada. They have a lot. Not everything but very close. Oh, and the most amazing feature is the TV display. You can take any box from the shelf, bring it to the front of that TV and it will show you what is inside of the box, how it comes together and what would be the interactive features of the build. It's like a short 3D cartoon that they play on the box that you holding. The cartoon moves and rotates with the box, so if you move the box, tilte it, rotate the animation also moves, tilts and rotates. It's a must see experience!
Had a great time at the Lego store. They have a digital wait line so we were able to put our names down and go wander around for 20-25 minutes before it was our turn to go into the store.
The staff was super friendly as we took our time wandering around and looking at the displays.
Love there’s a lego store in the west end! It’s huge and always has what we are looking for and the staff is wonderful! Definitely will be back soon once our kids have built everything they are getting for Xmas
I absolutely love this location. I spent about an hour and a half in there, and didn’t want to leave at the end. There’s a ton of variety in LEGO sets for any person to enjoy. They got a massive Lamborghini on display when you walk in, which is incredible. The staff of course are wonderful, and are always ready to assist you as soon as you arrive.
I can’t wait to come back here. This is a must-visit in the mall.
Love this place! Glad to see WEM finally getting a Lego Store! First of all, love the selection of Lego they have, they have something for everybody! Store was really good with COVID protocols and prevented anyone from coming in without a mask. Staff were so kind and thoughtful! I asked for any specific Star Wars sets available, they went to into the back just make sure! Coming here for my blocky needs from now on
